We enjoyed an early family Christmas with our adult children at this lovely home. There was ample space for all six of us to dine, relax, playing games, etc. We even found out what we needed in the kitchen to make our traditional Xmas cookies together. It was well equipped. The yard is very nice and if there had not been a bit of a cold snap, I think we all would have taken advantage of the outdoor space more. I think this would be a very nice retreat in warmer weather. Michael was very communicative and accommodating, offering up and early check in and late check out since there were no other guests around our reservation. Our stay was a pleasant experience.

our work crew had a great time here one bedroom had private aceess to the front porch which was nice i had a beautiful king size bed his staff works really hard to clean the place up we were allowed an early check in i met the staff they were super friendly we cooked out there was eood already loaded in a fire pit its an old historic district snd it was a co,y relaxing place to stay

The home was great. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The living room and kitchen/dining are so spacious. Pictures of the listing don’t do it justice. It is a very clean and clutter-free home, which we enjoyed. Beds were comfy.

The home was as described. Loved having the fenced in back yard when my grand dog visited!

We stayed to visit our daughter at Belmont Abbey College. The house was close to the college, downtown Belmont and a grocery store. Host was friendly and quick to respond. House was perfect and would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful home and view. No master bedroom but two large bedrooms to be sufficient. Fantastic host!

This place was beyond fabulous. The host and her spouse were so warm and welcoming. Great people all around. Very cute little private place. The apartment its self was so comfy and felt like home away from home. The deck is beautiful and was one of mine and my dogs favorite place to sit and drink coffee. If ever to go back I would go to this place a thousand times over!

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

Very fun family vacation home! 10/10! Our kids did not want to leave. The patio was spacious, lights all around the patio for a very relaxing vibe while the children swam in the pool and the hubby and I relaxed in the hot tub! The game room was definitely a hit! Everything in the kitchen was easily accessible. Laundry room had everything we needed to wash our linens. Bathrooms were very nice with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash! We definitely plan on making this a yearly Spring Break trip for our family! Krista and Caleb responded in a timely manner, to any of our questions that we did have. The place was all around perfect!

Tammy is the most gracious host we have encountered on AIRB&B or any other booking website. She was always quick to respond to our questions. The suite we stayed in had everything we could want or or imagine. The kitchen had coffee pods for the keureg, flavored syrups and half and half in the refrigerator. All the appliances were new and worked well. The suite was beautifully decorated, the shower was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the electric fireplace on the living room, the big fenced backyard with fire pit and cornhole. There were too many great amenites for me to list in this review! Highly recommend!!!!

Mikes place was incredibly clean & one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The overall stay was great! Would highly recommend to anybody wanting a nice clean home with no worries! Check in and out is smooth and easy! Will stay again, thank you.

I can’t begin to describe how beautiful this house was and how well kept it was. The scenery is also beautiful and quiet. The neighbors are also so nice and welcoming! I would recommend all of my friends and family to book a stay here and I look forward to book again soon in the summer! Thank you lovely spaces!

We stayed for over a week and had a fantastic time. Everything in the apartment was brand new from the furniture to the flooring, carpets and appliances. Soo much attention to detail and extremely clean. The area was very safe, had a large grocery store, Chick-fil-a fil and Jersey Mike's within 10min walking distance. Highly recommend, we'll definitely stay here again.

The stay at Michael’s home was nothing short of magical. The home and experience was even better than we had hoped, and we had high hopes based on the reviews and pictures. Mike is a 5-star host as well. His hospitality, thoughtfulness and generosity make him a true pro as a host. It was the easiest check in and out experience I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Upon entry, we were met by a warm fire (already started in the fireplace), soft lighting and music playing on the record player, and a warmth that made us feel like we were walking into a 5-star cabin experience. We will DEFINITELY return as soon as we can. It will be the place we stay in Charlotte now. Not only was the home and host experience amazing, but the location was ideal… under 10 min to CLT, a few minutes from Belmont, and even less to the U.S. Whitewater facilities. What a find! It was great to rent from an actual person! I will not rent when I get an automated reply from an inquiry. Jennifer was super-helpful, especially since we needed to extend the stay not once, but twice, due to the repair work on our home that required us to stay there for that long in the first place. We were there for over 2 weeks. Such a quiet and peaceful place. Kids loved the walk around the neighborhood - which took us to several streets where you could see Lake Wylie, too! It's an older home, and some items could use minor repairs (upstairs toilet handle should be replaced) but it wasn't anything that detracted too much from our stay. Very comfortable home and I was able to cook complete meals in the kitchen. Easy wi-fi and TV instructiojns, too. Would recommend for large groups or big families. Lots of gathering spaces - so you're never on top of each other.

Elisabeth was an amazing history. She was quick to respond, within minutes, our stay was so comfortable and the hosts were gracious and attentive. I recommend and would stay again
