Ron’s place was excellent, once again! We’ve stayed here a couple of times and have enjoyed each visit. Great house, great location, and great host. We’ll be back! Thanks Ron!

The space was very clean and fit the description to a T. Mercedes was extremely helpful and accommodating as well as super fast at responding to any message that was sent with inquiries or small issues that arose. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s on the smaller side because there isn’t the most space, but it fit our needs perfectly for the week we were there as we only needed a place to sleep at night while we were out all day enjoying the area. I would 100% return here if we vacation in the area again.

We enjoyed staying here with my elderly parents and boys in their 20s. There was a lot to do at the house, play pool, games, golf, and swim in the pool (even though the pool was cold). Close to highway to get places. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.Lots of room to spread out.

This is a wonderfully renovated mid-century house in central phoenix. It’s close to many restaurants and services. The orchard restaurant is walking distance next door. Everything is well stocked and very nice. You will love it!

My friends and I booked this place for my bachelorette. We had such an amazing stay. The place is even better in person. Stunning backyard. Melissa was so kind and very responsive. I would totally stay there again. It also seems like a great place for families to stay.

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

The house was beautiful. Very roomy. It has a beautiful backyard with a pool and patio furniture. The pool wasn’t working but they told us that before we booked. It was still a beautiful place to sit and unwind. Very comfortable and relaxing. It has a pretty well stocked kitchen we found everything we needed to make our meals.

We had an amazing stay at Jeffery’s. This home was perfect for our family, the heated pool was incredible, as was the hot tub and smoker bbq. The home is welcoming and has everything you need, and is well decorated with very comfortable good quality beds. The neighbourhood is peaceful and there are several parks and playgrounds within a couple blocks radius. The grocery store nearby is a bonus and it’s a super family friendly area. The host is very attentive and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.
