A quiet, clean abode in the centre of a very busy city. Akshay is a great host and helped us sort a trip to Nepal and stored our bikes and equipment whilst we were away. Bathroom was nice and clean too.

I just returned from an incredible adventure at Da Alohas Homestay, and I couldn't wait to share my experience with you. From the moment we arrived, the team at Da Alohas made us feel like cherished guests. The hospitality was top-notch, and it truly set the tone for our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that offers breathtaking views. I must say, enjoying lunch with such an amazing backdrop was a highlight of our trip. The scenery is so picturesque that it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. The chef at Da Alohas is a culinary genius! Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

Resourceful and responsive caretaker; always ready to help 3. Place is exactly like the photos - spacious, can easily accommodate more than 30 guests, clean, has designated places to work, party, chill and has comfortable bedding 4. Used this space for my friends during my wedding. They had a blast.

We had the most incredible experience staying at Vishnu’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the serene surroundings. The location is absolutely perfect—secluded yet accessible, offering a peaceful retreat amidst nature’s beauty. The house itself is thoughtfully designed, well-maintained, and exudes warmth. Every little detail has been taken care of, making it feel like a home away from home. The newly installed smart TV was a great touch (though we had to remind kids to step outside and enjoy the stunning landscape!). Two days simply weren’t enough to soak in everything this place has to offer. We even tried extending our stay because we loved it so much! Vishnu was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with top-notch hospitality, this is a perfect spot. We are already looking forward to return to returning.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay at The Quite Place. The name says it all, and pictures don’t do full justice as it’s much more beautiful than the pictures. We had an amazing and peaceful stay. It never felt that we were away from home. Everyone was extremely helpful. The food was amazing and service was top notch. Will definitely visit the Quite place again. Kudos to Chetan, Ankush and team for being such amazing and gracious hosts.

It was our second time at Sukoon. It is perched high up in the Kumaon hills, about a 20 minute uphill hike from the road, which ensures tranquility and minimal human interaction - exactly what we were looking for. The cottage stands facing a forest which comes alive with the sound of birdsong in the mornings. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck reading, birdwatching, soaking up the Sun and star-gazing. The cottage itself is very well-appointed. The bedding is comfortable and warm, and the kitchen has everything one might need to prepare a small or elaborate meal. Three adorable, friendly dogs who accompanied us on our hikes made the deal even sweeter! Sushil, the host, was welcoming and hospitable. He showed us hiking paths from the property and viewpoints for sweeping views of the snow-capped Kumaon Himalayas in the distance. While he was always just a message away he ensured we had utmost privacy. We had the most wonderful stay at Sukoon and can't wait to be back!

Had an amazing time staying at this property and being hosted by the Alt Homes team. The property is extremely clean and located in a quiet location away from the bustling noise of traffic. The staff is helpful, the food is great and so is the view - highly recommend if you want to spend some quality time, regroup and relax for a few days (I do want to mention that the access road is narrow and steep for about 1km from the main road. Wasn’t a challenge for me or my family since we went down only twice towards the busy side of Bhimtal). Karan and team were also very helpful to arrange a car to drop us whenever we requested, so what more could you ask for from the great host and his team!)

Situated in peaceful residential area. Google sometimes shows thin lanes as best route. Always coordinate with the owner. He was very helpful. My only concern was that there were no fan in the rooms. Though not required throughout the year in Kathmandu but in June it was hot and humid.

I had a wonderful time in a very cosy and nice Appartement! I loved the roof top and the garden. The hosts Sushila and Padam were always helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend that place!! You have lots of restaurants, a gym and bus station in walking distance. I would always Come back!

Perfect place in Kathmandu for short and long-term stays. Flats are comfortably equipped with all the needed amenities, as depicted in photos. Best silent location away from pollution and the rush of the city, yet in walking distance to the center. Urmila and her family are all very helpful in assisting you in every situation to make your stay most comfortable. I will stay again in the future. Thank you.

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

I had a fantastic stay at Ansh's apartment in Rishikesh. Ansh was incredibly accommodating, granting my early check-in request without any hassle. Communication was seamless, with prompt responses to all my queries, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat after a long journey. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay in Rishikesh. I would definitely book again in the future!

We stayed for a month. Location is great, on a hill. You get independent spacious studio apartment. If we come to Pokhara again we will definitely stay here.

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

Achal Heights was an ideal getaway for our group. We needed this break from the hustle and bustle of our lives and we got exactly what we were looking for. The home itself is so beautiful and thoughtfully planned. We felt completely at home with the house-help who was so willing to support our wishes. The outdoor view, of course, is to die for- with a large expanse of mountains and the gardens surrounding the home. Just breathtaking! We enjoyed the sunshine and our meals and our walks. We'll surely visit again and probably stay longer to enjoy the quiet and comfort.

Five plus stars!! The live-in host and hostess treated us like part of the extended family. They welcomed us, helped arrange transportation, and advised us on what not to miss (we were a group of six cultural travelers). The easy walk to Boudhanarth Stupa to join the locals in their early morning observances is not to be missed (we went twice). The large house is beautifully furnished with an artistic flair. Sit out on the patio in the garden under large avocado trees dripping with fruit. A great stay in Kathmandu.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Kukreti’s villa. The location is perfect, nestled amidst lush greenery with breathtaking views of the hills. The property itself was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally kind and caring, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He even gave us a call to check on how we were doing, which was such a warm and personal touch. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality, and it made our experience even more special. Truly a host who cares about their guests. The cook Priyanka at the property was truly amazing! She prepared delicious, homely meals that perfectly complemented the cozy hill station vibe. If you are looking for a serene getaway to recharge yourself and connect with nature, I highly recommend this property.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

I was travelling to Mukteshwar on business and stayed a night at Machus Cottage. The wide lens view of the Himalayan range from every corner of the cottage was truly mesmerising. Extremely courteous staff, tasty food, well-appointed colonial style rooms, large and comfortable beds, high end bed & bath linen and premium toiletries were the icing on the cake. Plan to take my family on my next trip to Mukteshwar and get them to experience the cottage. Can’t recommend it enough…

Stayed here with friends, and it was a great experience. The home was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the heater in the mattress was very helpful in the cold. The kitchen had all basic amenities like a kadai, cooker, and plates, making it easy to cook. If you enjoy cooking, you can prepare meals yourself. We initially ordered food but had a bad experience with non-veg from a small outlet, so we switched to cooking. Hilly Billy is a good option for ordering food. If the weather is clear, you get a beautiful mountain view. Sitting outside by the bonfire was a highlight. The bathrooms were clean, though the water pressure was a bit low. We suggested the owner install a pressure pump. Tips: bring groceries along, as local options are limited, though the caretaker can help with essentials. Also, avoid loud music outside since locals live nearby WiFi was good, and overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would recommend!
