We absolutely loved this adorable cottage! From the moment we walked in, myself, my husband, and our 3 young children instantly felt the peacefulness that this quaint home brings. We filled our time enjoying the scenery, bird watching, playing board games and solving puzzles - while enjoying a night of s’mores and cornhole outside. I will cherish all the memories we made here!

As prior stays everything was great . We love the apt and works well for visiting our family in Solon. Love the granola . One suggestion would be to add a hand shower head with the regular shower head . Already plan to book for August 25

Beautifully decorated house! Great space. Big enough for all of us to have our own space. Toliet upstairs. Shower is down stairs. Fresh eggs in the fridge was so cute and thoughtful. The added extras like the toothbrush, toothpaste, razors and things were so great and a nice touch. No cleaning was great. Close to everything. I loved everything but my only negative was the size of stairs. We slipped going down a few times so just be careful and stay focused when going up and especially down them. Besides that everything was amazing and would recommend to everyone needing a place in Mentor.

The house was very clean. We loved the privacy. The neighbors were not too close to the house. The main issue was too much ice in the driveway and on the steps. I fell in the driveway. It would be nice to include more pots and pans. We had difficulty cooking our Xmas meal. Otherwise the kitchen was adequate. We didn’t have sufficient trash bags. All the stores were closed on Xmas. Therefore, we were lucky I had brought a few trash bags with me. The cleaners should check games to assure all parts are in the boxes. The taboo game was missing almost all the cards. Please ask the cleaners to clean the back porch where the coats are hung. That area was dirty in the corner and there were not enough clothes hangers. Please do not allow my few negative issues deter you from leasing this very cute well decorated home. It had two bathrooms which were great! Overall our stay was amazing. The house was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The lake was beautiful. We had the awesome opportunity to witness the lake frozen with a few geese walking across it to by the end of our stay the ice melted and the geese were swimming. I can’t think of a more powerful sign that spring is here. Happy anniversary to us! Lucy, our doxie loved her stay also. Very relaxing comfortable stay, just what we wanted and needed.. From reading in the sun on the deck over looking the lake, cooking on the bbq grill as well as in the well equipped kitchen, to vegging on Netflix with the fireplace and a glass of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Michelle was on top of the only question needing answered. We had no other questions because this vacay was easy and accommodated 😊

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Pat’s place and for us personally, it checks every box for us as far as Airbnb’s go. It’s reasonably priced - all furniture is incredibly comfortable. It has a king size bed. It has a little kitchenette if you want to heat anything up or enjoy coffee or tea - it has the coziest electric fireplace - and our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We loved spending the end of our day in there. We look forward to coming back again!

The property is old but super well maintained. Clean, plenty of space. The only down part was the heater. It made a lot of noise. Its an old heater but other then that everything was great. Loved the antique stove

We had a great stay in Burton! The place was just as described and super clean. We had plenty of room for our two families to spread out and a large kitchen/dining room area that was perfect for meals together. The town of Burton is so quaint and easy to navigate. We'd love to return someday!
