Beautiful home, photos don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful view and so relaxing sitting on the deck with the amazing outlook. Olaf was so accommodating with great communication. We will be definitely looking to make the trip back sometime to this beautiful home. Thanks

Love ,love, loved this place. Great family home. Great space to reconnect with friends and family. Everything we needed was at the house. Very well equipped to cater for large families. The pool and bball court were also great. Lots of fun, laughter and happy memories made. Will definitely be back.

House is large, very light, big windows opening to the deck as in the photo. Open plan, large kitchen, dining, lounge.Bedroom configuration excellent.2en suites and 3rd bathroom for2 bedrooms, one has 4 bunk beds , ideal for kids Outside en-suite really nice, private, opens onto the garden. Bring slippers, only bedrooms are carpeted Hot water fast and hot. Miele appliances. Large fridge/freezer. Good induction plate, plenty of cupboard space. Variety of cooking equipment, generous supply of cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. Large laundry/dryer Kids toy drawer and table tennis in the garage. Aircon efficient, zoned. Internet connection good Unfortunately due to rain we didn’t take advantage of the BBQ on the deck. Pool is clean and secured. Bj was super responsive to my questions and very friendly.Wine and chocs a nice welcome gift. He kindly allowed us to enter early and leave later than times listed which was really appreciated. A pleasant stay, recommended, especially for families

Recently stayed at Sunset on the Hill with friends for a golf trip. It was an amazing weekend with the accommodation being the perfect location, size and setup for our group. Kristen communicated well and everything was as described and expected. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was incredibly clean, with super comfortable beds and spacious living areas that were perfect for our large family group. The well-equipped BBQ area made meals enjoyable and easy to prepare. Access to the Wyndham Resort next door was a fantastic bonus, giving us the use of a tennis court, a gym, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The location couldn’t have been better – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a pleasant 15-minute stroll into town, where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets to explore. For some waves, the main surf beach is only a 5-minute drive away. We truly couldn’t fault our stay. Everything was perfect, and we’d love to return! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and family-friendly getaway.

What a gorgeous house! It’s even better than the photos. There’s a spaciousness that you need to be there to appreciate. The huge kitchen and multiple living areas meant there was plenty of room for everyone. It was spotless and the spa was warm and ready when we arrived. Fresh flowers, fresh coffee, a tea selection and all the useful things for cooking like olive oil and condiments. We had a wonderful family getaway with our grown up kids and they all agreed it was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely perfect, and I hope to visit again.

Overall we had a great time The house is very spacious and provided good separate areas for our 2 young families and then the grandparents. The kitchen was fantastic and the very large dining table was perfect for us. We were able to visit nearby towns including Sorrento, Rye, Cape Schank, Flinders and Portsea The beaches are amazing and many places to choose from to eat We did have a few minor issues but overall would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for us and our daughter’s siblings to stay on her wedding weekend. Great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was spacious and have awesome outside areas to relax. Easy walk to the beach and we felt very comfortable here. Will return!

Rebecca’s house was a great place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful private gardens with the option of 2 decks on which to relax and dine depending on the weather. Rebecca was a great host. Very prompt, clear and helpful with her communication. Lots of wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Her place is very comfortable. We had a lovely time.

We had a great stay at Seafarers Cottage. Very Doggo friendly! They even had a doggy care package on arrival, very nice. All the rooms were comfortable and the games room in the bungalow out the back was a great space. We also utilised the hot outdoor shower when we got back from the beach. The property is very secure for the dog if we were to leave him at any stage. Really awesome stay! Thank you to the Ocean Blue Rentals team for accommodating a later checkout and for locating a left behind item that had us all in a panic for a bit! Would recommend Seafarers Cottage 💯

Wonderful place for the family to stay. It catered for all age groups which we had from a new born to grandparents. Was quiet and peaceful. The host, Angela, was superb with her communication and very flexible with check in and check out times.

The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, with every you need for a relaxing time away. Walking distance to great coffee near the 16th Beach, easy 5 min drive to Rye, Great spa easy to use great outdoor spaces and room for our dog to wander, and sniff around in a secure garden. Nick was super responsive, flexible and clear with instructions accessing in and out of the house. Highly recommend staying at Nick's place.

We had the most amazing weekend away at this beautiful home! It was just as gorgeous as the photos, every room was stylish, clean, and felt like home. The location was an absolute dream, making it the perfect getaway. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We booked Liza’s BEAUTIFUL property for a girls weekend and had the most amazing stay. The self check in was easy, the place was spotless clean, the beds/pillows were all so comfortable and there was plenty of space for so many guests. The pool was so relaxing and a truly great design to even just be able to sit in the pool at one end. The outside areas were perfect and it was just a quick drive to Portsea and Sorrento where we went for dinner during our stays. We’re already planning our trip back! Thanks so much Liza

This place was perfect for having to get work done during the week, as well as get out and about for family commitments. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and other facilities, especially the swimming pool. Everything was spot on!!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Tamara’s place in Rye! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect close to the beach and local attractions. Communication from Tamara was excellent; she was responsive and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay in Rye. Hope to return again in the future!

Caroline’s place was nice and clean, both the adults and children loved our stay, plenty of space, pool and alfresco area was also perfect for the nice weather we had. Caroline was helpful and always answered any questions very quickly.

We had a great stay at this house. The backyard/entertainment area was perfect for our family. The pool was the perfect temperature. Anthony was a great host, any questions we had he answered promptly and even came to the property to fix the BBQ whilst we were there. Very happy with our stay

We had a wonderful stay, the house is stunning and the heated pool, spa and outdoor area were a massive hit with adults and kids alike. The kitchen has a generous array of utensils and equipment and the hosts were also very generous with other amenities - made you feel like you were staying in your own holiday home. The property was impeccably clean and very easy to get access to. The house is in a lovely quiet street with friendly neighbors. The only possible criticism you could make is that it is a little bit away from the main strip and beaches - but we knew that before we arrived and it was not an issue at all as it is a very short drive to everywhere.
