Convenient location! Place is great and very clean. Ufuk is awesome host, very friendly and responsive!

We felt welcome , the house is very clean and fully equipped , situated in a quiet area near shops , restaurants and shoping centre. Seda is a very kind and helpfull lady , she provided us with all the information needed. We also found great sugestions for things to do in Istanbul on the board in the kitchen. We definitely recommend this house to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

Beautiful appartement in nice area. Holly was great, helpful and flexible. We’ve spend wonderful time in the apartment. The view is just the cherry on the cake.

We spent five nights in the apartment in the middle of February during a big snow storm period in Istanbul. Unfortunately the boiler kept going out but Ram was quick to fix it and communicated well with us throughout. We had a small misunderstanding on the airport transfer fee which is 60€ per trip and not 60€ for both ways. The apartment was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks again

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Istanbul! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—it was truly mesmerizing, both during the day and at night. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable home away from home. I appreciate Yunus hospitality and help!

The place is very well located with a good connectivity too all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment inside matched the photos, was very comfortable and had everything that was listed. The views from one of the windows in the apartment are nice, and the views from the rooftop are amazing. I really encourage you to go there to meet the sunrise at least once. The host was great and very quick in responding to all our questions. A few important call outs that might be important for some: (i) the place is located on a very steep street, you will likely need to go uphill every day (note that the whole area is very hilly); (ii) soundproofing is far from perfect, you can hear people from other apartments or from the entryway. Neither of these things bothered us, so I'm not lowering the rating, but I can imagine it could be a big issue for some.

المكان من حيث النظافة والاثاث والطابق والاطلالات 10 /10 جميلة الاطلالات على اسطنبول كانت جدا جميلة والصالة وغرفة النوم والمطبخ كلها زجاج مفتوح وجميل وضوء الشمس ينور المكان طول النهار التدفئة العامة على أعلى مستوى وافضل جودة الادوات المساعدة كلها متوفرة رغم عدم استخدامي لكثير منها مكواة ثلاجة غسالة صحون وغسالة ملابس وغيرها المبنى فيه حراسة امنية 24 ساعة ومتعاونين بغالب الاوقات بجانب المبنى في اكثر من سوبر ماركت ومن ضمنهم كارفور وداخل المبنى ايضا في بقالة صغيرة لكن ما دخلتها ولا احتجتها المضيف جدا متعاون وسريع الرد والاستجابة ، اي اشكالية غير واضحة يتم الرد عليها مباشرة الموقع نصف ساعة من مطار اسطنبول ، وفي اماكن للفسح بالسيارة قريبة لكن عن طريق المشي متباعدة شوي ولازم طلوع لمنطقة عالية المسافة لاقرب محطة ميترو تقريبا حدود 15 الى 20 دقيقة مشي يوجد محلات قهوة جميلة جدا بالحي المطاعم لم تناسبني بشكل شخصي ولم اجرب اغلبها فلا يعتبر كلامي تقييما لها التجربة بشكل عام جميلة 🌹

I was very satisfied with my 1 week stay, and thank you for your attention and follow-up, dear Vicky. Unit 4 was very comfortable, stylish. And there is easy access to everything you need in the neighborhood. I recommend my friends to definitely stay here once.
