Gaucín : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Estancia maravillosa en el apartamento que coincidía perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Nunca habíamos estado en Estepona y fue un acierto este apartamento porque está situado en una zona tranquila y no escuchas ningún ruido, y es fácil ir al centro andando, o si te cuesta andar llegas en un momento en taxi. La playa del Cristo está a 5 minutos en coche y con muy buen aparcamiento. El piso está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Pernilla es una estupenda anfitriona que en todo momento nos contestaba los mensajes y nos facilitó lugares para ir a visitar. Sin duda, si volvemos a Estepona nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

Perfect location - 10 mins walk to the hub of the marina restaurants and 10 mins in the opposite direction to the Octo tennis and yacht club. Apartment is clean with modern furniture. Shared pool next to the apartment which was great. Lovely veranda out onto the harbour. Good size for our family of four. Good comms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location everything is walkable. Sun in the morning on the main bedroom balcony and sunset in the evening on the living room balcony. Nunos Restaurant across the road from the apartment was the family favourite. Apartment had everything and more than was needed for our stay. Thanks Dominic!

Mieszkanie z wielkim tarasem z cudownym widokiem na morze! Apartament był wyposażony we wszystkie przedmioty, o których tylko pomyśleliśmy, że mogą się przydać. Fajna opcja wydzielenia dwóch osobnych stref z sypialnią i łazienką (możliwość oddzielenia korytarza drzwiami przesuwnymi). Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i przytulnie urządzone. Wyposażenie kuchni i jadalni aż zaprasza do celebrowania tam wspólnych posiłków. Strefa wspólna z basenami i sauną też bardzo cicha i spokojna (byliśmy we wrześniu więc w kompleksie było bardzo mało turystów). Bardzo chętnie tam jeszcze wrócimy - dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt <3

Fantastic stay all round. Kevin and Myriam are very welcoming. Beautiful location, comfortable and spacious apartment. Great location for touring the Cádiz province and we also went to Malaga again. We would love to stay there again.

We stayed in Christina’s appartment for a week and had a lovely time. Everything feels new and the appartment is well equipped. On arrival there was a welcome package with refreshments, Christina responds very quickly if needed. We would love to go back to this place.

Nos gustó mucho, zona tranquila, todo muy limpio y ellos muy atentos en todo momento, repetiremos cuando tengamos que volver a Algeciras sin duda!

David’s penthouse has a million dollar view 🤩. If it hadn’t been rainy and cold most of my stay, I never would have left the expansive balconies. The apartment was spacious and the location was great. We could walk to Gibraltar in 20 minutes. David was easy to communicate with and a great host.

Tilava huvila rauhallisella alueella. Majoitus vastasi kuvausta ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti jos jotain kysyttävää ilmeni. Huoneissa hyvin tilaa ja vessojen sekä suihkujen lukumäärä riittävä. Hyvänä lisänä se, että auton saa parkkiin lukkojen taakse, mikä helpottaa esimerkiksi aktiivilomaijoiden elämää kummasti!

As a family (5 adults) we very much enjoyed a lovely week’s stay at this villa. It is very comfortable, well presented, and easily accessed. All mod cons are available to provide a smooth and easy stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with both equipment and utensils and is blessed with a large fridge. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean with one room having an idyllic view of the nearby sea. The stock of extra towels was very useful and appreciated as we did a lot of swimming and water sports during our stay. The villa has a relaxing area at the back and an excellent community pool (15 seconds walk from the villa), this is beautifully situated next to the beach/sea and is well kept and an ideal place to sunbathe. The villa is well situated for short trips to/from Malaga, Gibraltar, and the many excellent restaurants in Estepona and the surrounding area. Check in and check out was very easy and the communication with Silvia excellent – very responsive, helpful, and timely.

Wir sind durchweg zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielleicht auch einmal in der Saison. Wir waren im Januar dort. Die Heizung funktioniert über die Klimaanlage durch Einblasen von Warmluft. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist hervorragend geeignet für lange Spaziergänge bis nach Marbella und darüber hinaus. Der Blick auf den Pool, der abends beleuchtet war, ist sensationell. Es war sehr viel Service-Personal wie Gärtner, Pförtner und Reinigungspersonal unterwegs, die immer sehr freundlich waren. Die Gesamtanlage machte einen sehr sicheren und sauberen Eindruck.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

Bernd’s apartment is everything that a great airbnb place should be; comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is beautifully appointed with fabulous art and incredible views. On a clear day one can look down through the coast to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and across to the African coast. It is situated in a peaceful spot within Samara resort on the edge of an apartment block, with a private garden area to one side and in front of the apartment. This made for a very quiet and relaxing stay (we stayed a month). We relied on Taxi’s (Taxisol) and online food deliveries, which was more than doable. Bernd was a very helpful and accommodating host, promptly answering any communication. We recommend staying at Bernd’s.

Great place. Small and cozy studio. Conveniently located, by walking distance to main street, central bus station, the Ocean Village Promenade. New and modern building. Fully equipped and comfortable studio.

Great location. Short walk to beach and promenade, 15 minute walk to Old Town, excellent restaurants, grocery shopping across the street. Very comfortable master bed, 3 large bedrooms with plenty of linens and towels. Plenty of hot water. Entertaining size living and dining room. HRISTO was a very responsive caretaker as was Petya, the cleaner. The kitchen was well equipped. There were new loungers with new cushions. The wraparound deck provided for beautiful views of the sea and mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Penthouse.

Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku. Łóżka z bardzo wygodnymi materacami, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Piękny taras na parterze oraz patio i taras na piętrze.

Peaceful and quiet condo, comfortable space just off the action in Marbella. We loved the short walk to the beach and boardwalk, a short drive to both Marbella and Malaga. We slept very well and really enjoyed visiting Marbella. Nicholas was very responsive and helpful, with great suggestions, side visit to Tarifa. Thanks for hosting us!
