Logement fidèle à la description, belle vue sur Monaco et emplacement calme. Le parking peut être vite complet et donc compliqué de stationner à proximité de l’appartement. Je recommande ☺️

soggiorno super rilassante immersi nella natura con la possibilità di farsi un bagno in piscina. host molto disponibile, gentile , ci ha dato la possibilità di grigliare e portare una coppia di amici a passare la giornata con noi. nonostante il nostro cane che abbaiava l'host si è dimostrato super comprensivo e amichevole super consigliato

É difficile sintetizzare in poche parole la straordinaria qualità di questa sistemazione. L’appartamento è strutturato in maniera perfetta e arredato con uno stile moderno, chic, cool e impeccabile sotto ogni profilo. Il parcheggio è comodo, direttamente collegato tramite ascensore al piano. Tutto è nuovissimo inclusa la cucina, gli accessori e gli elettrodomestici. La casa in generale, anche nelle parti comuni, profuma di nuovo e di fresco. Fantastica la vista sul mare e sul Country Club. Cosa dire di più ? Sarebbe un sogno essere i proprietari di questa meraviglia, forse per questo l’host è una persona rilassata, amichevole e disponibilissimo. In definitiva: una location Magica !

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

Appartamento nuovo, bello e pulito. Posizione ottima, in una via bellissima da dove si poteva raggiungere tutto anche a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla con ottimi ristoranti e negozi nei dintorni. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza.

Sonia's home was perfect for our south of France vacation! We appreciated how communicative she was especially with our variable arrival time as a result of train delays. The home was cozy and we appreciated how heating was available during the colder off season. Please note that you will need to bring your own amenities and toiletries. The location was super convenient to the train station and that made our adventures extremely easy. Thank you Sonia for hosting us in your lovely home!

Die Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig in einem schönen Haus direkt am Meer. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Mittelmeer und den Strand vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten wäre, dass die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach im dritten Stockwerk ohne Aufzug liegt. Für uns war das aber kein Problem und das Treppenhaus bietet bereits ein schönes Flair, das von dem der Wohnung übertroffen wird. Bei sommerlichen Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad hat die Klimaanlage gute Dienste erwiesen. Es empfiehlt sich ggf. einen Parkplatz im Vorhinein zu reservieren oder man nutzt den ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa ed è stata un'esperienza ottima. La casa è esattamente come descritta nelle foto: pulita e spaziosa. La cucina è ben attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in autonomia. Il letto era comodo e ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole.

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

Wir hatten schöne Tage und die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick haben wir bei sonnigen warmen Temperaturen sehr genossen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Matteo est un hôtel remarquable, attentif et bienveillant. Le logement est impeccable, propre et très optimisé. Son emplacement est juste sublime, nous reviendrons en été pour tester la l'étude terrasse à l'entrée, vue sur la rivière. je recommande sans hésiter.

Je moet even rekening houden met de steile helling om bij het appartement te komen, maar eenmaal daar; top! Contact met Lorenzo was super; snelle respons en superleuke tips. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke balkon met prachtig uitzicht en van de tips van Lorenzo voor in San Remo!

On a adoré l'ambiance chaleureuse et artistique avec une décoration colorée et éclectique. Les murs de la pièce principale et de la chambre sont ornés de motifs géométriques aux couleurs vives ce qui donne une touche moderne, audacieuse et inoubliable à l'espace. Chaque coin est pensé pour que de passage ici jamais on ne l'oublie. L'ambiance générale est conviviale, le centre ville se fait à pieds en 10mn par des petites rues pietonnes superbes. Appartement au calme idéal pour des séjours courts ou des vacances. Merci Frederico pour vos conseils et votre grande disponibilité et bravo pour vos talents de décorateur.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Spacious and bright apartment. Despite being in the city centre close to traffic it is quiet as it is situated in a gated community. Having a private parking space is also a plus in Alassio! The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a 7-month daughter - as everything is within walking distance.

Fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Auch vom Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Wir haben 7 Tage hier als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht, die Einrichtung ist toll, es war reichlich Platz.. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüllt!

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i området, vi gik til strand næsten hver dag. Vi køre en tur op på en restaurant som Daniela hade anbefalet kun 3 km fra boligen super hyggelig og lækker restaurant klart et besøg vær. Boligen havde alt hvad vi havde behov for, super dejlig udsigt. Vi havde mange gode aften timer på terrassen. Vi savnede en blæser mere til om natten,hvor det var ret varmt.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Un bel posto ben collegato al centro. C’è la pista ciclabile all’ingresso. C’è un piccolo giardino per i cani. Filippo è un host molto bravo. Ci tornerei volentieri.
