Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 young girls ages 2 5 and 7 and Chamaths place was great for us. we were greated with welcome fruit water milk bread and eggs which was lovely after a long flight. Check in was easy and the appartment had all we needed. The bed linen was all dry cleaned and there was extra sheets avalible if needed. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. There were ample towels which was great as it meant i didnt have to worry about getting things washed and dried. All in all a great stay we watched the kingfishers dipping in the river from the balcony and enjoyed making the most of the wonderful gardens and pool at Havelock city. A fantasic appartment in a fantastic location. we lookforward to staying here again.

The apartment is in excellent condition and everything worked very well. We found it was perfect for our short stay, with the location being an added positive. The common amenities in the building were excellent and the views from the rooftop and the 11th floor were amazing. The checkin and checkout processes were very clear and straightforward. Overall a great place for a stay in Colombo. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, spacious well arranged apartment that we felt like our second home during our stay. Place is well presented neat & tidy & had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. wonderful apartment in a wonderful location, central Colombo. The host was an excellent communicator who helped us in many ways even including arranging a contact for airport transportation. wonderful recommendations, safe and spacious apartment with thoughtful touches, even a few snacks and refreshments provided. We were happy we decided to stay here. check in was super easy. The view from the apartment was nice. AC works well and the apartment even has a washer and dryer for clothing! easy to call a tuk tuk directly outside the apartment. the place is very safe, also great for families. strong wifi. 10/10!

Altaf is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Anything extra we needed, he saw to it that we got. He is extremely responsive on text. This is a comfortable two bedroom property. The furniture is all brand new and all the appliances are brand new. Bathroom fittings etc are all brand new too. It is a perfect air bnb property as Altaf only stays there on the rare occasion so it is neat, modern and uncluttered with personal stuff. Agree, the pictures don't do it full justice. Plenty of storage for suitcases clothes. Excellent wifi (we used this a lot!!) and the TV comes with Netflix. The building itself is quiet in that there aren't many other residents yet so often we had the pool and the gym to ourselves. We ordered Uber Eats many times and they only got lost once. Lots of security and there is a person at reception to collect deliveries. MUST check out the roof which is available for booking. Massive kitchen and private party area (indoor and outdoor space). Incredible view. Location will be good once the Cinnamon Life Mall etc is built. Partial view of the sea from the balcony. Good sized balcony with enough space for four chairs and a table. The only thing is it is a low floor, and there was a lot of construction noise from the approach road that is being built. However, this is almost done and shouldn't be a problem in the near future. Overall we had an excellent month long stay and I can highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Altaf for going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and for being so responsive. Excellent price point too.

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

I had an amazing stay at Pushpa’s property the past 3 nights. The place is in a truly beautiful setting, very tranquil and close to the beach. The host was friendly, responsed quickly to any questions aI had plus offered some good local recommendations. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious and good value for money quite frankly. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back one day to explore Sri Lanka more.

I recently visited with my family for a peaceful getaway, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The property, located near beautiful beaches, offered an incredibly serene atmosphere with stunning views all around. My kids had an unforgettable time in the rooftop infinity pool, and we felt completely at ease knowing the space was safe for them to enjoy on their own. The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. The host was exceptional friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

This apartment was a fine place to stay in Colombo, with great views of the city and oval as it is on the 20th floor. Kitchen was handy but could do with a bit of a spring clean. shared pool was a good size and included and kiddy pool. There were all the basics such as plates and cups. But no tea and coffee or sugar. Water was provided in the fridge. Shower was nice and hot and easy to operate.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

I've stayed in many Colombo Airbnbs and this is undoubtedly one of the best. It's well decorated, calm, quiet and filled with beautiful artworks and books. Daniel was helpful & kind, a great host. I will be back 😊
