Garmisch-Partenkirchen : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei kleinkindern und 4 erwachsenen, hatten die dachwohnung gemietet alles ganz unkompliziert. Wurde frisch gereinigt. Unten wurden wir empfangen, da das zimmer noch nicht ganz fertig war, haben wir in dem hauseigenen Biergarten etwas zu trinken bekommen sehr freundlicher gastgeber! Die wohnung war sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und ein kinderstuhl gab es auch. Das haus war direkt in banhofnähe, was uns aber keinesfalls gestört hat. Ein kleiner minuspunkt ist, das wenige kücheninventar für einen längeren aufenthalt einfach zu wenig für so viele Personen. Dennoch ein rundum gelungenes apartment ! Wird gerne nochmal gebucht bei bedarf! Deshaln gerne 5/5 sternen!

Wir haben die Unterkunft ganz spontan gebucht mit einer großen Gruppe. Wir waren froh, dass alles so reibungslos und flexibel geklappt hat. Sehr zu empfehlen

Es war so unfassbar schön bei euch, man wurde von Anfang an super herzlich begrüßt und hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen bei euch Urlaub zu machen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Easy check in with lock box. Peter called in the next morning and explained everything including local tax and bus pass, which we used a lot. Walking distance to the castles, about 2km. Local information office just across the road. Reliable bus service to Fussen, 5km away. Supermarkets minutes away. Great location overall. We hardly used our car. Gondola also very close and well worth doing, especially one way and walking back down. Day trip by car to Linderhof castle also well worth it. Thanks Peter and Stefan.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang in der Unterkunft. Alles ist wunderbar erreichbar. Das Auto steht sicher in einer überdachten Garage.

Die Wohnung war äußerst gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Die Einrichtung war modern, aber mit einem gemütlichen, traditionellen Touch, der perfekt in die Umgebung passte. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos auch selbst kochen konnten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft blitzblank.

Wir sind einfach sehr zufrieden. Alles hat gepasst. Alles vor Ort was man braucht und sehen will. Immer wieder zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal dahin fahren. Viele Dank für alles

Very confortable apartment for our 4 persons family, with a nice garden where we ate the breakfast everyday ! We appreciated a lot its location in Telfes, a quiet and nice little village. From there it was easy to go hiking from to the different moutains in the Stubai valley (the Stubai card included in the stay is a great plus). There is also a tram/train just 5 min from there to go to Innsbruck. A great outdoor+inddor aquatic park is also few minutes away by walk ! A small grocery shop is also 3 minutes away.

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Unterkunft war fantastisch, die Lage perfekt und der Gastgeber war unglaublich herzlich. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! 10/10, absolut empfehlenswert!

First, location!📍 Tim’s place in Pasing is conveniently located 4 stops away from the centre. Also, due to the constant works on the tracks, at times I had to use the regional train from Hbf to Pasing (with no stops in between - hence to my advantage). The apartment is only a 10-mins walk from the station, through a pedestrian-friendly arcade, near to many shops & supermarkets. 🛒 Tim is a very responsive host! 🤗 I kept him updated on my arrival, and he was very flexible with it. He was there to receive us on the first day to hand us the key. During the stay, he was also communicative & helpful ☺️ The apartment is super clean, modern & organised 🏠🪴 The apartment is spotless. Kitchen is absolutely well-equipped with all the cookware. The large bed is very comfortable & I slept very well. In the day, it receives a lot of sunlight. The heater kept us very warm - even my clothes could dry overnight. Honestly, it looks prettier in person. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks a lot, Tim!

Super Aufenthalt! Alles ganz wunderbar eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück war direkt um die Ecke möglich, wenn man sich nicht selbst versorgen möchte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This is a luxury well and equipped Chalet.. Convenient within easy walking distance of town centre where there is a wide range of shops. The ski slopes are close and free ski bus is available if desired. There is a great range of eateries and supermarkets in Seefeld. The chalet has an open plan living area with well equipped kitchen and dining and seating area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms and a sauna in the property. The garden opens onto a hotel neighbouring spa where you can have free use, with 2 pools one inside one outside both heated and 2 hot tubs. Another sauna and steam room plus luxury relaxing indoor lounges. Our super host Catherine arranged early access for us as we had two children under 4 in our party who were arriving in Seefeld before 1200. The requested cots were in place and the chalet was immaculately clean through out. That was great and Catherine definitely deserves the “Super Host “ status.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Unterkunft ist traumhaft und wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert.
