Lovely place to stay at & the location was great to explore Knysna.

Maria made us feel right at home. The place is incredible, and the furniture is equally impressive. We mostly followed the recommendations they gave us. The house is situated in a very safe area, just a 5-minute walk from a restaurant and a coffee shop. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. It’s the perfect place to stay with a baby. We used the barbecue and beach chairs. Knysna is an ideal break on the Garden Route. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

Knysna is such a lovely place, with Thesen’s Island being my favourite area. Location is great, and is extremely safe as it is a gated community. The house is beautifully kept, spacious, and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The furniture, décor and general quality of the house is great (especially the lovely main bed!). Faith is such a lovely lady - full of energy and charm. She is incredibly helpful, responsive, and is such a delight. She makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive, and gives an amazing tour of the house (and some great recommendations of places to go on the island, as well as in the surrounding areas). It was such an amazing stay, would 100% recommend, and would definitely book again!

Our principle contact was Jonathan who couldn’t have done more for us, a superb host who lives nearby. The property is well equipped throughout and located in a safe residential area just 200m from the estuary. We spent 24 wonderful days there. One point is that internal access to the upstairs is by a rather narrow spiral staircase which might not suit all ie elderly but for others ie children a point of excitement. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending both the property and hosts as a wonderful home to relax and unwind in. We’ve only found one other to match!

We felt very comfortable in this house. The rooms & facilities were great and we loved the outside area. The house was quite airy but sometimes I missed having a bit more daylight. The island is super safe and private, and some very nice restaurants were in walking distance. As someone who is not used to this kind of living, I found it quite unique and interesting staying in such a gated community.

Loved the house and its situation. Beautifully presented. The biometrics required was a hassle but good to know how safe it is. Very good at responding to questions. Loved the kayaking- really didn’t want to leave. A great rental, thank you!

The place was absolutely perfect for my friends and I. The beach access, quiet surrounding and beautiful view from the house was incredible. Mariana left us recommendations and was very responsive. We did struggle to get inside as we didn’t realise we needed to park outside and walk to the house for the keys however Mariana was easily contactable which cleared any confusion. My friends and I all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

There is a reason why Lynn is a superhost!! This is a hidden gem! If you ever go through Knysna, you want to stay here! Pleacefull, beautiful surroundings, neat, clean and very easy check-in. Excellent instructions how to get there. Very friendly and extremely helpfull host. Will definitely come back again!! Thank you Lynn & Clyde!

Wat een ontzettend mooi en luxe appartement! Van alle gemakken voorzien en op een prachtige locatie. Zeer schoon en ruim. Een aanrader voor iedereen! Olwen is ontzettend attent en reageert snel. De perfecte verhuurder! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken dit prachtige appartement met zeer groot terras aan het water.

We stayed in one of Tine’s luxury glamping caravans as the room on AirBnB got double booked. Tine solved the matter very professionally and upon arrival she was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for our short but beautiful stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Great location and perfectly equipped for a getaway. Jenny went out of her way to accommodate us with our needs. Definitely recommend this apartment in T Island because of where on the Island it is located(easy access to all restaurants)

Communication with the host was very easy and the check in procedure was explained in detail prior to our arrival along with numerous other relevant bits of information and suggestions for local amenities. The property was clean and as described and as per the photographs which we appreciated. Great location near to the centre of Knysna but a short and cheap taxi ride is suggested in the evening so we had no issues getting around. I would gladly recommend Carla's place and would stay again on a return trip.

What an amazing little place! We loved everything about our stay, apart from our visit being too short. "Room With a View" definitely lived up to its name, absolutely beautiful views. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need. John, was so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and getting to see how beautiful Knysna is. Thank you so much to you all, we will most definitely be back and hopefully for much longer! x

Cherie is a great host - her personal touch is evidenced in her beautiful artwork, the delicious rusks and great coffee to enjoy. So friendly and relaxed. We were able to enjoy kayaking on the lagoon and taking in the beautiful surrounding. This is a great stay, highly recommended.

We had a marvelous holiday in a beautifully, peacefully setting. Noreen and Simon made us feel welcome, and were lucky to see the newborn faul "cracker" borned on Christmas.

What stood out for us at Riverridge View, apart from a great location, were the people / staff. We had a few minor niggles with the cottage which were dealt with rapidly by owners Izelle and and Courtenay. They are excellent accommodating and responsive hosts, and we can only recommend Riverridge View for a stay. Our thanks to the two staff members who are in attendance to asisst.

wonderful farm setting to get away from the clutter - wish we had more time to explore the farms and surroundings. Amenities were excellent and as described. will always recommend to those interested.

It was the perfect relaxing holiday setting in beautiful nature surroundings. We absolutely will visit this holiday home again. Craig and Theoline are friendly and helpfull hosts. I will recommend their place to anyone.

A Truly Magical Escape – Frog Mountain Stole Our Hearts Wow, some places truly touch your soul, and Frog Mountain is one of them. You can feel the love, care, and passion that Gabriela has poured into creating this magical retreat. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the joy of walking up to the labyrinth and witnessing a breathtaking sunset to the pure exhilaration of squealing down the foofy slide—every moment felt special. We loved hiking to the waterfall and rock pools, immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty. Our cozy rondavel felt like a warm hug after each day of adventure. The charm of Frog Mountain extends beyond the landscapes—it’s in the horses grazing peacefully, the cows wandering the fields, and the symphony of beautiful birdsong each morning. Swimming in the river was a refreshing delight, and every corner of this place felt like a gift to the soul. We are deeply grateful

A beautiful apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay. “Awesome Frame” truly lives up to its name! The place is stylish, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed.
