Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

We had an awesome time at Carole‘s beautiful house. It offers space on the porches for just sitting and enjoying the silent atmosphere in this area. Everything was as described and expected, and Carole‘s messages before our arrival were on time and on point — thank you very much! Great bedrooms, great bathroom, and the grill on the porch on top…! Everything in great conditions!! Once again: thank you so much!!

Perfect location for our short trip to Austin. Had lots of stuff available in the house, everything was in working order, comfortable. About 20-30 minutes to downtown and was a great place to land in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay. The little private park was so close to the house. It was clean and my boys had the best time playing in the water. We love how perfect it was for them. The house itself was beautiful you can tell the owners take pride in their property. We loved the little balcony off the main bedroom and I enjoyed my coffee and book out there every morning. We would definitely recommend this property and we hope to rent from Cynthia again in the near future.

Johann’s place was the perfect place for me and my friends to explore Austin. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. We especially enjoyed the wrap around porch in the morning and evening. We loved our stay and would definitely book again if in Austin and would highly recommend to others. Johann was a great and welcoming host. He had lots of recommendations for the area and was always helpful.

For our short stay in Austin, Aaron’s place was very conveniently located not far from downtown, shopping, recreation, and restaurant/bars south of downtown. The unit was clean and well appointed with all we needed. Aaron was available to answer questions and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Great location for a relaxing weekend, for my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Property was relaxing and peaceful. The hot tub was the perfect place to hang out after hiking the Greenbelt. Drive to and from the property is gorgeous.

Candice’s apartment was super cute and conveniently located in the middle of Austin. We appreciated all the amenities. Candice was an especially friendly and helpful host, as well.

My stay at Lisa's home in Pflugerville was excellent. Lisa was very communicative from booking to departure. I HIGHLY recommend booking this home for your next stay! I will definitely be back!

We had such a great time at our stay here. It made everything we wanted to see and do easily accessible and gave us a comfortable home base. It was also close enough to venture out in the mornings, come back and rest with kids and then head out again in the afternoons and evenings. Communication was easy, as well as check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend

The cottage is a tiny adorable house with all the amenities one needs. Quiet yard. Easy access to major roads. This was our 2nd stay here. It’s a great deal.

1st of all, at 80, Rod Stewart can still rock!! Our recent stay at Brentwood de Maria was pleasant & our host was very responsive when we couldn’t login to the WiFi & issues we were having with the televisions in the living room & one guest room. We were able to connect to the WiFi (apparently the modem had been unplugged) & Todd logged into his personal YouTube account until he could fix any bugs after we left. The home was in an eclectic neighborhood which we loved! It was clean, bright, spacious & we never felt unsafe during our visit. (I would recommend some sort of blinds on the bathroom windows & a full size ironing board. And just a side note, even though we didn’t play, a new corn hole game might be needed for future guests; the one there was probably ruined by rain.) There were plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, thrift shops & shopping nearby which is always a plus. Would we stay at Brentwood de Maria again? Definitely!!

The house was in a good location with lots of local restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect base for a week in central Texas. The house was set up and had plenty of convenience for a family stay. The AC and ceiling fans kept it comfortable and their was coffee and tea for guests. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful private outdoor area by the pool. I would definately choose to stay with Carlos and Sarah again.

My family was evicted 1 week before Christmas 2024. We made a last minute decision to book an AirB&B. With all thats happened, we spent the holidays at Lindseys beautiful home. Our Christmas was memorable to say the least. Upon check out we needed more time to vacate. Lindsey was so accommodating to our situation and went above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely loved staying here!!! We had such a relaxing time here for two months. The view off the back is stunning, and the fenced yard is extremely secure. The kitchen has everything you need and then some! The layout of the house is amazing, and I so appreciate the comfortable desk chairs and work stations. Tony is a fabulous host and communicated perfectly. We mentioned that the main bed was getting a bit lumpy (totally usable for us, though) and a new mattress was delivered within a week- incredibly responsive. Super quiet area, very nice neighbors. Wonderfully close to many awesome hiking trails. If I could give the house and host 100 stars, I would. Honestly, just wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed for 19 nights to be in close proximity to our family who live a street away. My wife worked remotely for 10 of the days , a nice desk set-up in one of the bedrooms. The WiFi was good enough to support continuous video calls. We cooked on the grill outdoors, and used all the kitchen facilities for many meals. We were very comfortable, and it really felt like a home from home, everything we needed to enable a great long-term visit. No complaints whatsoever. We would stay again, and would recommend to other family members.

Absolutely love this casita!!! It’s perfect for a couple very romantic and cozy. Very clean and you will get more than you expected. It includes everything you may need for your stay. Absolutely will be staying here again when I visit Austin. Absolutely perfect!

We were very pleased with our stay at Emlyn’s house. We were visiting our in-laws in South Austin and the location of the house was perfect. It was easy to get downtown and there was shopping and restaurants close by. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Thank you, Emlyn!

Laurie was an amazing host! She was super helpful when needed and she gave great recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay here again. Such a cute little place and the yard was perfect for my dog :)

Nice, quiet neighborhood in a good location. Hosts took care to have all the basic amenities you might need. Clean kitchen with lots of appliances if you're looking to cook. Also nice to have the washer and dryer there.

My wife and I stayed at Krysta's place for two night during our Texas BBQ road trip from Wisconsin. It was a great place to relax between our visits to the local BBQ joints in Lockhart. I really enjoyed the coffee bean grinder for freshly ground coffee in the mornings. The water for one of the showers would not get hot regardless of how long I let the water run, but it wasn't a huge deal for us since it was just me and my wife. Its possible it was operator error as well. If you're a light sleeper, make sure to use the bedroom in the back of the house away from the road as the traffic noise could be a little much in the front room. Overall, for what my wife and I needed, this was a great place to stay.

Zoel’s Place is a very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood, especially if you have kids and/or dogs coming with you. We immediately felt at home in a clean and welcoming house. You’d never know pets previously stayed there other than the signs and amenities available (paw washer, yard clean up tools). The kitchen is well stocked with the basics and more including spices, cooking, cleaning and eating utensils. The living areas are comfortable and organized well. The bathrooms were clean and stocked well. Zoel’s Place is highly recommended by everyone in our party, we would absolutely stay here again with our small children and dog. We felt safe, comfortable and welcome the entire time. There are several parks and grocery stores close by.
