Overall an extremely clean, friendly, and homely stay. Our hosts could not have been more responsive and friendly. The price was amazing and every description extremely accurate. One of the best airbnbs my wife and I have ever stayed at.

Kr kindly accepted a short notice booking from me. The apartment was perfect for my needs as a solo female traveller attending Gangarama Temple’s Nawam Perahara. I could even see the precession from the balcony. The apartment was suitably clean and tidy. Stunning finishes and decor. Great hot water shower and aircon - two of my must haves :) Kr was very responsive to my questions and gave detailed information of how to self check-in. The building staff are very friendly and helpful for anything you might need support with. Recommend staying here if you’re in Colombo.

We loved our 7 night stay at Bryan’s apartment. The Airbnb is conveniently located in the heart of Colombo with shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a 2-5min walk! Bryan was super responsive and the check in was a breeze. Apartment is squeaky clean and has some amazing views of Colombo! We will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a month while on a business trip, and the location was super convenient—just a short walk from my office. The neighborhood has everything you need: supermarkets like Spar and Keels are nearby, and it’s also close to malls, parks, and the beach. The building has great facilities like a pool and gym, and the neighbors are really friendly—some even gave me tips on workouts. The apartment itself is well-equipped. I especially loved the washer-dryer combo—no need to hang clothes out to dry. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook Chinese food, which was a big plus. The two bedrooms are perfect for two couples, and the 70-inch TV made watching Till the End of the Moon a real treat. The host was great—there were a couple of minor issues with the door lock and internet, but they responded quickly and got things fixed. Overall, a very comfortable and easy stay. Hope come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It's all near to everything very accessible place all worth the money and experience. 💯💯💯 Loved this place will surely come back and stay here again.

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

Nylander was a great place to stay on our first night in Sri Lanka. The residents of the cooperative made us feel very welcome and told us about their life together. The house is beautiful with well maintained garden area and ponds. On several occasions we got to witness beautiful birds taking bath in ponds and drinking water. everyday early morning we woke up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping.. The house is well maintained with a personal touch by Mr. Sumal. It had all the amenities and facilities we could ask for. Mr. Sumal is an excellent host who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I would certainly recommend the place and this would be my first choice to stay whenever I visit colombo. Thank You Mr. Sumal for welcoming us.

Dit is een geweldige plek om te slapen wanneer je kort bij de luchthaven wilt zijn. Een fantastisch ruime en schone villa met 5 slaapplekken waar zelfs onze chauffeur kon overnachten. En dat voor zo’n lage prijs. Echt een aanrader

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

Booked this place for a visit back home to Sri Lanka along with two others, and was pleasantly surprised by the apartment building, and the convenient location. Asanka was very gracious in welcoming us and showing us the apartment and providing sufficient instructions for us hit the ground running. The amenities were excellent (specially the assortment of snacks he had set up which hits the spot with nostalgia filled joy for a Sri Lankan who grew up in Sri Lanka), Apartment was very clean, there was a washing machine and a drying stand, and the balcony was amazing with views of the western beach and a bit of the city skyline, two bathrooms and massive beds with clean sheets and clean towels. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and cups, pots, pans and everything you need to whip up a quick meal. We even baked some cookies in the kitchen. Loved the place overall. Chathura arranged indoor parking in the 5th floor, and the building is close proximity to everything you need!

The apartment is in excellent condition and everything worked very well. We found it was perfect for our short stay, with the location being an added positive. The common amenities in the building were excellent and the views from the rooftop and the 11th floor were amazing. The checkin and checkout processes were very clear and straightforward. Overall a great place for a stay in Colombo. Highly recommended.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. wonderful apartment in a wonderful location, central Colombo. The host was an excellent communicator who helped us in many ways even including arranging a contact for airport transportation. wonderful recommendations, safe and spacious apartment with thoughtful touches, even a few snacks and refreshments provided. We were happy we decided to stay here. check in was super easy. The view from the apartment was nice. AC works well and the apartment even has a washer and dryer for clothing! easy to call a tuk tuk directly outside the apartment. the place is very safe, also great for families. strong wifi. 10/10!

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.
