Great place to stay with dogs. Very clean environment with a nice sitting area outside even though we didn’t sit there we saw others. Not too far from the beach and has a very nice shower outside to rinse off before coming inside. I couldn’t even hear our next door neighbors in the other unit which is awesome.

Rebecca’s place was as advertised. Rebecca was a great interactive host. Great news for us, we were able to check in early. We spent two weeks here so we cooked at home in the well equipped kitchen as well as eating out at some local restaurants. The beach was as advertised, some days we walked down with our dog and other days we drove. We didn’t need to use the golf cart but a lot of people had them and it is a great asset. Overall, the home was very comfortable and inviting.

We had an excellent stay and cannot say enough good things about our stay! The location is perfect, so much to do within walking distance. You really cannot beat the location of this house. We utilized the optional golf cart rental and it was ready and waiting for us which was so convenient. Lisa was such a friendly and responsive host who answered all of our questions quickly. This place is exactly what a beach house should be, cozy and comfortable with an excellent location!

Quiet (except for new some construction) location and outstanding views from Janet & Mark's place! Comfortably and attractively decorated. Especially loved the cotton sheets and towels when so many are using micro-fiber these days: ( Access to the beach (last access on west side of island) & nature reserve was great, and sunsets over Bird Island were perfection. A quiet, clean spot for a getaway. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Easy walks during the day. Convenient drive to stores and plenty of dining. Rebecca was super responsive and helpful in accommodating some last-minute schedule changes we had on our end.

The condo was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do in NMB- golf, shopping, great restaurants. The hosts Brian and Michael were awesome- very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend their place for your stay.

Angie was a great host, if this stay is on your radar just choose this! It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it was a perfect distance from all necessities. Our host made sure the space was clean and comfortable, 10/10!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend with our family. The location was excellent, just a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to the beach and close to great restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

The perfect month long stay before tourist season. First: Essentials. WIFI - dependable, fast for work. Clean - very clean, neat Crews tidied up outside - mulching, raking - post winter tasks Cozy - with a low country beach cottage vibe... comfy day beds/mattresses on both Queen (2nd Bedroom) and King (Primary) Spacious - Family room can easily handle a family of 6-8, with a dog or two & kids... much larger than photos suggest Kitchen - more than adequate with counter top appliances, full size refrigerator, counter space to prep meals & gas grill off the screened in breezeway to do a few steaks Second - Location - we walked to Garden City pier w/ beach chairs, beach bag & cooler...not quite a mile. safe with low traffic & sidewalks.. rent a golf cart to haul kids & gear - can use golf cart to run to Kroger for groceries...or up to Neal & Pam's in Surfside. Garden City is a much quieter pace than Myrtle Beach center... Airport was a 20 minute drive to pick up family.
