I absolutely loved it here. My 5 girlfriends and I spend four nights here; we had the best time ever. We are all 21 and 22 years old, and there was so much to do everyday. Aside from the many beach bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the AirBnb, we also spent an amazing day in La Jolla (only a 20 min uber). Our itinerary was jam packed and we got the absolute most out of our stay because of how great the AirBnb location is!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

My fiancée and I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks due to our personal home being renovated. I work from home so I was expected to stay at our BnB for most hours of the day. The place had everything I needed — a work desk, fast internet, and a small kitchen to make a quick lunch. Travis and Lach were excellent hosts, and the stay was exactly as described on the listing. Our door lock had a low battery, and they had someone sent over to replace the battery in less than an hour. A few notes — the couch is a little worn in, and there was active construction right across the alleyway during the daytime of our stay. If you are planning to use your car, I HIGHLY recommend the garage. It was a little tricky to get into because of the construction, but it was very convenient because parking is hard to find after dark. We had a great stay — in fact, our renovation got extended, and we were lucky enough to book this place again and extend our stay here. Thanks again, Travis and Lach!

Very clean and comfortable place with everything you could need! Heather is an incredible host, always responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend if you need a spot in San Diego, close to the beach and the walkable areas of the city, easy drive to practically everything.

Great little apartment in the heart of beautiful Bankers Hill. The location is fantastic and centrally located, with easy access to different parts of town whether you prefer walking or driving. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, yet close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Balboa Park is only a few blocks away. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The high-end appliances made the stay even more convenient. I usually travel with my dog, and I found both the apartment and San Diego to be incredibly dog-friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially if you are bringing a furry friend.

If you're not used to down town areas the surrounding area may seem a bit sketch but it's no more than any other downtown in the U.S. It's close to amazing bars and restaurants that are easy to walk to without driving which is a plus in my books (gotta get them steps in!) the apartment was clean and extremely cozy which was nice to get back to after being out all day. Would recommend and stay here again!!!

Very charming home and Meghan was a great host. She had recommendations printed, baby gear, and even some beverages for us to enjoy! She was responsive and made check out incredibly easy as we had a very early flight home. The neighborhood was great and had a lot to offer! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone, especially families!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at the home. Felt like at home. Place was super clean. Much appreciate the snacks and drinks! Easy 10 min walk to all the bars and restaurants in Hillcrest area. Very peaceful neighborhood!

Our stay was perfect. I don’t have a single complaint. April gave clear and helpful instructions which allowed a fast and easy check in. Our stay was very cozy, clean, and pleasantly smelling. I will be booking again in the near future.

We were quite comfortable during our stay. Place is spacious and close to EVERYTHING. Neighborhood is transitional but we got comfortable quickly. Would return.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Location is perfect for walking to many of the best spots San Diego has to offer (Balboa park, Little Italy, etc). Place was clean and well stocked. Great views of downtown SD and the ability to open the large front windows made it feel almost like an outdoor space. Ashley was very responsive throughout and I am grateful that she was able to accommodate my request to unexpectedly extend my stay by a few days. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location. Easy check-in and out. Friendly host. Good value. Just know you are on the 1st level. Upstairs traffic will be heard. Everything worked as expected with exception to the bicycles. We ended up renting some. Minivan fit into garage, but had to enter and exit from the rear hatch. Very tight spot but convenient and covered. Always felt safe here with my family.

However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.

We loved staying here. It is clean, well kept and the view is amazing. We loved that there are lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows too. Great neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.
