Really lovely place and Jessica and Chathura had some little treats set up at the apartment as well for us to enjoy. They were responsive and the place was as listed and worth the money spent

Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

We loved our 7 night stay at Bryan’s apartment. The Airbnb is conveniently located in the heart of Colombo with shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a 2-5min walk! Bryan was super responsive and the check in was a breeze. Apartment is squeaky clean and has some amazing views of Colombo! We will definitely be back!

Great location. I have stayed here before and loved it. That's why I chose this place for my second visit to Negombo.

Great place to stay at. We felt at hime immediately and after a montj, we left the place and the ground floor staff with heavy heart. We had a bit of problems to start with, but it was all sorted out soon and it was so comfortable.

Chamini and Janak was flexible with check in times and responded quickly as I booked this place for my mum to stay for couple of days after arriving from overseas. Everything was great and highly recommended this place! Thank you!

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

Alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Ein praktischer Ort für Reisende, die eine bequeme und sichere Unterkunft in Flughafennähe suchen. Uns wurde reaktionsschnell bei Fragen geholfen.🙏🏻Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Negombo n'apparaissant pas dans les sites d'interêt majeur, nous ne pensions pas vivre de tels instants. Sous le couvert de la forêt, au bord d'un canal débouchant sur la Mangrove, la maison est entourée d'une large terrasse fraîche. A la fois calme et au milieu des habitants de ce quartier catholique, elle offre confort et authenticité. Hetti nous a assisté pour les repas, les transports et les activités. De la maison on atteint la plage où l'on découvre l'activité des pêcheurs traditionnels. Magnifique promenade en bateau dans la mangrove organisée par notre hôte. Deux jours qui laisseront de trés beaux souvenirs.

Altamente recomendado para todos viajeros cuales necesitan oernictar cerca de aeropuerto o explorar Negombo un poco. nosotros quedamos 2 ultimas noches ante de salir de Sri Lanka. Apartamento pequeño pero super bien equipado. (AC, microondas , nevera etc. ) Dueño comunicaba super bien, llegada flexible, nos envio incluso fotos de la calle donde hay que girar para llegar a casa. nos dejo 2 cocos frescos de bienvenida, agua, te y cafe. baño limpio y toallas enormes. esta por detras de la calle principal asi que se puede oir algo de trafico de coches. a aeropuerto pagas 800 LKR con Pick me y estas alli en 18 minutos. recomendable

Stayed 1 night after airport, perfect for that! Picked us up no dramas $3. He was very good communicator and no dramas with the room or our stay. Would recommend

The house is beautiful with well maintained garden area and ponds. On several occasions we got to witness beautiful birds taking bath in ponds and drinking water. everyday early morning we woke up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping.. The house is well maintained with a personal touch by Mr. Sumal. It had all the amenities and facilities we could ask for. Mr. Sumal is an excellent host who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I would certainly recommend the place and this would be my first choice to stay whenever I visit colombo. Thank You Mr. Sumal for welcoming us.

Basma is a great host. We were all very comfortable in her place. She helped us to finalize all our sight seeing plans and even gave us tips to save money and do things in a much better fashion.

The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Amazing value, perfect for what we needed. Right next to the beautiful Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya temple. Living area very big and spacious. nice to have a full kitchen set up and dining table. large bedrooms and bathrooms too. the host was very kind and friendly. would definitely recommend!

Chamith and Malithi were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house was in mint condition inside out. All electrical, gas, and other facilities were in perfect condition. Extremely clean toilet/shower and kitchen. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The surrounding area was very safe and quiet throughout the whole month we stayed. The property and the hosts exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Chamith's properties without any hesitation.
