This location was amazing! We were about a 10 minute walk to all the French Quarter had to offer. Erika was so responsive and sweet - she made sure we were able to store our luggage at the beginning and end of our trip. Additionally, the accommodations were perfect for our group of 5 - everything was spotless, we each had our own bedroom and bath and the thoughtful amenities (toiletries, snacks and beverages) were a caring nice touch! We would definitely return!

Wonderful location and beautiful house! This was my second stay at this home and we took advantage of the neighborhood spots and plenty of time on the front and upstairs patios. The master bedroom is gorgeous and all of the other rooms are spacious.

Joshua and Tyler were fabulous hosts! They are so kind, responsive, and proactive with their communications. The house was spotless, well cared for, had great NOLA vibes, and the location was amazing (right by Frenchmen street bars/restaurants/incredible bakery) and walkable to the French quarter as well. The whole stay was perfect — I can’t think of one criticism. By far the best and easiest airbnb experience I have ever had! If you have a large group going to New Orleans do not hesitate to book here, I can’t say enough good things about the house or the hosts!

this airbnb is truly a hidden gem! the location is prime, with the trolly stop steps from the front door! the place was clean and the location is quiet! we had some issues with a sink, but Issac was quick to respond and quickly got it handled! the upstairs neighbors were nosy while walking around all hours of the night, but that was to be expected as a downstairs guests. I wouldn't recommend this place enough to anyone wanting to stay in new orleans for the proximity to everything around! we even talked about booking it for a family Thanksgiving soon! thank you for letting us stay!

My husband and I with our 2 adult daughters, 2 sons-in-laws and 4 young grandchildren had an outstanding, happy experience in this lovely home. We were in town for our sons wedding and this house met all our needs perfectly. The bedrooms are all roomy, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bathrooms are modern and it was quite helpful that two of the three bathrooms had double sinks, as well as a bathtub and a shower. The master bedroom/bathroom suite also had an excellent walk in closet area with plenty of helpful storage space. The kitchen was fabulous for us! It was fully stocked with plenty of dishware, glassware and cookware! We could not have asked for more! The living room area was extremely comfortable and spacious for our large family. We had 2 minivans for our group and the private parking inside the gate was a great benefit! The location is also a real plus. Being less than a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods was a big help. I highly recommend this house and our host!

The rental on Baronne in the Warehouse District was the PERFECT home base for my group of six friends. If you have a group who desires to spread out and maybe prefers to have their own beds, this was ideal. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a bathroom with nice closet storage. First, the street is one-way and quiet away from the bar scene. We found it to be easy enough for walking to Magazine Street and French Quarter for sights. Just lovely and tastefully decorated with hard surface flooring which seemed very clean. We enjoyed chatting in the very spacious living room with large windows. We didn't cook in the unit or use the large dining table since we only had 3 nights but the kitchen is very nice with a large fridge. Our stay was just after Mardi Gras, March 7- March 10, 2025. It feels very secure with a coded elevator entry. Grab a coffee or grocery items just across the street, down the block at Rouses Market. Everything you might need for snacks, drinks. 5-Star all the way!

Benjamin & Julie’s place was awesome!! The space was large, well appointed for big or small groups & the location was amazing! Benjamin & Julie were very gracious & communicative. We were sad to leave & would definitely book with them again! ♥️🐊🎉🦞🙌✨

We stayed here for a bachelorette and the location was perfect. We were about a mile from the French Quarter but it was a beautiful walk the way there. We were close enough to walk to the French quarter and Frenchman st but far enough that we weren’t right in the mix. There was still a bit of noise through the night, but it was much better than being right in it. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home and the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The host even wrote us a sweet note and left champagne for us!

Vcay always responded quickly to questions and any minor issues. This was greatly appreciated! The surrounding area this home is in might seem a little sketchy in appearance but we never encountered any issues or felt concerned for our safety. We were always in a large group. It was an easy walk to public transport on the Canal street car if you are in even semi decent physical shape! Bus access is possible too

We very much enjoyed our stay, including the enclosed garden in the back and the park across the street. We found the house conveniently located to all we wanted to do while in New Orleans.

Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Every room had its own bathroom which is ideal when several couples are staying in one place. Alleshia provided a terrific list of local attractions and “handy hints” and the location was perfect - a short distance to all the action but also in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

My friends and I came to New Orleans for a bachelor party weekend, and Bianka's place gave us everything we needed in a vacation rental. We wanted a place with plenty of beds, a couple bathrooms, and most importantly, located close to fun areas. Our group of 7 guys all had our own beds and we're very comfortable throughout the trip. We didn't do much cooking, but there was a full size kitchen if we wanted to. The unit is maybe a 15 minute walk to the nightlife section of Frenchmen St, and from there you're another 15-20 minute walk to the famous Bourbon St, with plenty to do between. During our whole stay, the only time we got a ride was to and from the airport. Bianka was very attentive and gave great instructions regarding the place. I will definitely be reaching out again next time I'm in the area.

We stayed at this lovely home for a family Thanksgiving get-together. This home was perfect for our family. We know New Orleans well, and we appreciated the quiet location that is still central to most New Orleans attractions. The best thing about this house is the owners, Phil and Lydia. There were some issues during our stay. A shower head needed repair and a workman had turned the gas supply to the range off. Phil and Lydia were remarkably quick to reply and to get these problems taken care of quickly. They usually answered within minutes when we messaged them through Airbnb. The outdoor and pool area is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We love the mid-century interior-so much character! Overall this is a beautiful home and a very good choice for anyone spending time in New Orleans.

We needed a place spacious enough for three adults, walkable with two children under four, and a long enough private driveway for a 22 foot long camper. Jackpot! Lisa is an incredible host and this house is so charming! We found lots of great places nearby, all places she recommended. Thank you!!!

Beautiful and historic property walking distance to plenty of amazing restaurants, activities, bars, etc. The Metis NOLA team was thorough and easy to communicate with leading up to and during our stay.

Max was our host connection and was very responsive and dropped off some things we were missing. The house was perfect for a group of 10 and had most of the amenities we desired. We felt safe there but there was a lot of construction and road work around. Just be conscious of your surroundings. The pool was amazing and perfect temperature to relax in after long days! I highly recommend and would stay here again.

It was the perfect house to celebrate my friends 30th birthday. There’s lovely authentic neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops just minutes away and there’s plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfortably. I’d definitely book with this host again!

This is such a beautiful space in one of our favorite New Orleans neighborhoods. The home is beautifully decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen which feels hard to find in AirBnBs these days. There are so many things to do within a short walking distance, and we loved getting to relax in the heated pool. Mark was very responsive and check in / check out was a breeze.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous, spacious and modern. Very thoughtfully designed and the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day walking and exploring the city. Super comfortable beds, amazing showers, quiet surroundings. I would suggest renting a car as there is not too much in the immediate walking area, however the trolley was very close by and uber/lyft is super efficient throughout the city. Everything felt like a quick 10-15 minute drive away. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to help out. 10/10 would stay here again!

Our family—including a preschooler and an infant—had an absolutely delightful three-night stay! While we have family in the area, having our own space was such a treat, and the pool was a major highlight. Our daughter adored it, and with temperatures in the 80s and high humidity, it was the perfect way for all of us to cool off and relax. One of the many thoughtful touches was the provided pack ’n play—we truly appreciated not having to bring or rent one. The home itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and washer/dryer, which was a huge plus for our family. We also loved the location! Walking to Flour Moon Bagel (incredible!) and Hey Coffee was awesome—highly recommend both. On top of all that, we felt completely safe throughout our stay and enjoyed the welcoming common areas and kitchen space. Michael was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area!
