Codey’s place is exactly as advertised!! Clean, quiet, and close to everything. Plenty of free parking across the street Codey is extremely helpful and responsive 2nd time we stayed will Codey and will definitely stay again

This was our second stay here, and it was even better than we remembered! Comfortable beds, great amenities, and you can't beat the location with beach access! We needed to contact Mehak and got an immediate response. Great host!

This condo was such a great spot for our group of 7 to enjoy the holidays. The balcony had an amazing view, and the space looked just like the photos. Everything was super convenient and easy to access. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful time and the place was amazing. It’s clean, bright, well maintained and has a beach view from balcony. Has everything needed for a family of 4. Our kids had a great time in the indoor pools and just a few steps to the beach was the best thing.

Overall a great stay!! The place looked just like the pictures. Location was also fantastic!! So close to the beach. The condo is in a gated area which was so nice & made us feel so safe. Amber was SO ACCOMMODATING and even let us check in early because the cleaning crew finished early.

Bethany’s place was amazing!! My family of 3 and another family stayed here for our daughter softball all stars these past several days. We were all comfortable not on top of each other! All the rooms were amazing too, the ocean view was perfect! We all lovedddd this place and will book again! Bethany answered all and any questions & was quick response and very helpful with anything I needed. Definitely recommend this place! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway. Her place was exactly as described and only .8 miles from the surfside pier and restaurants. The view was amazing from the deck and I could lay in bed and see the ocean and sun rising. I would 100% stay here again.

What a great place right on the beach!!!!!!! We are a family of 6(2 adults & 4 littles) and had plenty of space. John’s place is located right on the beach. The area is great if you have kids.. Not too busy & we felt safe. The condo was clean and updated. The beds were clean and comfy. The house itself was very clean and I felt comfortable enough to let my 10 month old crawl around and not have to worry about him finding random things to shove in his mouth(even under the beds were clean!!). The house had towels, wash clothes, extra pillows, sheets. On the balcony we found beach chairs and an umbrella which came in great for our time spent on the beach. John was a wonderful host! Proactive and very easy to communicate with. We will book with him again for sure!! *THE PICTURES DON’T DO THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW JUSTICE*

This place was updated, clean and had beautiful views! Plenty of space for our family and our dog. We enjoyed the swing on the balcony and the beautiful ocean views. There are several restaurants within a mile walk and the neighborhood is cute and so pleasant to explore. Perfect getaway!

Ashton's place is my first rental in SSB, having just moved from this area in July '24. This unit is sparkling clean, well decorated and easy to find. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by! Kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the bathroom. So nice to have the stackable washer and dryer too! This is a very comfortable condo and I would recommend to anyone needing this size space on the South side of SSB!

Excellent location. We walked to the boardwalk - about 25 min leisurely walk. Broadway on the beach was a 5 min drive. Many restaurants short drive or walking distance. View was perfect. Small grassy park next to parking lot for dogs. Easy access to beach. Outside pool was pristine. Inside pool, hot tub and lazy river were just ok (need cleaning and updates) but my kids enjoyed them. Enjoyed having coffee counter (served Starbucks) and restaurant (delicious breakfast) on site. Pleasantly surprised soaps, dish soap, etc provided - didn’t need to purchase any extra supplies for our 3 days. Great stay for my fam -including our dog! Clean floors and furniture, direct beach access, condo as described. Extra outlets in bedroom were considerate. The ACs running were a little loud for my liking. The Patricia Grand complex compared to a 3 star hotel in my opinion but was very dog friendly which was my priority for this stay. Thank you for a great option for my whole family!

Nice place near the beach, 7-8 min walk. It has everything we needed to stay five days with our dog. Lots of linens, comfortable bed, TV, work station. Highly recommend!

Great location, just steps from the beach. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and windows in the unit. We enjoyed our stay.

James’ place was so nice to stay at for our little getaway! It was very clean and super easy to find. He gave clear instructions and nothing was confusing or difficult to understand. Maria communicated very timely from the time we booked her condo and to my questions along the way. Very friendly! The condo was clean and well stocked. The balcony was awesome with comfortable chairs to sit in. Oh, and did I mention that she welcomed our English Setter dog with no hesitation? We completely enjoyed our stay and will be back again. 100% recommend!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Was perfect for our anniversary trip. This is the second year in a row staying in one of Gosia’s unit. Look forward to staying in one again next year.

Our stay was amazing. The view was spectacular and listening to the ocean waves was something we couldn’t get enough of. The host was so quick to respond with any of my questions. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Myrtle Beach, we will stay here again!

This unit is very spacious and nicely decorated. Enough room to gather all together to eat a meal and also sit around and socialize. It was well stocked with beach items such as towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. It was nice to have the starter items such as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, a few pods for dishwasher and washing machine, and even little shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Margate Tower is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area right on the ocean. The view from the 17th floor is amazing. Lots of restaurants and stores very close by. The owners are very quick to respond to questions or issues. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Great for two couples! Beautiful view and ocean sounds! Great beach to enjoy sunrise and long walks. Private balconies off living rooms and bedrooms. Jaclyn was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we reached out with a question. She gave us a wonderful list of restaurants as well as suggestions of things to do. This was by far one of the best stays I’ve experienced at Myrtle Beach! The condo was beautiful, amazing balcony view of the ocean and all of Myrtle. The entire building was clean and smelled great. Very comfortable and cozy, my family and I absolutely loved and would definitely stay again!

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. The ocean front location is fantastic and there was a large deck with beautiful furniture. Everything in the condo is clean, the decor is very nice and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners are wonderful to work with and provide great communication. I would definitely stay here again.
