It is the perfect hub if you’re planning on roaming around Nueva Ecija and Cabanatuan City. House has everything that we need and we felt secure. The space was beautiful done, the small space was maximized and has a very cohesive layout. We love that we have our own parking spot too. The laundry is super helpful and the cute pink cutlery was a great touch. Juna is super responsive to everything that we need. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. Until next time!

Rebooked this BnB from Elena as I was extremely happy with it the first visit in December. Cozy, small but perfect for two people to use and explore. Presents as it does in the photos, with Elena being a great host if anything comes up. Thank you, and will look forward to booking again!

Tolle Unterkunft. Für unseren Besuch im Heimatdorf meiner Familie absolut perfekt! Die Kommunikation und der gesamte Ablauf der Buchung war absolut reibungslos und immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr bequeme Betten und eine ausreichende Ausstattung, lediglich im „Kinderzimmer/zweiten Zimmer“ wäre eine Klimaanlage bei den herrschenden Temperaturen wünschenswert. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

I chose well to spend my birthday with my family in The Apricity Villa 2. The mountain views were very relaxing and the gentle amihan breeze encouraged us to spend more time outside. The staff were also very helpful and responsive. The pool size was ideal for my two children - 4 and 1 year old. The barbeque pit is a nice addition for family bonding.

We met a great new friend. Peter is a wonderful person. We took a bus from Zambales and it was a trek all day. Peter picked us up in town because bus system not set up to take us near his house. Peter is fun. We all cooked together. Ate dinner and traveled around. He is a perfect host.

this is a gem. you will be surprised as we were when we entered benny’s grand villa. very spacious, comfortable beds, hospitable staff. everything you need for a great stay is already in the premises. we will stay here again in the near future.

San Miguel can be challenging to get around due to narrow dirt roads at times, however we were there for family and this property was the best we have found in San Miguel. Once you spend the 10 min to get there from the main road, it's a paradise, clean spacious modern house plenty of beds, complete with pool. Would stay here again!

Though the place has some more to improve, we still had a great stay at this listing. The place is really big and has a great landscape perfect for taking pictures. They also have a big pool as described. Bathrooms and water from faucets are also clean as expected. The host is easy to communicate with, she responds to every inquiry. Caretaker is also very accommodating.
