This is exactly what we needed for our stay in NOLA! Many walkable options or a quick drive to the French quarter. Highly recommend this place.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Gorgeously designed, super responsive host, cozy beds, clean bathrooms, not much else you can ask for. They came to replace the batteries in a chirping fire alarm SO quickly, they really put care into the guest experience and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit NOLA!

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

This was a convenient spot for a bachelorette party. It's in a compound and there were clearly a few other large groups staying over the same weekend (hot tub and grill areas were busy for most of the weekend). The apartment was clean and had a good common area for us to hang out.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. Marcia and Michael were very accommodating and quick to answer our questions. Our group enjoyed the beautiful house and we had a great time. Walkable to the Tram on St Charles which was a plus.

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
