Die Unterkunft von Mark ist sehr, sehr schön. Eine coole Architektur, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es gibt 2 große Terrassen, einmal hinter dem Haus mit Meerblick und vor dem Haus, mit Outdoorküche und Grill. Mark ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, wohnt nebenan und war immer erreichbar. Wir können diese schöne und individuelle Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in Gardens! It’s just a great area with a lot of restaurants around. You can see the Lions had from the pool and be in Camps Bay or V&A in 15 minutes by car. The house is great. You basically feel like you are in Costa Rica or somewhere in the jungle when you wake up or have a coffee on the terrace. We loved it!

Superb place with a genuine ‘home’ feel to it. Lots of communal space inside and out and a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Tracy is a super host - responsive and shared loads of advice what to do locally. Hout Bay is a 10 min drive.

An absolutely fantastic stay! Myself and a group of friends spent 1 week in Roland’s place in Seapoint. We were welcomed at the property, shown around and given recommendations. The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean. There was lots to do around and very easily walkable to the beach and different restaurants. We had an amazing time and loved the home. I would high recommend this stay to anyone and would definitely visit again! Thank you!

We had an incredible stay at Corinne’s place! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. The house itself was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we could need. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in the place for 14 days, 2 couples. We very much enjoyed our time. The house matches the description, is beautifully designed and well maintained. The outside area is well-thought trough, provides sun-protection when sitting outside and offers amazing views over Cape Town and Table Mountain. The house offers 3 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors. A bit of a negative is that although you can close the doors, privacy can be an issue as it is not fully sound proof. Lightning could be better in the bathrooms, but design won over. The service was great, cleaning excellent and the pool was well maintained. The surroundings are great, plenty of coffee places for an easy breakfast, bars and supermarket nearby. Easy to go for a morning run to Green Point and Sea Point. We loved it and highly recommend the place. Thank you.

We enjoyed staying at Alison’s place - it was a perfect location for the cricket, with a great view onto the ground from the balcony. The place was secure, with Face ID required to enter the lift, which was set up by security on arrival. The place itself was well stocked with amenities, having everything that we needed for our stay. The rooftop pool and gym was a bonus, with incredible views from up there. Contact with the host was simple and clear. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Newlands area.

I communicated primarily with Johan during my stay. He was incredibly responsive and transparent. The apartment looked exactly as expected. The layout was thoughtful and there was plenty of closet space. I was traveling with my toddler and I loved that the patio provided a safe and very high enclosure for her to have a sense of freedom both indoor/outdoor while in my eyesight. Mind you that high enclosure did not compromise on the views of Table Mountain on the backdrop of a beautifully curated patio garden. Please note that garden must be watered and it’s on an automatic system so don’t forget your laundry on the line overnight like me LOL because you’ll be doing a second wash. The pool was amazing and often empty—again VIEWS and don’t forget to bring flip flops the tiles are slippery when wet. Externally, traveling alone with my daughter, I appreciated the multiple levels of security. The front desk was helpful. Co-working space around the corner and lots of restaurants nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at beautiful this flat. The beds were comfortable and I felt right at home. Tim was an amazing host and always checked in on how I was doing at the place. I love the location of the house,it’s a very peaceful and quiet area. Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated and furnished apartment which is practical as well as very stylish. We stayed for a week and there wasn't a single thing that we needed that wasn't provided. Everything worked well including the washer which I tested a few times as we were at the end of a month long trip _ it was also really easy to dry everything on the timber deck. Great access to the prom and beach and also a good bus service which we used during the day and loads of taxis available - but we also felt safe walking in the evening. Also a really easy walk to Greenpoint DHL stadium and to the Park where there is a weekly park run. Loads of restaurants nearby and a Woolworths just around the corner Would definitely recommend it

Booking with Cherice was easy and she was so proactive during the process. Elana looked after us whilst we were there and I don’t think it ever took more than 10 seconds to receive a response from her. The apartment is in a perfect central location with loads of restaurants and boutique and craft shops. And the apartment itself was welcoming and comfortable with a very good sized balcony with mountain view. We loved our stay.

If we are visiting Cape Town, we will always see if this apartment is available. We love the location, the amenities of the apartment, closeness to great restaurants and its fun to walk through the suburb. The other residents in the block are friendly and helpful. Super schöne moderne, saubere und großzügige Wohnung in top Lage. Sehr sicher, top Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen würde. Katrin war sehr offen, hat Tipps gegeben und einen flexiblen Check out ermöglicht. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne! Vielen Dank!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is lovely, clean, and well-equipped — it had everything we needed. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to access the apartment, which made check-in very smooth. The only thing to keep in mind is that the area can be a bit noisy at times, as it’s close to a street and the port. Still, it’s a great place overall!

We had a wonderful stay in Bantry Bay, the pictures on the site are an exact match. A great property, with all the amenities, and a great location. Ubers would arrive within 2mins, and were very cheap. £2.50 to Camps Bay and the V&A waterfront. Shaun was very responsive and helpful. We’d highly recommend this property. Cheers Andy & Gemma

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und persönlich beim Checkin von Brandon begleitet und hilfreich unterstützt. Wir wurden von ihm persönlich in's Appartment begleitet und es wurden alle wichtigen Informationen zu Abläufen erklärt. Wichtigen Zugangsdaten erhielten wir zusätzlich als Nachricht über Airbnb. Die Wohnung bietet einen spektakulären Ausblick auf den Tafelberg und die Stadt/Waterfront, welchen wir sehr genossen haben. Man hat viele Restaurants/Cafe's und Supermärkte direkt vor der Haustür und man kann Kapstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Alles war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, wir würden hier definitiv wieder übernachten und können die Unterkunft und das betreuende Team nur empfehlen

The place is central with an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront in combination to easy access to the restaurants on Bree Street. Security was tight and sometimes a little annoying, but also gives comfort. Views were excellent!

Kelly is the sweetest, and a very communicative host. The place has a great view of the ocean, felt safe, and is in walking distance of camps bay restaurants and the beaches - both camps bay and Clifton. We had AC in one of the bedrooms which was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Estate is safe, security friendly and professional. Extremely clean, everything that you need, fantastic view of Marina, walking distance to V&A. Friendly housekeeper. Excellent service from owner. Overall, would highly recommend.

It’s my second time staying at Lara’s place and as before, I was very pleased. The apartment is right on the promenade. This is perfect for a quick swim or walk on the beach and right behind Sea point Main Road, which has many of the finest restaurants in Cape Town. The apartment itself, compared to many other CPT apartments is much bigger, which is why I love it so much! Lara was away with work and her dad Roy, which my husband and I had met previously, hosted for the time of our stay. Roy was absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome! He truly made sure we felt secure and checked in to see if we needed anything. His family also has many businesses which include quad biking (which we did with some friends), horse riding and paint ball. The day out at the quad biking at the wine farm was definitely the most fun day I had in CPT. Overall, I could not recommend Lara’s place enough! I cannot wait to return.
