Garden City : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Yeira was very responsive and friendly. She allowed us early check in, when I communicated with her. We easily prepared and cooked food with a stacked kitchen. There is a full washer/dryer available, if needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. The apartment was bigger than the pictures show. Amenities galore. We had control over temperature in the apartment, we didn't have to request host to change it. Lots of parking on street. Walking distance to lots of places downtown. If I was staying in Dodge long-term, I would seek this place out. The entrance to upstairs apartment is in the alley, which I didn't think was a big deal. We were able to lock up easily whenever we left. It's an old, historic building which was truly amazing. Private/peaceful. On the other hand (would not prevent me from staying here again): The street is active with cars coming through, even late at night. You can hear when folks are on street talking, some were loud. If you're a light sleeper, it may wake you up.

We were in town for a wrestling tournament and I like to book an air bnb for the ability to cook and keep food for the wrestling team. I was maybe a little difficult guest because we had a last minute change of plans and Bryan was able to get our reservation updated at the last minute. He also sent someone after we checked in to get us more towels to accommodate our stay. Bryan and his team made us feel like valued guests. We greatly appreciate their hospitality and quick response times.

I stayed the week for school. It was three minutes from the hospital and worked great for the stay. The host’s were amazing and the place lacked nothing I needed. If I come back I will stay here again for sure.

Jose was very welcoming and helpful. I left my iPad accidentally and he gave me the opportunity to come by and pick it up. Very very great host and the place was spotless.

We really enjoyed our stay at little monte house. Eva provided bacon and eggs in the fridge, which was above and beyond any air bnb we’ve stayed at. The place was clean and comfortable. The yard is large and peaceful with a fenced in backyard. On Friday evening we noticed coffee connections (coffee shop) was open till 10, so we walked over there, it is within easy walking distance from the house. Another thing to take note of is, we had booked the house for 4 nights. My husband’s friend died, and we wanted to attend the funeral before going to Kansas, so I messaged Eva that we would only be able to use 2 of our nights instead of 4. She promptly changed our reservation and refunded our money for 2 nights. This is amazing service! Thank you so much! We highly recommend little monte house.

Great place with all the amenities you will need. Will be staying there again next time i am in town.

Cute little place. Clean and just a nice place to stay!

It was a cute, cozy place for a quick stop on our way across the country. It’s super clean and besides the railroad noise very quiet. We enjoyed our quick stay and were thankful for its easy access and location. The lotion and soap were an added bonus. Thank you!!

We felt right at home. The place was spotless and cozy. The location was perfect and definitely was a nice quiet neighborhood. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We highly recommend this place.
