The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Great property in a great location. Friendly and helpful hosts who were very responsive. I would look to stay here again if I return to Istanbul and would recommend to others who are visiting the city.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Appartement conforme à la description. Très belle vue sur le Bosphore ! Commerces, restaurants à proximité. Quartier tranquille. Nous avons pris le bateau comme transport en commun, très pratique, à proximité de l'appartement. Lou est une personne très réactive, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Elle nous a rallumé le chauffage car chute des températures sur notre semaine de séjour !

El apartamento es formidable el lugar permite tener acceso a los lugares mas representativos de Estambul, los detalles del apto son inmejorables para sentirse como en casa y la comunicación excelente.

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back

This place is an absolute gem. The rooftop alone is worth the stay but the vibe of the entire flat is just unforgettable and i did not want to leave!

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

Sehirden kopuk hissetmek icin mukemmel bir yer. Gunbatimini burada izlemek cok ayri guzel. Ev hem mimari hem kullanis acisindan gordugum en basarilisi. Kullanmadik ama havuz da cok keyifli duruyordu. İsmail Bey’e de ayrica tesekkur ederiz, cok yardimci ve iyi niyetli bir host.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle, ilk defa Airbnb kullanıcısıyım ve başlarda biraz tereddütlüydüm ama her şey çok güzel geçti. 7/24 hizmetimizde olan Murat Bey vardı; evde bir ihtiyacımız veya bir sorunumuz olursa yardımcı oldu. Ev gerçekten resimlerdeki gibi ama sadece bahçede biraz bakım yapılması gerekiyor. Çimenler uzamıştı ve örümcek ağları çoktu, hem çadırda hem de evin içinde. Maalesef bizden önce gelen misafirler eve zarar vermişler; klimalar çalışıyordu ama kumandalarını bozmuşlar, bu sebepten dolayı açıp kapatmak sıkıntılıydı. Genel olarak tatil çok güzeldi ve kesinlikle tekrarlanacak bir tatil olacak.Hersey icin cok ama cok tesekkur ederim

It is a nice house by the lake. A bit far from major supermarkets. The swimming pool is of good size. Very nice yard. The landlord doesn't speak much English but is very kind and nice. I like the place.

Die Unterkunft und die Aussicht sind ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, war alles da was man braucht und noch mehr und sehr Kinderfreudlich. Zafer war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ereichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr schön hat viel zubieten und man fühlt sich sicher. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Very good studio in a good location, everything is sparkling clean and brand new. The place had just been renovated a month ago. Internet was very stable aswell. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Eşimle birlikte harika 2 gece geçirdik. Evin konumu çok güzel, manzarasına söyleyecek söz yok. Evde her türlü olanak var. Gittiğimiz dönem yağışlıydı ve bu atmosfere ekstra güzellik kattı. Ev temizdi, eşyaları temizdi. Ev sahibi esnek giriş ve çıkış saatleri sundu. Bir daha gidecek olsam kesinlikle düşünmeden giderim.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

Üç aile toplam 9 yetişkin ve bir köpeğimizle, güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik, Adnan bey öncelikle çok ilgi ve alaka gösterdi, gerekli bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmeleri çok güzel iletti. Kendi evimizdeki kadar çok rahat bir kiralama yaşadık, özellikle bizim gibi kalabalık organizasyon düşüncesi için imkanları ile yeterli olanaklarla karşılaştık. Bizim kiralama dönemi kasım ayında olması nedeni ile ısıtma konusunda endişelerimiz ilk giriş itibari ile daha önce kullanımı olmadığından olsa gerek biraz korkutsa da ilerleyen saatlerde odalardaki ek ısıtıcılar ve soba ile seyahat planımız sonuna kadar ısıtma konusunda hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Bahçe mangal ve özellikle köpeğimiz için bulunmaz bir fırsat oldu. Tüm samimiyetimle güzel bir arkadaşlık ortamında birlikte olabileceğimiz bir beklenti için sonucunda tüm katılımcılar memnuniyetle ve mutlu şekilde ayrıldık mekandan Sevgilerimle

Das Zimmer war perfekt für uns. Wir konnten es vom Flughafen aus sehr einfach mit der U-Bahn erreichen, da es mitten im Zentrum liegt und dennoch ruhig ist. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und das Bad sehr sauber. Der kleine Buchladen im Erdgeschoß hat etwas magisch uriges und passt ins Stadtgefühl. Am meisten haben wir uns aber in die wunderschöne, liebevolle Katze verliebt. Sie wachte geheimnisvoll über den Laden und kam abends immer leise miauend vor unsere Tür und fragte um Einlass. Was für ein zauberhaftes Wesen. Wir kommen schon allein der Katze wegen sicher noch einmal wieder. Das habe ich ihr bei der Abreise versprochen. 😂 😍 Absolute Herzensempfehlung - Danke auch für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Konversation.

Aradığınız sey kalabalık bir arkadaş grubuyla dilediğiniz gibi dinlenmek ve eglenmekse kesinlikle en uygun yerlerden biri. Hem sehre yakin ama hem de şehrin yoğunluğundan uzak, harika bir doğaya sahip sabah nehir ve kuş sesine uyanıyorsunuz. Evdeki her sey yeterliydi , evin her yeri özenle dekore edilmisti. Seyma hanım daima çok yardımcı ve nazikti. 8 kişilik bir grup olarak çok keyifli iki gün geçirdik.
