It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

Modern and comfortable- nicely decorated space with everything you would need. Nicer view of the city and comfortable porch area overlooking pool. We could walk to many parks and restaurants in the uptown area and a Harris Teeter grocery store and a cvs are right on the next corner. Parking garage right in the building was a plus and very secure access to everything. Once you get the hang of using your phone for unlocking all entrances to the garage, the building and even the elevator, it really was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would continue me back again and stay here.

It was such a pleasure staying here. The moment I reserved, I had communication from the host. The instructions booklet provided in the home was very organized and made things so simple. The place was immaculate. Leading me to believe it could’ve even been built yesterday. The kitchen had everything i needed to cook. The fire pit and hot tub was a nice touch and definitely use those amenities. The Wi-Fi worked great all the way out to the lake where I sat to get work done. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and the neighbors were quiet . The bathroom towels were thick and large, and there were separate towels for the hot tub . The shower was spacious and enjoyed the provided soaps. It was definitely worth the value and will recommend and stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the essentials to thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. Jeff, the host, was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had about the house. I highly recommend staying here – it’s a fantastic spot!

Rick and Judy were amazing! Place was immaculate with priceless views while sipping your morning coffee! Beautiful location and neighborhood! Will definitely be back and will have to take Rick up on that boat ride next trip! Cant wait to go back!

My new favorite place to stay when visiting my daughter at school in Davidson. The setting is peaceful and there are water activities provided right outside the door. Lore was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

We were there for a wedding to the Ivory Barn and the location was perfect. We loved the porch. It was ideal for what we needed.

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

Beautiful home, everything was perfect. Host was very accommodating and communicative. We will be definitely be coming back next time we’re in town!

Words & pictures are not enough for "The River House". The house & furnishings were extraordinary, clean & very comfortable. The hosts are very attentive to every detail ...even supplying bird seed. My family was here for 2 nights, so due to time constraints I was unable to fully enjoy the outdoors. My suggestion for future guests: pack plenty of groceries & summon your inner Ina Garten or Anthony Bourdain; few good books, & kick back & enjoy the birds, wildlife & water views. No need to leave & re-enter rat race until necessary. Thank you Dean & Angie for sharing your lovely home.

Amazing place and very responsive host.

We absolutely loved it here! The property is beautiful and the house itself is very unique compared to anything else we looked at in the area. The customizable interior lighting is exceptional for setting any mood you like. The sunroom overlooking the pond was our favorite feature. This home is a creative space in a peaceful neighborhood. The perfect place to unwind. It was easy to call this place home during our stay. Mike was a very responsive and accommodating host. Any time I visit Charlotte, this is where I want to stay.

I wish I could have extended my booking because of the the view was perfect, the vibe was laid back, peaceful, and well-kept! I will be coming back whenever I find a good excuse.

My wife and I took my two boys and my parents on a little vacation for a few days the day after Christmas. The house on the lake and location right outside of Charollete was perfect. The boys and I got to fish with my pops right off the back dock. We were close to all kinds of things to do around the Charollete area. Erin was super quick to respond with any questions we had. Would love to plan a trip back during summer to be able to use the lake more.

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend. I am from the area originally and the location cannot be beat. It a gorgeous lakefront property and we rented a boat/captain for dinner on Friday to take us down the river to a waterfront restaurant. We heated the pool but ended up using the hot tub instead. The furnishings and house itself are not new or “modern” but it looked exactly as described/and in the photos, and the house is even bigger overall. For the price, this was a great deal. We spent our time hanging out in the kitchen which had enormous windows looking outside, and on the deck, and it was super comfortable for all 11 of us there. Robert was incredibly communicative and always available to answer questions. We wished we could move in! I’d definitely stay there again. Great for large groups.

Everlong Residential Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The place was beautiful, spotless, and had a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate me, even with my last-minute booking. Their responsiveness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful space, appointed with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Comfortable beds, fluffy large towels & very clean. The coffee & snacks were a huge hit!

Great place on the second floor with a good view from the deck. Well stocked with all the little things you might need in the kitchen, bathroom full of shampoo and body wash supplies. and all very clean. 3 big bedrooms- very comfortable! TVs in all the rooms. Nice small pool a few steps away. And a really nice restaurant on the water also a few steps away! Good stay!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.

Katie was super responsive to messages & txt. Very proactive in communicating a wifi interruption from the carrier & providing alternative access. Super clean & comfortable unit. Good location yet quite surroundings.
