We book many Airbnbs and Heather’s worked out great! We went to hike New River Gorge NP and surrounding SP. Her home is very close to Canyon Rim Visitor Center and Thurmond Historic District. She is a little further from Grandview, and Sandstone Visitor Center, but, all are drivable and worth seeing. She provides excellent binders of hikes, waterfalls, and overlook tours. We felt at home in her duplex. We were able to cook meals and enjoyed watching the birds out the kitchen window. Heather provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities. She was very responsive when we had a couple of questions and even stopped by when we asked her. It was nice to meet her. If you are looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay that is convenient to a host of activities, this should work for you. We highly recommend and would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville. The place was great for our family, 2 adults and 4 children. It was clean and kitchen had nice utensils and amenities. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. It was fairly close to town and some hiking trails. We would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Drennen Ridge! Trish and Mike made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived including age appropriate toys for our toddler and a pack and play for our 4 month old. Our toddler enjoyed spending time outside and we were comfortable throughout our stay. This is a very peaceful place with beautiful surroundings and we hope to stay again sometime!

We had a great time bringing our dogs to April's place on our trip to Lewisburg. She was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. I would absolutely recommend her place to future friends/guests!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Such a hidden gem. The hosts were super accommodating and were very friendly to communicate with. The outdoor fire pit was very relaxing and our daughter loved the chickens! The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook and bbq!

We were only in town for one night but everything was perfect. The house is incredibly charming and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay near many New River Gorge trails. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Christy is friendly and reached out to check in to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at the washery. It was very private and peaceful. Had just what we needed for a nice stay.

Clean and comfortable. Liked the bedroom with no windows because we like to sleep in darkness and the beds were comfortable. Also, like the covered parking because it allowed us to unload and load in the bad weather. The snacks and drinks the host provided was nice to curb a craving. There are small steps throughout which the host advised us to watch out for to avoid tripping. Place was convenient for visiting friends.

We had a great stay! It was nice to visit family and also return at night to a place that felt like home. It was clean and spacious. We will definitely book again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s place! The apartment was very cute and homey with all amenities you could need. The location was great for exploring some of the parts of New River Gorge National Park off the beaten path, and it was beautiful and peaceful being right on the river. The trains passing by were a bit loud during the night and the water did have a sulphur smell, however, those things are listed in the description of the apartment, so it did not impact my rating since we came in knowing what to expect. Amy was also a very responsive and friendly host!

We had an amazing stay at Olivia’s Airbnb! Her home was incredibly clean, well-organized, and felt just like being at home. It was such a relaxing space to unwind after a day of snow skiing. Olivia was extremely responsive and friendly throughout my stay, making the whole experience seamless. Her family was also so kind and helpful—especially when I had a bit of trouble with the door lock. They were quick to assist and made me feel welcome. The location is fantastic, just a 40-minute drive to Snowshoe Mountain, which made it super convenient for my trip. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Dave created an environment that makes guests feel immediately comfortable and at ease. Dave the Super Host was very knowledgeable about the location, amenities, and services, and able to provide helpful recommendations. Dave and his son was very Positive and Professional.

This cute apartment is the perfect location for visiting New River Gorge and other beautiful parks in the area. It is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
