I had a truly fantastic stay! 🌟 The location was serene and peaceful, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Throughout the day, you can hear birds chirping, and the fresh, clean air adds to the refreshing ambiance. A natural stream flows behind the stay, where birds play freely, and kids can enjoy watching the fishes swim—such a delightful experience! The amenities were top-notch. The swimming pool was sparkling clean, and the entire stay was tastefully designed, creating a calm and rejuvenating vibe. Every corner of the place reflects thoughtful curation, making it a perfect getaway. A special shoutout to Anand, who was exceptional in taking care of us and ensuring smooth communication. And Shekhar Uncle—what a gem! He made our stay extra special by engaging my 4-year-old daughter in fun farm activities, from introducing her to chicks to sharing knowledge about trees and animals. We found a good spot with this farmhouse, especially for our dogs. The amount of space for them to run around and for us to chill is amazing, especially if you are looking to wind down from city life. The host was very responsive and ensured our stay was pleasant. Highly recommended if you have pets.

It was a great stay, a little off the main road on the Bangalore Mysore Highway but it was not too far that getting there would be a hassle, we talked to our uber driver he agreed to come pick us up the next day, the house was clean and very pretty, a whole farm house stay, the staff is also helpful and stay separately so they won't intrude on your time uneccesarily. All in all it was a good weekend getaway with friends, like with barbeque and bonfire you could stay for 2 days and not get bored. If you have a car, the drive is also beautiful. P.S.: we took our food and drinks with us for the night, everything!

Have been there for 3 nights with 7 yrs kid and 2 dogs. Trip was mainly for the pets, hence did not have plans for sightseeing. Let’s start with the Cons: Actually NOTHING!! All pictures (posted on site) are genuine. Location is very close to Dubare (max 5 min drive). Kushalnagar town is max 10-12 KM. Couple of improvements we can suggest. a. A refrigerator would be very helpful for travellers like us. b. Couple of cooking utensils would be great adding to the beautiful kitchen. Bharath has helped us immediately. Now the Pros: 1. PRIVATE, SECURE, and CLOSE to many places. OUT of noise-pollution. 2. Perfect place for FAMILY get together. 3. House is very clean and neat. Ample of sun lights and fresh air. 4. House is located close to city. 5. Finally, Mr. Bharat is very gentle, supportive and humble person. He is always there whenever you require any support/help. We would like to say THANK YOU Bharat. It was truly an amazing experience and surely will meet frequently.

Excellent place to stay. Peaceful vibe. It's completely nature oriented. Pmace is full of plants, natural vibes etc. Spend great time with my husband as it was more special because I went to celebrate his b'day and Raghav the care taker took good care of us from check-in to chec-out. Also, Sachin help me to arrange something special their for my husband with full room decor and private pool decor. Thank you for making our day special and memorable.

This is a beautiful place to plan a family get together! We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a great family time! The pool was lovely, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the open bath plan!! Chef Bupendra was courteous and made yummy hot parathas for us for breakfast and on the whole the food was delicious! The rest of the staff were also friendly and approachable. We also went for a short run to a hillock nearby and it was a great experience! The evening was made special with bonfire and music outside. Overall it was a lovely day of celebrations at Sambhrama farms! Would definitely recommend this place and will surely come back for another celebration!

Calm and Pleasent mango farm which is easily accessible from mysore express way, if food can be served that would be a great as there are no any resturants near by, but they have all the facilities to cook food if some one is really interested in cooking then this is a perfect place to hang out with friends and family in the middle of mango farm. The owner was friendly and understood our requirement 😊
