It is about 30 min drive from the city. The area is quiet and suitable to live. The environment of the villa is wonderful, clean and tidy. I really love the guava tree, the flower and plants here. The staff here is nice and helpful. The food is awesome as well. We really thank Rohan to taking care of us so good!

We had a great time at Cristina’s place. I was a bit apprehensive at first when I read some of the negative reviews, but the place looked gorgeous so we went ahead and booked it anyway. In hindsight, I am happy we made this choice. The place is beautifully designed - all the three rooms have great furnishing. The balconies are lovely too! The location, being in a residential space, is peaceful while still very accessible to other places via your own vehicle. I would not recommend someone to stay here and go around Rishikesh on foot - it would be a fairly long walk every time and the streets are not very walkable. There was general lack of clarity on some aspects - for example, in one of the reviews we read someone mentioning the stay in on third floor, while ours was on first floor. Maybe several units in the apartment are let out, and this is not made clear at time of booking. But at least to our group, these were not matters of importance. We had a lovely time anyway!

Suren is great host, everything was as described in the listing. Big yard and empty space. You can park on the territory. He is very friendly and well managed. This place is highly recommended.

Our Stay in Sunrise apartments has been fantastic! At first we were worried we would be too far away from everything to move around comfortably, but right away Gokul and his wife eased our worries and we just loved the area- quiet, peaceful and close enough to get to everything. They were so helpful from the beginning and exceptionally accommodating and kind. They were absolutely great hosts, always responsive and very helpful all throughout our stay. We were so happy with the house, it was very comfortable and clean and had great Wi-Fi for working abroad. We were very pleased with the place and will definitely return. We highly recommend this air bnb!!

I had a great stay at Urban Retreat Studio Apartments. It is located in a convenient location of Lalitpur and is very walkable. The room was spacious, open, and very bright with lots of windows. Parbat, the host, was very responsive and quick to answer and accommodate my questions. I'd recommend this place for those looking for a studio apartment in the heart of Kathmandu.

Good location to get around Kathmandu easily.

Hassle free stay. Felt like top notch hotel. Anything you need you just name it, staff will do their best to get it done. Service was on top. Rooms were as describe. I got lucky as Sam upgraded me to the penthouse. Worry free stay. Will be back for sure. Best place!!!

Really clean and neat apartment flat with air conditioning which is actually on the top floor of and managed by the Mila hotel, which made checking in and out a doddle! Great views from the windows out over Kathmandu and there's also a rooftop bar. The keycard required a certain technique(!) to open the door but once we had mastered that, was no problem. Location is great near the middle of Thamel. Finding it on google maps didn't seem that easy for the taxi drivers but the hotel provided extra instructions to find it which were very clear, so would suggest making sure you use these. Enjoyed our stay here, it was almost a shame we did so much so we didn't spend so much time in the flat!

Very comfortable in Kathmandu! We appreciated the decor and location. I especially enjoyed spending time on the sunny balcony. Hope to stay here again

Good stay. The host is incredibly responsive and willing to help and make the stay pleasant and satisfying. The location might not be the best, as there's a construction site right opposite the building and they start works very early in the mornings. However, the host talked to the construction team and showed readiness make arrangements to fix the situation. Excellent communication

The his place is a hidden gem in the heart of Kathmandu Valley. The place is exactly as pictured. It was very neat and clean. This is my second time staying in the same apartment and I will be coming back again whenever I’m in the valley. Worth every single penny.

arjun is a great host. the place itself felt like home. and the view from arjun place is unmatchable.. the cold mountains, the cold breeze and the tress makes up the view.. and the sunset and sunrise is also awesome! And you must try his coffee it's awesome! 💕

The appartement is very spacious - more than in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. We feel like we were treated really well overall.

Host was responsive and kind about early check in. We asked for crib ahead of time and host agreed, but upon check-in there was no crib. Host tried to accomodate best as possible. Great location, just be aware it is in a night-life area which you will hear at night. Clean and comfortable.

Best pocket friendly place if someone is looking for a quiet, clean stay from where every tourist place and spots are easily accessible. Host was very responsive and friendly. overall a very good experience and a must stay place.

We arrived at airport on 13 jan and our host aahana call us to instruct the route to the apartment when we reach there she was there to welcome us then she give us the apartment tour. The apu artment was very neat and clean with fully equipped we stayed for 6 days and it was a very peaceful and great stay over here . Thank you aahana for wonderful hospitality . Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in Kathmandu
