It is a great place to stay with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. There is big living room as well with all games and Bluetooth speaker The host is really nice and tries really hard to accommodate all the requests made by us The food here is awesome they have a menu of wide range of home cooked dishes at a reasonable price It offers a great view of the nearby mountains, paragliding etc. There is big lawn outside the property where you can play Badminton, Cricket or simply lie down for a great breakfast with friends and family.

Comfortable place with very friendly people and really good food, very much enjoyed the dal, very tasty. Prashant was always available for questions and responded very quickly to all messages. Thanks again for everything!

Prashant was very quick in responding to queries even at late night. really helpful and arranged a good cab service for sight seeing the cab driver he arranged was really helpful and caring. I should thank his mother for the wonderful food she made me that too on time. His father brother and family treated me good and thank you so much for the hospitality.

Great host with through focus on comfort of guests. Great interiors, spotless clean, well planned rooms, great home-made delicious food, great hospitality, it's situated in middle of jungle where you can listen chirping birds and animals howl. Commute from Bhimtaal lake will be bit difficult for new drivers but will not be disappointed after reaching to the place. It is very near to hotel mountain club so follow directions for mountain club.

I loved every last moment of my 55 days at Abhaya’s home. A very short walk to many shops and restaurants, but on a sweet back road with a slower pace. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and private - but with the timely care of a wonderful and friendly family. Everything was available and managed incredibly well. More than just thankful for the experience, I was touched that a family had such time and guidance for someone such as myself - who just happened to make this booking on AirBnb. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I hope to consider this my home base in the future while in Kathmandu, and I do hope to make it back very soon.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fabulous living room, deck, kitchen, washing machine, and hand washing station. We could cook our own meals, and the kitchen was well-supplied. Prashant and Anjili checked in regularly and were a great source of advice. They also organized complimentary fresh food for us daily - it was a very thoughtful touch and we appreciated it a lot! The beds were comfortable and there were extra linens if required. The home was well situated for visiting the Taj Mahal and surrounding areas. The home occupies the 6&7th floors of one part of the complex so we had roof-top views and didn’t have to worry about noise. We ate at the Bon Barbecue next door and the food was good and well-priced. We also shopped at the Vishal Market at the end of the street, as well as the Hypermart 1km away (walkable) and a fruit & veg market one street over. A fabulous spot! We would stay again.

It was a wonderful stay in (Battisputali) Kathmandu. I visited with my family (7 members). Actually Google map will divert you by route to find the location but the Host was responsive enough on phone so you will find the location easily. Pasupatinath temple is on walking distance. Local shopping is also nearby (5-6km). overall enjoyed staying here.

Not only was the apartment beautiful but the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Arranging taxis, tracking down my sunglasses that I left in a tour van (ugh!), recommendations, etc. Excellent location in old town. So friendly. And don't miss the rural area tour with Sohan -- he was an excellent tour guide and took us to see so many great things that we would never have found.

Great location! Was very quiet and peaceful but located in a great area. Could walk to so many places and get taxis easily. Would definitely stay here again!

I would 100% recommend staying here. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, checking in is very easy and the location is perfect as it is centric to most important sightseeing attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. I will stay there again.
