The house is large and as described. It is within walking distance from Oaklawn which was the reason we were there.

What a cute place! The street can be a bit noisy but not sure if there was some construction going on. Nice and out of the way of main traffic. Worked perfect for a weekend getaway and fast response from the host

She gave us recommendations as well . the home had comfy beds, was also very clean ! Our stay was amazing. The house was close to all attractions we were interested in visiting. Plenty of parking and very comfortable beds/furniture. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely book again!

Went in March during Spring break with the Grandparents. Beds were super comfy and everyone had a bed to sleep on. They had plenty of linens and towels for us to use. TV's in each of the rooms, game boards in the living room. Their home was beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed it a lot. They had a fire pit, bbq grill, and smoker as well. But unfortunately, we couldn't use b/c weather didn't cooperate with us. Thermostat was easy to set. and plenty of kitchen appliances. Super close to the Hot Springs and nice drive to Lake Ouashita. They could probably use a few extra utensils, but that was my fault for not letting them know. Easy to communicate with and so responsive. We were going to try to fish during our stay and Mary was kind enough to drop off a few poles for us to use. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area.

The room was very well decorated and appointed. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the upgraded products. Loved the bar area and bathroom. Would highly recommend this Airbnb

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

We loved our stay in Hot Springs! The apartment is in a great location and has very cool retro vibes. Check in and check out was super easy & Francisco and Leah were very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die je goede tips kunnen geven. Het ligt ongeveer 20 min rijden van Bathrow. Spa van Quapaw moet je ver van te voren boeken. Je kunt ook proberen bij de Spa van het Arlington hotel. Heerlijk bad en massages en je waant je in the roaring twenties.

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

Martha’s condo was great! She was very friendly and gave easy-to-follow instructions on how to check in and check out. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats and geese go by. All areas of the condo were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was the best we’ve had at a condo-large, clean, tall shower head, and great water pressure. We enjoyed the snacks and coffee variety. Highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice. A very relaxing environment and beautifully decorated. The balcony was large and felt very private. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay here!

We had a wonderful time at Steve's place. The views are amazing! The studio was just as described, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Steve was responsive and even provided us some local restaurants to try, which we did and were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids, and the variety of kid-friendly games kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The location is perfect, offering both peace and quiet while still being close to great activities and attractions. To top it all off, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return!

We can’t say enough about Brittany’s Airbnb. The 5 star review is well worth it. I simply cannot wait to stay here again. It feels like home and I really appreciate every single detail from the decor to the amenities. The location is beautiful and we keep coming back for all that Hot Springs has to offer. Be sure you bring some empty water bottles to hit up Happy Hallow Fountain for your cold spring water and Garvan Woodland Gardens to see the beautiful gardens. Beautiful condo conveniently located near everything you’d ever want. Very clean and accommodating. Lots of extra touches throughout. We plan on being repeat guest!
