Garfagnana : locations de vacances dans des cottages

Unique, authentic and clean! We were looking for a place where to stay in the mountains and still have the Italian authentic small vila - and we found it. It was rainy when we stayed, but it didn’t changed our plans and the vibe as the villa itself has the coziness that fits any weather. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to feel the unique and authentic vibe.

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Il cottage è immerso nella natura ed esattamente come descritto: si respira molta tranquillità. L’idromassaggio all’aperto è stato meraviglioso, ed i proprietari si sono premurati di farci trovare l’acqua ad una temperatura perfetta. Sono inoltre stati disponibilissimi nell’adattarsi alle nostre esigenze ed i nostri orari, se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

The place was amazing with a magnificient view to the Mountains. Overall a great expierience there.. a quiet relaxin time at the AirBnB. Thank you again!

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Alla casa tra gli ulivi si sta veramente bene, i gestori sono gentilissimi e carinissimi ed hanno una "testa imprenditoriale" davvero vincente. Ogni minimo dettaglio, sia della location che del rapporto con gli ospiti, è ben curato e tutto è pulito, nuovo e si vede che la manutenzione è maniacale perché non abbiano riscontrato un singolo problema. Puoi ordinare cocktails, drinks, gelati, massaggi .... Il primo giorno siamo, per problemi nostri, arrivati a notte fonda e ci hanno aspettati svegli senza chiedere un euro di check in posticipato. Ci hanno offerto prosecco... insomma persone squisite che hanno il grande successo che si meritano proprio grazie al fatto che un piccolo spazio intimo e riservato ti danno tutto....casa, giardino, piscina, barbecue, pergolato (tavolo stupendo) CON LA GENTILEZZA DI CHI TI ACCOGLIE IN FAMIGLIA. Veramente consigliato a tutti, un posto magnifico e rilassante. in 4 giorni mi sono rigenerato più di altre ferie che ho fatto in passato di 2 settimane....

Das Highlight war der Whirlpool, in dem man das Bergpanorama direkt vor der Haustür bewundern konnte. Federico ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich und stand immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit Empfehlungen und Hilfe zur Verfügung, obwohl er zu der Zeit gar nicht vor Ort war (z.T. über seine Familie, die da war). Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich, ein Wanderweg geht direkt am Haus entlang. Herrlich!

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

Die Gastgeber ist toll und mehr als zuvorkommend. Der Garten und Poolbereich sind ein Traum, in Echt noch viel schöner und besser als auf den Bilder. Man kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Das kleine Örtchen ist super süß mit guter Gastronomie.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Sehr ruhige und ungestörte Lage ohne Nachbarn mitten in der Natur. Eine Hütte die alles bietet und praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Einen Tag wanderten wir vom Haus aus, sonst immer per Auto: Supermarkt der keine Wünsche offen lässt 10 min, Strand mit Sand und Öffentlichkeit 25 min, Pisa und Genua ca. 1,5 h mit Parken, Wandern in den Apuanischen Alpen ca. 1h. Naturstrand 35 min.

wenn du Ruhe suchst, Entspannung, keine Menschen um dich herum möchtest. ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. als kleiner Trip vorher einkaufen. damit man nicht unnötig die Unterkunft verlassen muss. es gibt wenige Restaurant undie Ecke. ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto,kommt man zu einem schönen italienischen Pup. preisleistubg top. tolle Unterkunft um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und es war toll. Es war wie Beschrieben, sehr sauber, ruhig, nahe zum Stand und gute Restaurants in Fussnähe. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war unkompliziert und Check-In und Check-Out mit ihrem Papa sehr sympatisch!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war äusserst angenehm. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles wunderbar hergerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet alle nötigen Utensilien inklusive Spülmittel, Spülertabs usw. Im Kühlschrank hat uns der Gastgeber Fabio freundlicherweise bereits einen kleinen Aperetiv bereitgestellt. Er ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sofort sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr schön im Hang eines Hügels. Es ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich und man kan hervorragend die Sonne von morgens bis abends geniessen. Die Buchung dieser Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

We had an outstanding time at Enricos place. Perfect vacation! It’s a beautiful location, a great house and an outstanding property. If you’re looking for relaxation and an oasis of solitude, it’s the place to be. Yet it is still very close to a lot of nice original restaurants, grocery stores but also Lucca and the beach are just a short drive away as well. We were welcomed by Donatella, one of the nicest person ever, who showed us the house, the property and send us tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. She was super responsive if we had any additional question. Also Enrico was a great host, making sure the house, pool and property was in perfect shape for his guests. 5 stars, without a doubt !!

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

Der Aufenthalt im Cottage ist für uns immer eine Freude, die Tage am Strand sind eine Wohltat und wir reisen erholt nach Hause. Es fehlt uns hier an nichts.

Heerlijke dagen gehad in de prachtige maisonnette. Dicht bij de stad en een rustige omgeving. Ontzettend lekker bed en alles was brandschoon!

Mooi gerestaureerd en heel gezellig kastanjedrogerijtje (metato) in de heuvels boven Bagni-di-Lucca met ruim voldoende mogelijkheden voor uitstappen te voet of met de auto (Lucca, de vallei van de Lima, de Ponte Magdalena, ...). Jammer dat Bagni zelf wat vergane glorie is. De terrassen voor en achter de woning laten toe te genieten van de rust en het uitzicht van bij het ontbijt tot laat in de avond. Roberta, die in afwezigheid van de eigenaars de gasten opvangt, is een absolute meerwaarde voor de eigenaars van "il metatino". Haar ongekende inzet voor zowel het verblijf als de gasten hebben wij nog nooit eerder mogen ervaren tijdens onze eerdere vakanties in AirBnB accomodaties.

We had a lovely stay at Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottage has been beautifully converted and is very convenient. The mountain views were wonderful and there's a great pool for the end of a hot day. It is private, and we ate outside every evening watching the light fade on the mountains. The location is also excellent, both for easy access to shops and also for heading to the mountains to walk. We felt very lucky to find it. Graziana's husband was generous with his maps and walking suggestions, and you absolutely must head to Piglionico to do the interesting, beautiful and well-marked walking trails that have been his passion project. Highly recommended.

Het huis zelf is mooi en op een prachtige rustige plek. De schuur minder geschikt om in te slapen. Het zwembad was heerlijk en groot genoeg, met voldoende bedjes. Kleine minpuntjes: geen zonwering dus erg heet in huis. Geen airco was bekend, maar wat meer ventilatoren zou aan te raden zijn. Geen zeepjes of shampoo in de badkamers. De toegangsweg naar het huis is smal dus een uitdaging bij tegenliggers. Al met al een prettige plek.

Wir (4 Erw, 2 Kids) waren 12 Tage in den Ferien da. Die Anfahrt war etwas Tricky da wir mit unseren großen Bus (Hyundai Staria) voll beladen nicht die Zufahrtsstraße hoch gekommen sind, Andrea und Barbara waren so nett und haben uns unser ganzes Gepäck hochgefahren, leer sind wir dann mit dem Bus zum Haus gelangen. Die Auffahrt benötigt ein wenig Übung besonders mit größeren Autos. Das Haus hat den typischen ital. rustikalen Stil und ist größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und geräumig, das Wlan läuft stabil. Die Umgebung bzw. Aussicht sind ein Traum. Es ist alles da was man zum Überleben und wohlfühlen braucht. Barbara und Andrea sind die ganze Zeit über für uns da gewesen und haben uns immer bei Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir hatten selten so herzliche Gastgeber!!! Alles was an Obst und Gemüse dort wächst konnten wir pflücken und essen. Der Pool ist schön groß, genug Schatten und eine Außenküche sind verhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️

It's difficult to put into words how wonderful this experience has been but, we will try. First and foremost ,  it must be said that Martin and Guisi are the most gracious of hosts. The property is so beautiful, truly far beyond what we expected. Our stay here was made Exceptional by their kindness and their willingness to answer all of our questions.  Every suggestion , from restaurants to locations to see, made our stay  most memorable. I tend to always want to go to different locations. But I can easily see returning here! You won't be disappointed!

La casa nel bosco non ha bisogno di descrizioni. Indiscutibilmente bella e curata nei dettagli più piccoli. Un luogo dove il selvaggio è solo la cornice di una dimora che ha l’odore del tempo e che con autorevolezza ed eleganza ti insegna il senso del silenzio e della solitudine. Giovanni e le sue emozioni hanno trasformato le vecchie mura in questo.
