Badhra and his family has been a real pleasure to live with for a month! They were extremely accommodating and helpful to my every need and was always somewhere around when I needed help. I had a room with an entire terrace with an amazing view of Pokhara and you can also see the stupa from there. It’s nice and quiet so I had very restful nights. Only about a 10minute walk to the Main Street where most things are, but well worth it considering noisy there. I liked waking up to the sound of birds and local people of a peaceful neighbourhood. Most of all, badhra was an amazing trekking guide! Full of humour and dad jokes, he made my ABC trek experience extraordinary. He is extremely experienced as he has been doing it for almost 30 years and well connected with the locals along the trek. He organised the trek according my my personal needs and was flexible in the schedule even during the trek. Everyone was telling me how lucky I was to have such an energised guide! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it was a good experience. The location was ideal, close to nature and the central road. The room was clean and had everything i needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, I recommend this Airbnb.

A real gem! Roshani & Sugat are wonderful hosts, going above & beyond to make sure I got the best experience of Kathmandu. The house is clean, comfy and welcoming. Location is central but away from the crowds of Thamel tourists and gives a real insight into people's lives here. Highly recommended. I'll be back next time I stay in Kathmandu!

Anuja’s home in every sense of the word is “home away from home” During our short 2 nights stay we were invited to a birthday party in the garden, made friends with folks living in the neighbourhood & got a lot of local insights . Anuja is extremely passionate about nature & conservation, One morning we went for a hike with her inside the Sattal forest and learnt about the flora & fauna. . About the home The home is located on the Bhimtaal by-pass road, the location is easy to find & centrally located for those who want to explore Bhimtaal. . Bhimtaal lake is 20 minutes easy walk, Sattal forest is a 35 minutes walk / 10 mins drive. . The market is walking distance with nice restaurants. The garden is beautiful. The one thing to bear in mind that house is located on the road side which means there is traffic. We stayed in the first floor room & in spite of the busy area we slept like a babies. . Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & are glad to have stayed at Buransh at Bhimtaal.

Jeewan Ji's place was awesome and so was he and his hospitality. We felt exactly like being home there. Rooms were very clean and well maintained and perfectly matched the photos. The kitchen was also well equipped and we could cook anything anytime The terrace area was also very beautiful and we could interact with nature and the view was awesome with a beautiful lake view. Jeewan ji himself was a great host. He was very friendly and felt like a family. He responded quickly to questions and was ready to help whenever needed. He even welcomed us with a warm cup of tea and it was a lovely experience overall. He also suggested us places to go and arranged us a cab. Local restaurants are also available nearby and the food is amazing. You could also enjoy the bells ringing from the temple nearby during the evening and it feels blissful. Me and my family loved being there and would definitely consider visiting here again!

Great stay at this place. Cleanliness was at par. Great experience of excellent hospitality by Mr Shani who was handling the property and made extra efforts to make us comfortable. He was very polite and helpful and made our stay pleasant and worthwhile. Will recommend this place to everyone.

Alok was super helpful (probably one of the most helpful hosts I have ever met through airbnb)! The apartment can be a little tricky to find at first but Alok came out to meet me. The room was large and clean, with a table and chair to use for working. Like many visitors, I was staying in the apartment before heading the Nepal. The location is great for that: 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to the train station or 10 minutes to the bus station. Within 5-10 minutes walk you can find places to eat. The WiFi was pretty good most of the time although if you need to work during your stay I recommend having a back up (sim card with data). I teach classes so that's important for me! As someone else mentioned, there are a few mosquitoes but you can use the ceiling fans to keep them off you while you sleep and there is a plug-in anti-mosquito device too. I would happily stay here again if I were to make the same journey.

Perfectly appointed apartment. Peaceful and green. We did have quite a few mosquitos the first night but Rahul was quick to respond and help. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! Nestled in a peaceful spot full of greenery and cute succulent plants, it felt like nature was hugging us from all sides. The sunrise view with clouds drifting over the valley was just surreal. The place had the warmth of a grandma - welcoming, cozy, filled with plants, and serving delicious, homely food. It was peaceful, soulful, and just what we needed. There's a short 100m uphill walk to reach the stay (super easy) and plenty of parking space. Overall, a truly special experience - we left feeling refreshed and loved.

We stayed at his place for 3 nights. The place was clean, renovated and had all the amenities. The host took great care of us and was quite proactive in taking feedback. Honestly, it’s an awesome deal. There were occasional trains, but that didn’t bother us too much. Infact he provided earbuds for those who face even a slight discomfort.

My partner and I stayed here for about a week quite comfortably. The host was extremely hospitable and responsive to all our questions and needs. The neighborhood itself is quiet and walking distance to noteworthy locations. We only wished that there was some softer lighting in the space, but the host did their best to accommodate that when we requested it, bringing us some alternative lamps. Overall, we are quite satisfied with our visit and would book again.
