Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Gangtok! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that truly set this place apart. The hosts were incredibly gracious, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. The food was delightful—freshly prepared, delicious, and a perfect taste of local flavors. Each meal was a treat, adding to the overall experience of staying in this beautiful home. Cleanliness was at its best! The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, making it a truly refreshing place to stay. The attention to detail in maintaining hygiene and comfort was evident throughout. The peaceful ambiance, combined with top-notch service, made my visit to Gangtok even more special. The property is situated away from the city's hustle and bustle, which gives a tranquil environment. The terrace offers a breathtaking view, and MG Market is conveniently just 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Plus, there are several shortcuts to reach the Main Street where the café, and shared taxi drop-off point is. There are shops nearby where one can buy daily essentials and veggies.

If you are looking for a place to put up away from the hustle and bustle of Gangtok city , yet not too far, then this is the place, "Nest in Garden". Weighing out few other options i had chosen this place for a family vacation in the 3rd week of Dec 2019, and i must say, i did the right thing. Property is clean,amenities are good, and as described in Airbnb portal, rooms are thoughtfully curated with the right kind of furniture, not overdone but certainly portrays taste of the owner, a full functional kitchen and most importantly the whole property is augmented with a beautiful and well maintained terrace garden consisting of carefully chosen flora, which adds up to the ambiance and sets the mood of the vacation. Me and my family spent majority of the time in this terrace garden, having comfy sitting arrangement. MG Marg is 10 mts away from this place, one can get a taxi ( Rs 20 /person ), other enthusiast can walk down.Things of daily needs are all available right outside the property, hence very strategically located. What made our stay special was something else, the warmth and hospitality of Dr. OT and Ms Mamta, they are awesome hosts, they went out of the way to sense and fulfill our untold needs, wonderful gestures of kindness and support. What i could make out is that Dr O T is a doctor by profession, a host by passion and true gentleman. Thank you Dr O T for the quality time that we spent with you and Mamta mam ( must say will always remember the evening campfire which certainly did spread other energy apart from heat :) ). Lastly but not the least, thanks to the extended family of Dr O T, Pasangkit and Purva who were instrumental in making sure, things were perfect during our stay. Will recommend this place for everyone, and will visit again.

We had a very comfortable great stay here. It was a very well maintained property and the hosts are really accompanting. They even serve homely breakfast which is delicious. Mr. Tenzing and Mr. Chedup are extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Gangtok.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this homestay. The host, Ms. Chung Chung, was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we were feeling unwell during our short stay in Gangtok. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable. The apartment was impeccably maintained and very clean, creating a homely atmosphere. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation away from the city's noise, I highly recommend this place. It truly felt like home, thanks to the warmth and care of the host. Another specialty of Ms. Chung Chung is her ability to prepare and serve incredibly healthy, delicious dishes infused with local flavors, all served with the warmth of home.

Me and my family went for a short vacation on our little ones birthday. We had an amazing stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The rooms were cozy and clean. Yogya has left us a delicious welcome cake and drinks, which was such a warm gesture. The location was easy to find and well connected to local market and nearby viewpoints. Prabal was specially helpful and attended to all our needs. My parents and in laws appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the host. Thank you for making our stay special. nina's place is very suitable for those who want to be very closed to MG Marg (the main avenue in Gangtok) and be nearby good restaurants, cafés and shops. she helped us a lot being very kind and helpful at all the time. if you are traveling as a group and want to see and enjoy gangtok you should definitely book her place.

Staying at Michele's Airbnb was the highlight of our Gangtok trip! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family. Mr. Topden, with his incredible stories and Michele with her warm and cheerful personality, made every breakfast conversation a delight. The home was spotless, cozy and perfectly located. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Tenzing made amazing breakfast while snowy gave us great company during the breakfast. If you’re visiting Gangtok, staying with them is a must—it’s more than a stay; it’s an experience!

I booked for my mother a nd aunt . According to them inside ambience is clean . As senior citizen to take the stairs is not comfortable. inside the washroom anemities should be added according to price per day kitchen area : tea and coffee ☕ and dry snacks arrange should be more elaborate. Heaters are working effectively during this chiill weather . Nice cosy inside and neat Alll over Nice !!!

Great stay! The place was exactly as in the pictures. Very clean and with a well stocked kitchen. The hosts were always super helpful and very quick with their responses. Great location in terms of accessibility to all possible necessities, and close to a taxi stand. Check in and check out were very hassle free. All in all, felt right at home. Recommended!

It was lovely, I booked it for a family short vacation. Well equipped, spacious, clutter free, and clean. It is the best for family or big groups. Location is safe and reachable for services like zomato etc. Host is friendly and responsive, I got all the details proactively. Overall Positive from all POVs.

My brothers and I had an amazing stay at 'Orchid Stays' in Gangtok, Sikkim. The central location made it convenient, with all shops within walking distance. As in most hilly areas, the property is downhill from the ground floor, which might be difficult for elderly guests with luggage. However, the host is very helpful, so discussing this beforehand is advisable. The property is well-equipped with modern amenities, and the kitchen had all necessary utensils, making cooking easy. Our host, Khagesh, was friendly, always reachable, and even helped arrange a travel agent for sightseeing. His warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. A highlight was watching India win the Champions Trophy Final against New Zealand—an unforgettable moment! A fantastic stay with a great host—highly recommended! Would love to visit again.

We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at this 4BHK. The place was quiet and perfect for a relaxing trip. A special mention to Sujika and Mamta, who cooked delicious food for us and were incredibly helpful with local recommendations. During our stay, my mom fell sick, and they took great care of her, ensuring she had the right food and medicines on time. Ashish, the host, was also amazing—he helped us with local sightseeing and travel since he had his own vehicle, making our trip much smoother. The only thing to note is that the washrooms in two rooms were quite small, which might be an issue if you’re very tall. But overall, it was a great stay with warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend it!
