Una casa dove sentirti a casa! Sicuramente non un alloggio moderno e di design, ma molto grande (più ampio di come sembra nelle foto), con una camera da letto con tre posti letto (un matrimoniale e un singolo), una stanza adibita a salotto e sala da pranzo con un letto singolo e la cucina separata. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, la casa pulitissima, la cucina davvero completa di tutto il necessario per vivere. Anche lavatrice e microonde, più alcune cose lasciate per la colazione (te, caffè e biscotti). Ci tornerei sicuramente!

The location is great, well located near the Lugano Stazione and a few minutes (down quite some stairs) to the Lugano Centro, so it's very well conected to the rest of the region. The place is very comfortable for two people, with a well equiped kitchen and the washing and drying machine comes really handy. I recommend it!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Fabio’s Wohnung. Fabio und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeber. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einen tollen Geschenkkorb vor. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat Charme und Flair. Da die Lage ruhig ist, konnten wir uns darin gut entspannen. Die vorbeifahrenden Züge haben uns kaum gestört. Wir sind sehr glücklich darüber Fabio‘s Wohnung für unseren Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore gefunden zu haben!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht von der Magadino-Ebene bis Cannobio. Locarno, aber auch der Höhenweg sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Nino ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten.

Mirella è stata sempre disponibile e attenta ,la casa è bellissima ed era come descritta nei requisiti . Il posto è incantevole e la vista sul lago lascia senza fiato . Un paradiso, in un punto ottimo, circondano da ogni tipo di comodità. Lo consiglio

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made the experience even better was the host's hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of useful information about the area, which made getting around and planning things to do so much easier. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero ottimo. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gianna hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. L'appartamento era ben fornito di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e la vista panoramica dal terrazzo era semplicemente mozzafiato.

sono stata in questo piccolo paradiso per un periodo breve e con qualche imprevisto non dovuto alla casa od al propietario .La casa è molto più bella di come si veda in foto e Silvano è un proprietario gentile e comprensivo con cui è molto bello chiaccherare La vista è spettacolare non immaginavo!!!!. ho ricevuto in regalo di prodotti del posto,assaporato il silenzio che cercavo e fatto un Trek☺️ come desideravo. anche il mio cane è stato contentissimo. davvero un oasi di pace a un ora da Milano.

Mirko è una persona gentile e disponibile, gli appartamenti erano puliti e ordinati con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno, il giardino ampio e tenuto in ordine, la sera c'erano anche delle luci sopra le panchine esterne per chi volesse stare fuori a mangiare in compagnia con abbondanti posti a sedere.

Liebe Yvonne, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir hatten alles was brauchen in der Wohnung. Der große, umzäunte Garten war für unseren kleinen Sohn toll. Er konnte alleine raus und Fußballspielen. Yvonnes Enkel war noch ein plus als toller Mitspieler. Yvonne hat immer schnell auf fragen reagiert. Die Lage ist super, toller Blick, aber nicht zu hoch, so dass man schnell auf der Hauptstraße ist. Große Supermärkte und ein schattiger kinderfreundlicher Strand 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Yvonne war sehr fürsorglich und wenn wir noch mal an den comersee fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Stefanie, Robin und F

Giuseppe's place was perfect for our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, and the ferry is just a short stroll away. One of the best features was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The upstairs patio also offered beautiful views and a great space for meals, but the hot tub definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Tolles Haus, dass den Beschreibungen voll entsprach. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage in den Bergen ist traumhaft mehrstündige Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus möglich. Janine ist vor Ort die Ansprechpartnerin und steht (deutschsprachig) mit Rat zur Seite. Sehr schön ist auch der Brötchenservice den Janine bei Bedarf vermittelt.

Ganz schöner Ort! Geräumig, zwei bequeme Doppelbetten in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Und die Aussicht von der Dachterasse ein Traum!!! Die bunten Plättchen in Küche und Bad 😅 wir haben das Rustico liebevoll "Villa kunterbunt" genannt;)

Vistas espectaculares. Bien ubicado. El alojamiento se correspondía a las fotos. Lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Fácil aparcamiento. Lo recomendaría sin dudas.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus vom Paolo und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir haben uns in dem großartigen, erst drei Jahre alten freistehenden Haus am Berg sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf den See ist wundervoll. Für den Pool war es noch etwas zu kalt, aber die Liegen im schönen Garten wurden genutzt! Paolo hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles am Haus und in der Umgebung zu erklären und hatte viele Tipps für Aktivitäten. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für Wärme am kalten Abend. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt!

Ottimo alloggio, ben pulito e molto curato. Host molto reattivo e disponibile ma mai invadente. Consigliato.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Giovanni. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

BeyondBB apartment exceeded our expectations! It’s just a short 10–15 minute drive from Lugano city center and is located right beneath the beautiful Monte Brè. Everything was perfect—especially the stunning lake view from the apartment. We’d definitely love to come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Sehr schönes Apartment etwas außerhalb von Como in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Deko war sehr schön, insbesondere der Kontrabass im Wohnzimmer! Der Kontakt war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Como.

We loved this apartment so much. It was so central to restaurants and close to the lake. We were greeted on arrival and were given recommendations and advice on what to do. The views were beautiful. This was our favourite place by far and would recommend to anyone.

My fiancé and I loved our time staying at Luca’s place. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. Luca went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I hope to stay in this gorgeous home again soon. The attention to lighting, restoration, and design were all impeccable! Luca and his wife have really made an impressive home to share. Wundervolle Aussicht auf den Lago vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sternegucken am späten Abend. Viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist- toll zum Baden und Wandern. Die Wohnung ist auch zum Kochen sehr gut ausgestattet und war blitzsauber! Sehr flexibler Check- in und entspannter Check-out durch die Schlüsselbox und stets gute Kommunikation- rundum Danke Alessandro!
