Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

Très beau logements, très propre avec tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur. Pratique car situé proche de l’aéroport si comme nous il vous faut un logement de passage. Cependant qui dit proche de l’aéroport dit bruit des avions mais cela n’est pas trop dérangeant non plus. Arrivée autonome super pratique et les instructions sont très clair et précise de la part de l’hôte. Et celle ci est très réactive en cas de problème

Ο Εvangelos ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση, τα πάντα είναι καινούρια και δουλεύουν τέλεια, ο εξοπλισμός είναι ποιοτικός και η διακόσμηση επιλεγμένη με γούστο και φροντίδα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και πολύ βολική, σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το κέντρο, διαθέτει όλες τις βασικές υπηρεσίες και η σχέση παροχών-τιμής πολύ συμφέρουσα για τον ενοικιαστή. Είχα μια πολύ άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή και το κατάλυμα του Evangelos θα είναι σίγουρα η πρώτη μου επιλογή, όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά το Ηράκλειο.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, spacious studio apartment with good amenities whilst being very private and has lovely views from the terrace of both countryside and sea. A car is highly recommended, though the local beach, marina and tavernas are within a 25 minute walk. With easy parking, it is a good base to explore the island, whether you are looking for the vibrant shopping and historical culture of Heraklion, or the peace and tranquility of local mountain and coastal villages. Thank you for our stay!

Nous avons passé 7 jours, dans ce cosi petit appartement. Il correspondait tout à fait à la description, et à nos attentes. La mer est accessible quasi directement ce qui n'ai pas négligeable et très appréciable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, petit magasin, boutiques souvenirs, restaurant, bar de plage ... Fanis est très sympathique et réactif, elle a su nous aiguiller notamment pour les activités au alentours, elle est de bon conseils. Il y avait pas mal de moustiques, mais c'est le risque en étant si près de la mer, des produits répulsif était cependant à disposition. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans soucis. Merci

Appartement très joli et chaleureusement décoré. Les commerces et restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied, nous marchons le long de champs d'oliviers pour y arriver. L'immeuble est calme et paisible, idéal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Kallia est toujours disponible pour nous renseigner sur les activités aux environs et nous donner plein de conseils. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, et en garderons de très nombreux souvenirs.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una casa arredata veramente bene, con tutti i comfort possibili disponibili. L'host è veramente simpatico e accogliente. L'unica cosa è il quartiere, tranquillo ma un po' trasandato. Comunque la casa è strepitosa, non potevamo chiedere dj meglio

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

Très beau séjour. Emplacement près du port à pied. Pris le bus à 10 minutes pour Knossos . Pour visiter la vielle ville même chose . Près d’un market et d’un resto sympathique et totalement Grecque en direction du logement. Le logement est tellement beau et propre on dirait que personne n Y a été avant! Merci pour ce bel arrêt à Héraklion.

Its a great loft styled house that has an amazing patio/ rooftop! The place is also very conveniently located close to the highway and has lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby! As its close to the airport, we did hear a lot of loud airplane taking off but it DID NOT bother us and it was very cool to see plane taking off in the hot tub! The hot tub was such a great addition to the space and the host provided bathrobes for our stay which was also a nice touch! It is placed in an area that is very private on the rooftop so you can totally enjoy with privacy. The host is great communicators and respond very promptly! The check out experience was very easy and they made it extra hassle free!

The house is truly something special. The interior and design of the house is super tasteful and combines traditional Crete with modern elements. Everything in the house was spotless and brand-new. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the courtyard was very cosy. We can only recommend this gem of house at Crete. The location is a little remote but perfect to relax and enjoy Crete off the beaten paths. We hope we will come back. Also the village where the house is located is so picturesque. Amazing local tavern with great authentic food are in walking distance.

Michael war sehr nett und hat auch jederzeit auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, sehr schönes Häuschen in der Nähe eines Dorfes wenn man es eher ruhiger haben möchte. Mietwagen empfohlen, aber alles in allem fünf von fünf Sterne.

Het appartement waar wij verbleven was tip top in orde. Alles was schoon en netjes onderhouden. De omgeving was rustig, echter om deze te verkennen is een auto een must. Het bruisende centrum is ongeveer 20 minuutjes rijden. Dit was voor ons geen probleem, we genoten van de rust in het complex en aan het zwembad. Stefano is een vriendelijke host, welke zeer betrokken is en het zijn gasten naar wens wil maken. Wanneer wij opnieuw naar Rethymnon zouden gaan, zouden wij zeker nadenken hier terug te komen!

So, we’re at this amazing place in the end of October. Few tourists. Quiet. Still warm with 23 degrees and the sea was also pretty warm. It was a great time to come. A few places closed end of October but it was ok. The apartment and the view are simply breathtaking ! It’s a jewel. It was very quiet and private. Super clean. Lots of towels. Dishwasher. Washing machine. It has everything. The communication with Christos was perfect. We had trouble finding the way but a quick call and everything was sorted. Really great host. There also was a personal message inside the apartment from the owners. It is such a lovely touch and you don’t experience these kinds of things anymore. We were 4 people, two parents , a child of 2,5 and the grandma. It was totally ok. Our child is not sleeping through the night so we put her in our bed at some point which can get tight but the sofa is comfortable as well. Tipp: buy groceries on the way from the airport! No supermarket nearby! All in all: TOP!

Wir waren zu zweit 12 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit Badezimmer im Untergeschoss und eins im Obergeschoss. Wohnraum und Küche im Erdgeschoss. Eine tolle Aufteilung. Der eigene Parkplatz beim Haus ist sehr praktisch. Ausflüge mit dem Auto sind durch die gute Anbindung zur Schnellstraße gut möglich. In das Stadtzentrum sind wir ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß gegangen oder haben den Bus genommen. 150 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist ein gut sortiertes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Antonio hat uns als Willkommens Gruß Kaffee, Wasser, Kekse, Milch, Eier, Brot, Käse und Schinken zur Verfügung gestellt. So waren wir zum Start gut versorgt. Sanitär- und Haushaltsartikel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr unkompliziert. Auf Fragen hat er prompt reagiert und aktiv nachgefragt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bardzo dobre miejsce. Blisko starego miasta, około 10 minut pieszo, ale jednocześnie bardzo cicho i spokojnie w nocy, można doskonale odpocząć. Serdecznie polecam tą lokalizację

I had a great time staying in this location! Responsive and kind hosts, large and clean accommodations, with very modern amenities. I will choose to stay at this place next time I visit Heraklion! Marina was a very helpful kind woman who addressed a problem with the shower when it was not draining.

Kostas was a fantastic host and we had a great time in the apartment. He was incredibly responsive, getting in touch shortly after booking to offer tips and support. It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, and Kostas provided a range of lovely things. Everything was clean and tidy, with really comfortable beds, including the sofa bed for my 9 year old. The private courtyard was a lovely space to unwind after a busy day. The location was great, and easily walkable to everything we needed to do.

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen im Akontio Sea View Apartement von Samson. Der Checkin war total flexibel und einfach mit Schlüsselbox und wir kamen in ein picobello sauberes Apartement, wo uns ein gefüllter Obstkorb erwartete. In dem großen, bequemen Bett haben wir gut geschlafen, die Küche war mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, so dass wir uns auch gut selbst verpflegen konnten. Wir haben unser Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick genossen! Auch die Lage ist perfekt. 10 Minuten in den hübschen Ort Panormo mit 3 schönen Badestränden, mehreren Taver, Supermärkten und sonstigen Geschäften. Und wenn wir mal faul waren, sind wir am kleinen Kiesstrand direkt unterhalb des Hauses geschwommen. Die Lage war ideal für Ausflüge ins schöne Hinterland bis an die Südküste zwischen Heraklion und Chania. Auch der Kontakt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Samson antwortete schnell und ein Kurzschluss lange nach Feierabend war innerhalb von 30 Min. behoben. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und sehr freundlich. :) Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür (max. 1 Minuten zu Fuß), die dazu passende Strandbar mit kostenfreien Liegen ist auch direkt vor Ort. 🌊🍹🌞 Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Staubsauger oder Besen. Nach 9 Tagen gelangen auch bei großer Vorsicht Sand oder Dreck in die Wohnung, es wäre praktisch gewesen, diesen entfernen zu können. Gerne wieder! 🫶🏻
