Excelente ubicación, el departamento igual a las fotos publicadas, el anfitrión siempre estuve pendiente a nuestras necesidades

Vacaciones geniales!! David es un anfitrión de diez ,muy amigable y estuvo pendiente dándonos todo tipo de indicaciones . La casa de David una maravilla,en una urbanización tranquila con piscina y a dos minutos andando de una playa impresionante de arena fina . Al ser ya temporada baja ,no todos los restaurantes estaban abiertos pero hay opciones para elegir.Gran acierto nuestra elección y totalmente recomendable.Seguro que volveremos.

Fue un viaje familiar, todo super bien. El señor Alfredo super amable!! Disfrutamos muchísimo, la casa con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, además de que el balcón da justo a la playa!! Todo una pasada! 10/10!!

Danke Salvador für unseren Aufenthalt bei dir. Wir waren einen Monat da und es fehlte uns an nichts. Salvador war immer erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, es ist ruhig und hat fußläufig alles was man braucht.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa!!! Gracias a Fernando y su mujer, muy atentos y amables!!! La casa muy limpia, sábanas y toallas nuevas Superó nuestras expectativas, hemos estado genial!!! La playa a unos pasos, hemos visto atardeceres y amaneceres preciosos!! Volveremos sin duda, gracias por todo!!!

Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

Svetlana ist eine super Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, dann weiß ich welche Wohnung ich wieder buche.

Alex’s apt was first rate. Beautiful apt and within walking distance of the bars (20 minute walk along the sea front). Alex was extremely flexible with our check in times as we were delayed slightly. Bonus was the heated outdoor pool in April which the kids were pleased about! Would definitely stay again should opportunity and availability arise!

Diese Ferienwohnung direkt am Yachthafen in der Nähe von Altea ist ein absoluter Traum! Der Blick auf den Hafen sorgt schon beim Frühstück auf der gemütlichen Terrasse für Urlaubsfeeling pur. Dank der Klimaanlage ist die Wohnung sowohl an heißen Sommertagen als auch in kühleren Monaten perfekt temperiert. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die liebevolle und gemütliche Einrichtung schafft eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die perfekte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin An, die jederzeit hilfsbereit und herzlich ist und einem das Gefühl eines rundum gelungenen Urlaubs vermittelt. Die wunderschöne Umgebung mit ihren Stränden und charmanten Städten in der Nähe rundet das Erlebnis ab. Eine Ferienwohnung, die man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Vielen Dank An!

Fabuloso alojamiento con increíbles vistas al mar. Muy buena acogida por los anfitriones que han estado pendientes siempre que los hemos necesitado. La casa está totalmente equipada y muy limpia. Una zona tranquila pero con todos los servicios cerca. Muy recomendable. Volveremos sin duda.

Es una casa estupenda para una visita en familia. Las instalaciones son cómodas, la piscina muy grande (aunque por el tiempo no la usamos) y tiene acceso directo a la playa. Gracias a Salvador por su amabilidad y su respuesta en todo momento

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da es auf einem Berg liegt, aber dafür hat man traumhafte Ausblicke! Hugues antwortet schnell und klar auf Nachrichten und Fragen, das war klasse. Danke Hugues

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

Magnifique séjour en famille. Logement très propre et bon équipement. Idéalement situé face à la mer et proche commerces. Une piscine très agréable au pied de la résidence. L 'hôte est très acceuillante et très réactive. Je recommande à 100%.

We loved our stay at this location and will come again ! The views of the beach are fabulous and the apartment very very clean.The area felt very safe and was very quiet . Bruno was so helpful and available to answer questions and kindly provided us with directions to the grocery store, and restaurant options. The use of whats app communication was appreciated Our flight was delayed and Bruno accommodated our later check in which we appreciated The apartment has everything you need and we cooked for the week while there which was perfect for us. We had everything we needed to make some fabulous meals. It was lovely to find champagne in the fridge for Valentines day as an extra bonus :):) Very thoughtful Bruno Beds are very comfortable, linens spotless, shower excellent and lots of space in the apartment and amazing views Bruno was so warm and welcoming and helpful and my husband loved practicing his spanish with him We would highly recommend this location to others . Thank you

Todo como en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos facilitaron en acceso a la casa dos horas antes y cuando llegamos la casa estaba preparada y muy limpia.

Excelente trato por parte de Leila. Estuvimos varios días y todo estuvo genial. Las vistas del piso son mejores que las fotos. Todo funcionaba perfectamente en la casa. Instrucciones fáciles para acceder a la vivienda. Leila ha respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta que le hemos realizado. El parking y el aire acondicionado, han sido un plus. Alojamiento 100% recomendable.

Manuel está o pendiente de nosotros desde la entrada a la salida piso grande ordenado y limpio Con aparcamiento fácil justo enfrente de la casa todo tipo de electrodomésticos y útiles de casa nos dejó salir media hora más tarde por ordenar la casa muchas facilidades y ayuda en cuestión de dudas en el hospedaje Un 10 !

Mary’s place was wonderful with spectacular views of the beach and sea. The house was very spacious and was exactly as listed. It was a little expensive but we had the choice whether to book or not and it was a house with space for many people and there were only two of us. We went off season and it was so peaceful but not sure what it would be like in the summer. It was a little further from the centre of Valencia than we realised but there’s a train station in the town which has plenty of cheap trains (a multi use day return for buses, metro and trains for seniors was €4 each for the day!!). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Mary’s place again, if only for the views.

We got a very friendly welcome when we arrived. The garden with the pool was huge, comfortable and in a great shape. When we entered the house we were overwhelmed from the big living room and the beautiful kitchen. The beds were comfortable. All the beds have covers and at night we had great rests. In the evening we enjoyed the terrace with the beautiful view to the mountain. The supermarkets are close to the house and few minutes further you enter the city with pubs, bars and restaurants. The two beaches from Calpe are close, too and beautiful to relax. We are very thankful for this great stay and the wonderful vacation.

La ubicación genial, lugar tranquilo, muy bien situado, unas vistas estupendas, el apartamento muy bien decorado y muy cómodo. Y el anfitrión ha estado muy amable y dispuesto a cualquier petición mia. Volveremos. Lugar muy recomendable.
