We stayed for 2 nights at Kingsman House in Kandy and had a wonderful time. Though we checked in late at night, the manager (Max) was ready to receive us. The villa is lovely with 8 bedrooms which can accomodate a large group of upto 18 people. There are good sitting areas outside which people can enjoy in Kandy's lovely weather. Would heartily recommend this place especially for large groups. Special thanks for Max for attending to our every need and query.

We loved staying so close to nature! We spend almost two weeks here. It’s situated right on the edge of the Udawatta sanctuary, so monkeys visited us quite a few times which was nice to see! It’s not far from the city but when we went food shopping we took the tuktuk back and it cost us around 200 LKR. So if you want something private, calm but also walkable to the centre, this is it. Just mind that it’s close to the forrest and not much light goes in through the trees. But on the other hand the temperature in the apartment was nice due to the location. There’s no need for AC but there’s a fan if you need it. The kitchen has some amenities like rice cooker and smoothie maker. But it could maybe use a bit more cutlery like a new wooden spoon, but things like pan and pots were really good. The WiFi was perfect, no problem with that.

We had a wonderful stay at Pubudu 's place . Our caretaker - Bala made every effort to provide us a comfortable and relaxing stay. He is well aware about his boundaries and knows when we need our privacy and his assistance. The accommodation is located in a hilltop with a great view . If you wish to stay there, take everything with you since the nearest township is located at the downhills.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cette magnifique villa; le lieu est magnifique, reposant, paisible et tout aussi privé; le personnel a été incroyablement chaleureux avec nous dès notre arrivé; Justin a su répondre à toutes nos attentes; niveau cuisine ce fut excellent; et pour finir la piscine qui était vraiment incroyable avec une vue à couper le souffle; je recommande fortement ce lieu magnifique

This is a very surprising accommodation. From the living room and kitchen to the yoga studio and bedroom, everything faces the valley. The scenery of the valley is particularly great. It is worth mentioni accommodation provides meals, which are made by Mark for us. His meals are all amazing, We think even better than in the hotel,Mark took us for several hours to explore this beautiful valley, passing through local villages and visiting temples dedicated to Buddha. MARK taught my daughter how to pick tea leaves and then took us to see how to make tea。Finally, we also had delicious Ceylon black tea on the mountaintop. All of this is so wonderful.Thank you MARK for taking us to explore the beauty of this valley and tasting Ceylon black tea. If there is still a chance, we would definitely choose to stay here for a few more nights, two nights is not enough at all. The feeling here is like coming home, it's too warm and wonderful. Our family will definitely come back to stay again.

This property is a beautiful home with four large bedrooms and bathrooms and very comfortable common areas. The property manager is incredibly helpful, friendly, generous, and accommodating and he is a wonderful chef. He made us a delicious platter of grilled vegetables and roti in response to our request for a light dinner. For breakfast he made more roti, crepes, toast, omelette, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. All of it was amazing. The house is up a steep hill, but well worth the climb!

If you are looking for a wonderful villa, set in a beautiful location, with facilities to hand, you are looking at the right place. Add to that a charming local host ready to arrange travel, guide activities, and cook tasty Sri Lankan meals and you will have to look hard to find a better holiday destination. Communication from the moment we booked was excellent, we had a beautiful holiday. Very highly recommended. Ged.
