Luca (along with his mom) is an extremely welcoming and friendly host, relaxed, helpful and accommodating, and great to converse with. The location is a good base for Lake Garda, Verona and the mountains, and Luca will give you recommendations for whatever you need (restaurants, hikes, what towns to visit, etc.). The spacious room is very comfortable and could easily sleep four, maybe more, and there's a nice garden to sit in in the mornings and evenings (and a few very cute and friendly dogs). Highly recommended.

Loved our stay! The house is cute and comfortable with beautiful panorama type view of mountain ranges in backyard. Perfect location for drive to Lake Garda, but also options locally since we wanted to stay close by (15 min drive) our host recommended Chalet Rocce Rosse Mountain Lodge for delicious food and stunning outdoor terrace/ views. Within a few minutes of Lodge there is a walking area Val Gardena- a perfect relaxing day if you don’t want to drive so much. Also recommend Bar Bufo cute bar 5 min away from house on a little lake/pond Our host Corrado was very kind and accommodating to any questions that came up (even when there was a misunderstanding he was quick to resolve the situation) so we were very pleased. All in we loved our time here!

Lovely house just outside of Sandrà. The house is large with a lovely large garden. It is set just off the main road and is really quiet. Great location to explore all the south of Lake Garda has to offer.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

From the time Erika met us at her home until we left our stay was perfect. We loved the location, the views and the character and charm of this authentic 800yo house with all the modern conveniences. Would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian experience in this beautiful lakeside home.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marco war einfach rundum perfekt! Wir waren zu neunt und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Marco lief super easy und schnell – er war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit allen Infos versorgt, die wir brauchten. Das Haus hat uns echt umgehauen! Die riesige Terrasse war jeden Morgen unser Lieblingsplatz, von dort konnten wir die atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgänge genießen – das war wirklich magisch und viel schöner als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Bilder werden dem Ort echt nicht gerecht. Die Lage ist total ruhig und idyllisch, perfekt, um nach einem langen Klettertag einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und kommen sicher wieder! Danke, Marco, für alles – es war unvergesslich!

חווית אירוח נהדרת! הבית היה בדיוק כפי שתואר, נקי, מסודר ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך. המיקום היה מושלם, קרוב לכל האטרקציות המקומיות ועדיין שקט ושליו. המארחים היו מאוד אדיבים וזמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה, והתקשורת הייתה מהירה ויעילה. הרגשנו ממש בבית מהרגע שהגענו. ללא ספק נחזור להתארח שוב בעתיד, ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום נעים ונוח לשהות בו.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The location of the house is unbeatable if you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet. Breathtaking views of the vineyards and mountains. The house is beautifully renovated, clutter free, and very clean. Our baby was accommodated so well with a lovely big cot, high chair and even a toy chest full of toys! Really can’t complain about anything at all. Arianna is a great host, she was so accommodating, helpful and flexible. She also provided so many recommendations for things to do in the local area. Highly recommend and hope to be back in future!

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni qui ed è stato tutto perfetto. Fin dall' inizio Carmen è stata molto disponibile, amichevole e ci ha accolto perfino lasciandoci in frigo dei lamponi e una crostata fatta da lei. Inoltre ci ha dato molte indicazioni su dover poter passeggiare con la nostra cagnolina Yana: lago del mis, cascata della Soffia, cadini del Brenton, lago di Santa croce... La casa era dotata di tutto il necessario e pulita. Il giardino adorabile (completamente recintato quindi perfetto per i cani) come Oliver il suo maltese che ha giocato con Yana. Consiglio assolutamente sia a chi vuole rilassarsi che a coloro che amano passeggiare/fare trekking.

Proprietario molto disponibile che è venuto in contro alle mie esigenze. Cordiale e molto ospitale. Consigliatissimo Casa in pieno centro a Fai, comodissima per muoversi a piedi.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Giada si è rivelata una persona disponibile, sempre sorridente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa, che con il freddino esterno, quel tepore e quell'atmosfera da baita, è stato un ottimo benvenuto. In più aveva preparato un piccolo angolo colazione con un cestino di dolcetti, vari tipi di the, oltre a due bottigliette d'acqua. Giada si è preoccupata anche delle nostre conpagne di viaggio, una gatta ed una cagnolina, predisponendo la zona cuccia vicino alla stufa completa di brandina e stuoie, oltre alla sabbietta per la lettiera. Anche l'appartamento merita una menzione, in quanto gli spazi sono ben distribuiti ed ben arredati, rivelando un gusto sobrio ma al contempo molto caratteristico e accogliente. La stufa accesa è un ottimo plus. Credo che sia evidente quanto ci siamo trovari bene. Grazie di cuore Giada. Questo è un Arrivederci a presto.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso, la casa era deliziosa, super accogliente e pulitissima. Proprio sotto casa c’è lo skibus che porta ai vari impianti di risalita, sennò facendo una salita a piedi si arriva direttamente sul nuovo impianto che collega sia a Pancugolo che Madonna di Campiglio. Sia Theresia che Daniela sono state splendide, super reattive, cordiali, comunicazione impeccabile. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, giusto una decina di minuti di camminata, vedendo tutti questi quartieri molto chic. Inoltre nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato una agenda con dei consigli lasciati proprio dall’Host su dove mangiare, consigli che vi suggerisco vivamente di seguire. Io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti super soddisfatti da questa vacanza, anche grazie a questa splendida casa che ci è entrata nel cuore.

Очень уютная квартира с двумя отдельными спальнями! Есть вся бытовая техника! Очень уютно внутри! Жилье вмещает до 7 человек, если учитывать диван в гостиной, но нас было 4 человека. Мы приезжали на лыжи в Madonna, но в самой Madonna не было свободного жилья, и мы выбрали это и ни разу не пожалели, потому что намного удобнее жить здесь, потому что рядом столько всего для прогулок и ресторанов, что не составляло никакой сложности отдыхать здесь, а кататься ездить в Madonna. В этом жилье есть своя парковка под домом, поэтому мы не испытали никаких сложностей с машиной: спустился в паркинг и поехал в Madonna и припарковался там прямо у подъемников. Кому как, но нам такая комбинация была по душе. Спасибо хозяину за прием!

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Per il nostro weekend sulla neve abbiamo deciso di soggiornare presso l’appartamento di Tatiana, e siamo stati veramente contenti. Vicinissimo ai più importanti comprensori di Dolomiti super Ski, situata in una località tranquilla e con vicino supermercati, decisamente comodi per le cene in questa casetta così accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli (tra le lenzuola più morbide di sempre). Tatiana è stata davvero gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Un alloggio che consiglio vivamente e nel quale ci piacerebbe tornare! Grazie Tatiana di cuore.

Appartamento confortevole situato in un vicolo molto caratteristico. L'host ci ha fornito indicazioni su cosa trovare nei dintorni e anche un assortimento di viveri per le colazione che ci ha colpito piacevolmente. Abbiamo soggiornato in marzo e l'ambiente è caldo e ben ristrutturato.

Alloggio perfetto per un gruppo numeroso, dotato di spazio e bagni per tutti. Avevamo dei bambini e si sono divertiti un mondo. Il casale e' rustico ma arredato e completo di tutto il necessario. La posizione e' tranquilla e perfetta per andare in visita con il treno a Venezia. Dario e' stato super cortese e disponibile. Davvero perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Danke an Moritz für die vielen guten Insidertipps für die Region und auch für die schönen Gemälde im Haus:)

La casa está muy bien, las estancias son ligeramente mejorables, 2 de las 5 "habitaciones" no son habitaciones ya que son salas con sofacama, entra mucha luz y cuesta un poco dormir, el piano está desafinado y es uno de los encantos de la casa, como la cafetera que no funcionaba por desgracia, también he hechado en falta un microondas, a pesar de ello, la casa está muy bien, las camas son bastante cómodas y las zonas comunes tienen mucho espacio, además el dueño es súper agradable en todo momento y responde rápido. Sería bueno colocar trampas para insectos para evitar ciertas sorpresas desagradables.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung. Der große Pool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!
