Perfect place for a peaceful countryside retreat. Spacious room and comfy bed, and a microwave/hot plate for basic food preps which was handy. Lovely walks in native woodlands nearby, close to the quaint little town of Woodford. Also a great base for visiting various towns and friends in the 3 different counties nearby. Kieran’s place was perfect. Quiet and peaceful. Nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable. Lovely view. Easy walk to town and pubs although I drove at night. Nice long walk to the pier and a view of the Cliffs. The area is stunning!

We felt right at home in this lovely place with lots of extra details that made our stay easy and comfortable. We were able to stream shows and send emails just fine with the WiFi, the place was cozy and warm, and the views are wonderful! Highly recommend!

We spent two nights at Aran view and we would have gladly staid longer. Lovely, clean and comfortable place in Doolin and Sharon is a super good host. Thanks.

Rosaleen was so friendly! After we told her that we were visiting to celebrate my Nana's birthday; she bought a card and box of chocolates for her! It was really thoughtful and kind. We would happily stay here again.

Four friends and I just returned from a wonderful stay at 'Into the Burren'. Kathleen is a brilliant host, with great attention to detail. The rooms are bright and airy, and 'the Hub' is spacious, with plenty to do. The name 'Into the Burren' is extremely accurate, as you are truly situated in the midst of Ireland's finest flora and fauna. The Burren can be seen from one side of the garden, with the Atlantic Ocean on the other side. There are plenty of walks and activities in the nearby area. We walked to the beach and had a nice swim. Kathleen offers a brilliantly informative tour, which was great, as it brought us to some of the places where the tour buses rarely go. Kathleen's knowledge of the area's history created an engaging and interesting tour experience. I look forward to spending some more time at 'Into the Burren', as it is truly one of the most picturesque parts of the country.

Ollie's place was a perfect abode for my week long stay! It had everything I needed with lovely details including fresh flowers, a little sewing kit (which I didn't need but appreciated), milk/butter and some basic cooking needs, and more. I loved every minute of being there. Ollie and his wife were responsive and flexible to my needs. The fine woodwork (done by Ollie and his sons) was an artistic touch that I appreciated. The location was perfect---near everything but away from the hustle and bustle. Access to the canal trails allowed me to walk to where I was going and enjoy the beauty of Galway. I would return to this spot!

We LOVED our stay. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Ireland. Kathleen was unavailable, but Chris was so kind, helpful & friendly. He gave lots of great recommendations and provided delicious fresh baked breads every morning. The sheep, especially Sunshine, and the dog Lucky, made the stay extra wonderful. It was everything a stay in the country side should be. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. It was very relaxing. Getting to the sites was a little bit of a drive, but well worth it. I’d take Into The Burren over a hotel in town any day.
