Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

I dont have enough words to describe how wonderful Denis' place was! First, the location is so great. The house itself is easy to get to, but once you are inside feels super private and quiet. The backyard is unreal, there is both a treehouse and a stream which my child loved so much! It is also enclosed so I felt safe having my kid play in the backyard while I cooked dinner. There are so many activities and things for kiddos to play with, but it doesnt feel like kids toys are overrunning the house either. Everything has a place and is thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing! My child begged me to move in here he loved it so much! haha. Perfect for our family. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and anything you needed to cook. Everything was decorated so well with vintage pottery and just an all around good vibe. It felt like home to us and we were just so happy. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

Ryan's airbnb was great! Safe area, quiet neighborhood, close access to freeways and good access to a large commercial area with shopping, groceries and restaurants. Ryan and his neighbors were also super friendly. All around good experience. 10/10. Would definitely recommend!

had a wonderful stay at Clara's poolhouse. place has everything you need, for a one or two person stay. its a great neighborhood with a lot of cool stuff to do nearby, i didnt get a chance to use the pool, but i we had some sunny days, and just vibing on a chase lounge was nice enough. would stay again

I can’t say enough about how much Fiona and her family made us feel at home. We are fire evacuees and we’re bounced from one place to another until we settled at her home. They even gave us avocados from their tree and brought us famous local donuts! I was surprised by the amazing restaurants nearby — particularly Ethiopian, Thai and sushi gems. But most of all we are grateful for the stability of a comfortable home with great outdoor space to get back on our feet. Thanks Fiona!

Great place for my family of three + dog when we were in town for a wedding. Sandy and Terry were great communicators and we had an easy time checking in and out. Would stay there again!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

My husband and I spent one night at this Airbnb and had everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected from the photos, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

Super cute, quiet, and close to Disneyland! There was plenty of amenities to keep our kids entertained throughout our stay. Everything was labeled and directions were posted in clearly visible areas. We were able to watch the Disneyland fireworks show each night they went off which was a surprise bonus for us! We look forward to renting with Eve again!

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

Overall wonderful experience! Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We truly appreciate the yummy snacks and waters. Sison really goes upon and beyond and I understand why she's a Super Hostess. Definitely lives up to that 100% The beds were super comfortable! The pillows were amazing! The house was clean and I love the touch of flowers left in the rooms. We would love to stay again for our next family trip. Thank you Sison! You made us feel welcoming and right at home.

We really enjoyed staying at Selina's place. It was larger than we expected and very clean. We loved the location and great asian restaurants around the area. It was also central to the places we visited in the LA area. We had no problems checking in and we appreciated the reserved parking space. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.
