From minute 1 of booking this amazing lodge David was extremely responsive and friendly. This gave us a warm idea of what was to come. Upon arrival we were then greeted by another very kind and welcoming lady (didn’t catch her name sorry) who shown us into the perfect cottage with extreme politeness. The lodge was filled with everything needed, hot tub was warm on arrival, TV was huge and could be rotated (can even face the hottub. This was a bonus for us as we are movie geeks 👍🏽 The kitchen was stunning and some essentials were provided that we actually forgot to bring (salt, pepper, oil). Cannot fault a single bit of the stay. Immaculate. The outside porch was tremendous too. It is closed off nice so that even when you’re in or out the hot tub you feel 0 draft. Upon leaving we spoke to 3 lovely ladies, 2 cleaners and 1 other lady who was also super lovely (sorry no names again). Beautiful stay for 4 nights with 2 under 10year olds. House is clean and tidy, lovely big showers and bath. Downstairs shower room handy for after the hot tub. Tea, coffee and a fire laid for arrival which was a lovely touch. Almost everything you might need in the kitchen (missing an ice cube tray, colander and matches for the fire although theres so much kit might have missed those) Views are just stunning, from every window. We visited in late October, house stayed warm. Short stroll into Kinlochleven. Coop has plenty of things and open 7 days a week. It was off season, but the take away cafe next door, chinese and pub were open. We also went to the seafood cafe about 15min drive away which closes for the season in November, but is friendly and good food, a lunch time here would be amazing with views of the loch. We did the walk up to the falls from the village which is well sign posted. And walks along the river. Really enjoyed our stay thank you.

We visit St Andrews several times a year and always stay in apartments when visiting our daughter. This was by far the nicest we have stayed in as it’s so clearly stayed in by the owners and wasn’t as clinical as some others. Nicely decorated, Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and the added bonus of secure parking. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops and beaches. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Prima huis met veel slaapkamers net buiten het centrum van Glasgow. Op loopafstand van Celtic Park. Wij hebben veel met Uber gereden naar het centrum toe en terug. Dit ging prima. Top verblijf gehad!

The place felt like home away from home… everything was perfect and intact, my family had a good time with no complain whatsoever. The Furnitures, utensils and amenities were perfectly fitted for our stay. The environment is calm and peaceful…

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOME! This is probably the BEST place we have ever stayed in with Airbnb. The house we spotless and everything was so well provided for. They even had hot chocolate for kids and really good coffee options for adults, pasta, rice, so many canned food options and oats and what not. Fully stocked kitchen! For kids, they had lots of toys and books. The kids room was the highlight - they had really amazing books nicely laid out as well as a wonderful very clean kitchen set for kids to play with. It really felt like we have just walked right in our home. The playground was the cherry on top. Kids loved climbing and swinging. They even had bubble sets and outdoor playset for the kids and a BBQ set for those who wish to try their hand at BBQ. Can't recommend them enough. Our family of 8 had a great stay and we loved every minute of it. Wished we stayed longer here. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Edinburgh!

My family of 9 (7 adults, 2 children) visited from the United States. We were excited to explore in our first vacation to Scotland. We chose this location because it was almost perfectly in between Glasgow and Edinburgh, so we could have an extended stay at this Airbnb and visit both cities. The house is about 10-15 minutes from the nearest train station which will take you to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Or about a 45 minute drive to each city. There were also numerous grocery stores in about a 10 minute radius. The Airbnb itself was fantastic. It was clean, it was spacious, and it had everything we needed for such a big family, including plenty of fun activities for the kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom inside of it too. James was great about communicating with me, he was very transparent about all the information and helped in every way he could. I absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone, but especially larger families. Thank you James for welcoming us!
