This is one of the best stays I have been to ever. Mr. and Mrs. Nigam are a great host and you feel right at home. They showed us the place very well and also helped with a list of places to see nearby. The stay is very comfortable and beautiful. The area is very well decorated and feels peaceful. Clean bed, bathroom, kitchen and everything else. Terrace is too good and beautifully decorated. Me and my friend just loved it and wished if we could have spent few more days here. This place is just perfect. We are surely going to book this place if we plan to visit Prayagraj again. I will highly recommend this place if you are visiting Prayagraj. Thanks a lot Mr. Anil and Vandana Ma’am for hosting us!!

The place was amazing. A little miscommunication on the host’s part as the place is no smoking but the same is not listed on the listing page.

Amazing place to stay 1. Clear communication by the host on what to expect, amenities, rules, and other add-ons I can avail (in case needed) 2. Resourceful and responsive caretaker; always ready to help 3. Place is exactly like the photos - spacious, can easily accommodate more than 30 guests, clean, has designated places to work, party, chill and has comfortable bedding 4. Used this space for my friends during my wedding. They had a blast.

This place just amazed me, it had everything a home needed. The garden was beautiful and very well mantained, the kitchen is situated right in front of the bedroom, very well curated. The bedroom smelled amazing once I entered in it, it made a plus for me. Shandar and his family are wonderful people, it's them who made me feel home. They were always helpful towards me, the best host I have ever had, honestly.

Staying at Sojourn with Nyoli was pure magic. Tucked away in the hills, it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and breathe a little deeper. The approach was a bit tricky, but the hosts were so proactive and supportive — they guided me through every step, which made arriving feel like being welcomed home. I stayed here with my three dogs — and they were in heaven! The property is genuinely pet-friendly, with plenty of space to roam around, play and explore. We all felt so at ease! One of my favorite parts of the stay was learning that Nyoli means birdsong in Kumaoni — and it’s so fitting. The property was alive with the sound of birds, from morning till evening. The staff were incredible — kind, attentive, and full of stories. The Kumaoni food was a highlight: simple, flavorful, and made with so much love. Every meal felt like it belonged exactly where we were.

Lovely place! Spotless clean and the Ganges River is just a short walk, the neighborhood has tons of shopping and local food. My friend and I took a Tok Tok one night and watched the Ganga Aarti then we walked around some Ghats, such a peaceful side of the Ganges if you don’t want to be on the crazy exhausting side of the town. 10/10 recommend! Also, Vasu was so attentive and checked on us in case we needed anything. If I’m ever back to Varanasi I’m definitely going back 🙏🏼

we had a wonderful stay at Yogendra's place. Spacious enough for a family of 6. V neat and clean with pleasing asthetics. All important places are nearby at approx 1-2 Km distance with local transport at doorstep. Kitchen was stacked with all amenities and utensils. All in sll a very nice place to stay

Amazing property it was well organised and clean. We all loved the location and how it was managed. Host is extremely friendly and had great conversations helped us with aome local information and gave us some good suggestions to visit kahsi temple. Definitely recommend and i will be visiting again.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fabulous living room, deck, kitchen, washing machine, and hand washing station. We could cook our own meals, and the kitchen was well-supplied. Prashant and Anjili checked in regularly and were a great source of advice. They also organized complimentary fresh food for us daily - it was a very thoughtful touch and we appreciated it a lot! The beds were comfortable and there were extra linens if required. The home was well situated for visiting the Taj Mahal and surrounding areas. The home occupies the 6&7th floors of one part of the complex so we had roof-top views and didn’t have to worry about noise. We ate at the Bon Barbecue next door and the food was good and well-priced. We also shopped at the Vishal Market at the end of the street, as well as the Hypermart 1km away (walkable) and a fruit & veg market one street over. A fabulous spot! We would stay again.

This apartment is extremely spacious and it's location is perfect for exploring Patan. I loved the main bedroom and pretty much spent most of my time in there or outside on the patio but when we came together as a family to eat or play cards, the kitchen diner was perfect too. Nigel and the Cozy Homes team are always friendly, helpful and on hand with any advice that you need. This was a great space to stay.

Such a wonderful stay! My husband and I did the home stay and cooking class and it exceeded expectations. The family is so incredibly kind and it is such a unique and amazing experience to stay here. Highly recommend!!

For the third year in a row I live in this place for 5 months. As always, it's great.

Tiny Living Apartment Me and my two younger sisters spent 3 nights at the Cozy Apartment when we entered we fell in love with the perfect blend of modern comfort with cosy design same as shown in pictures. A real vibe of “Home away from Home”. As we went there for some University work the location was on peak for us. We mostly prefer self-cooking & There is a cute tiny kitchenette, i was surprised to see the kitchen utensils which was so well equipped and with basic cooking essentials spices,tea,coffee oil..etc Besides that the Bathroom was also clean and tidy with apartment laundry which was very helpful for us. As per the instructions we check in and check out smoothly. Thank You to our Host Mr Nara who was very helpful. Me and my sisters are grateful for wonderful experience and Will definitely come back again !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best stay in varanasi. Caretaker Jitender is very helpful. He helped us to get great breakfast and also any transport requirement. Overall it was very comfortable stay.

It was an amazing experience, beautiful green surroundings with fruit trees, avocado , banana apples and some I’m not familiar with! The breeze was great compared to the heat of the streets and no vehicle noise. We had our coffee on the patio every morning listening to the variety of birds singing. The bed was comfortable and soft and the kitchen had good variety of dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom was clean with good storage. Always plenty of hot water even in the faucets which I find rare. There was plenty of storage for clothes etc. Shivaram was always available, he had many friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property is off the main road among other upscale compounds and safety was no concern. Stores are nearby. I’m happy I have found a place that I will definitely return to! Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung! Für uns als Familie war die Wohnung perfekt; jeder hatte einen ansprechenden Rückzugsort. Die Küche, der Gemeinschaftsraum, war hervorragend ausgestattet, um für eine Familie zu kochen. Zwei Toiletten, warme Dusche und Heizlüfter sorgten für ein Wohlfühlen in Winter in einem typischen nicht isolierten Haus in Nepal. Für alle Fragen des Alltages war stets Hilfe vor Ort vorhanden: Wasserfilter, Waschmaschine etc. Alle haben sich sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt.

This place is beautiful... Private and peaceful... We got some much needed rest and relaxation... All touristy spots are a short drive away, but the place itself is very quiet and beautiful... The caretakers are very sweet, polite and helpful... Special thanks to Ranjeet who took very good care of us... We traveled with our two dogs, and they had such a wonderful time too... The place is very clean, has all amenities and the food they serve is also very fresh and homely... Overall a 10/10.

The place was exactly as described in the pictures and had all the amenities required for our short stay. It is situated right in the centre of Tapovan but at the same time in a quiet society. Many great cafes, restaurants and markets are all at a walking distance. The host was very responsive and provided many great recommendations to do in Rishikesh. She even let us checkout late on the last day. The house keeper Mr. Gajendar was extremely helpful and kind. On the day we arrived, there was no electricity so the elevator was not working but he carried our heavy luggage 4 floors above. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and if I re-visit Rishikesh, I'll definitely book Shalini's place again.

Anant was a great host who was just a phone call away for any request and local recommendations! Sudha ji (caretaker) also made sure that all of our needs (including flexi check-in/out) were met. The place was shiny clean and kitchen was fully setup for serving food or even make meals. I stayed with my family and we all felt at home. I’d highly recommend this!

My stay at this cozy mountain property was an absolute delight. The interior of the place was beautiful and made it felt like a home away from home. The property location is amazing, so calm and peaceful amidst of mountains. One should definitely take a walk down the village there for beautiful views. The host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for an awesome stay experience.

The stay is exactly as good as advertized. The place is away from the hustle bustle of the city so one can make sure they rent out a scooter for their convenience.

A fine apartment in a nice building away from the hustle and bustle of Lakeside, but still close enough to walk there as often as you like. Pros: -Tika and Madhav! The owners and their family are so welcoming and friendly. You will feel like family while you are there. -Location -Great hiking nearby -Super comfortable beds -Private parking if you rent transportation Cons: -Loud! The family is so welcoming that there are always guests who have a tendency to talk quite loudly. Also, there are many stray dogs that bark and bark! Madhav did speak with the owner of one of the loudest in the area to get them to do something about it which was much appreciated. -The place is great, but sparse. You can’t expect European luxury of course, the apartment has everything you need, it’s just not the most comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend this place. The few missing items or issues we had were instantly dealt with. Thanks so much Tika and Madhav!
