Gazi, Athènes : locations de vacances avec terrasse

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Perfecte studio voor een kort en lang verblijf in Athene. Heel erg schoon en alles is nieuw. Fijn bed, veel opbergruimte en complete keuken. Veilige en leuke wijk in Athene. Dicht bij het centrum en strand/boulevard.. Tram/OV om de hoek. Op platia Nea Smyrni is van alles te doen. Aanrader! Ik ga zeker terug. Dank voor het prettige verblijf.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

We were very comfortable at Lukas’s house. I appreciated having a washer and dryer since we had been touring for a week and needed cleaner clothes. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could enjoy the balcony. I had several questions while we stayed there and appreciated the quick responses

We stayed 4 days at this apartment, it was clean with heating and cooling, hot shower and great views of the acropolis. Great location, in the heart of Athens with access to everything, we could just about walk everywhere and we did. Romanos was a great host and communicated well with us! Thanks Romanos greatly appreciated

So close to the port, so if you plan to stay in athens but also want to go the islands it will be a good option. Clean and comfy house, near to the LIDL market, great bakery, average coffee shops.

Saubere Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse. Perfekte Lage mit guter Verbindung ins Zentrum und an den Flughafen und viele gute Kaffees und Restaurants in der nähe.

Το δωμάτιο υπέροχο, είχε όλα όσα μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί , πεντακάθαρο,υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες , βασικό το parking. Αν σε ενδιαφέρουν οι γύρω περιοχές ότι καλύτερο . Εμείς που πήγαμε για αγώνες σίγουρα θα το προτιμούμε !!

Wir hatten sechs herrliche Tage in Athen, Christos war der perfekte Gastgeber, zuverlässig, verbindlich, zugewandt und sehr freundlich! In der sehr sauberen Wohnung haben wir uns nach dem Empfang mit schönem Licht und leiser Musik direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Danke!!!

Ερχόμαστε στην Αθήνα κάθε χρόνο τα τελευταία αρκετά χρόνια, έχουμε αλλάξει πολλά airbnb αλλά είμαστε απόλυτα διατεθειμένοι να μην αλλάξουμε ποτέ ξανά!! Η Άντζι μας έκανε να θυμηθούμε τον λόγο που δημιουργήθηκαν τα airbnb, μία διαμονή σαν το σπίτι σου και επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε σχεση με ένα απρόσιτο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν απλά υπέροχα, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που τα έχει ολα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, μία γλυκύτατη αυλή και ένα σπίτι πολύ άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα καλουδια, με μόνιμα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση! Το γούστο της καλλιτέχνιδας παντού, καθώς σε όποια γωνιά και αν κοιτούσες υπήρχε χρώμα και φροντίδα! Σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε η Άντζι ήταν εκεί, απόλυτα φιλοζωη και φιλική προς τον σκυλάκο μας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν τα πάντα φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ ενώ το μέτρο είναι σε 14 λεπτά με τα πόδια!! Άντζι και Σταύρο ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας αξέχαστες!!

We had a lovely stay in Athens here! The space is walking distance from some great restaurants, parks and cafes as well as the acropolis. Thank you Katerina for hosting us!

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Ioannis. Die Unterkunft war noch schöner, als ich erwartet habe. Besonders toll fand ich den kleinen Balkon. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Kommunikation war super und Ioannis sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke Ioannis.

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ήταν καθαρό! Οι οικοδεσπότες πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν, ευέλικτοι και με κατανόηση! Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά αν χρειαστεί στο μέλλον!

Separate bedroom with sliding glass door to expansive balcony, upgraded kitchen (new, full sized fridge), livingroom with sliding glass door access to expansive balcony, and dining room. Consistent, tasteful decor. Easy to live in. Three blocks north of major supermarket, ten minute walk to cafes, bars and restaurants (especially Tuk Tuk Thai Streetfood) of Koukaki. Walk to Acropolis, Monastriaki, Syntagma. Rooftops view.

Sehr schönes Appartment, genau wie beschrieben. Sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Akropolis, Plaka, U-Bahn, Mietwagenbüros, Supermarkt, Restaurants - Unser Favorit war Thomas 1971). Sehr guter Kontakt mit Renata.

Fantastic private balcony view of Acropolis at dawn and night it’s magical. Apartment is so close to metro, trams and buses you can get to anywhere. Host provided great food and venue recommendations so we can highly recommend

beau petit appartement dans un quartier qui n est pas touristique, donc pas trop de monde ce qui est agréable il y a des super marché pour faire les courses .dimitris a était réactif à chaque demande. l appartement était très propre. il ne manquait rien. le.metro est a 10 minutes à pieds à 2 station de l acropole. bref rapport qualité prix parfait.

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Alt var perfekt! Boligen var en smule mindre end den så ud på billederne, men der var alt dét, der skulle være. Vi nød virkelig tagterrassen- det er fantastisk

Καθαρό και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα σε κοντινο κεντρικο σημείο με καταστήματα εστιασης ..θα ξαναπήγαινα ανεπιφύλακτα.

We had a fantastic week at Alexandra's over Easter. The view from the apartment is absolutely amazing and the place itself is very comfortable. The balcony is great and the location is perfect for exploring all the sights of Athens. A lovely community neighbourhood with nice places to eat. Alexnandra is a very helpful host. Highly recommended!
