we were very impressed with the comfort of the house. nice clean and comfortable. the design is very good. and the homeowner is very informative. all stages of opening the house were explained clearly. we were very happy to stay there even though it was only for a day.

Hi Ivy Yes we had a lovely and most comfortable 2nite stay at your Homey House. Everything was provided .. drinks, shower creams, hairdryers, toilet rolls etc etc .. air cond in every rooms and the hall .. the honey house is so well lit .. very nice environment.. We will definitely recommend friends to stay .. and we will returned too .. Thank you very much ..

The house was great and congruent with the listing pictures. We came as a group of 9 and were happy with the place for our weeklong stay. It was clean and comfortable. There was no self check-in but we got phone numbers to two people (morning and evening shift) who could come with the keys within a few minutes of the call. (so if you're not Malysian make sure you have a way to make the call or find an alternative via airbnb communication with Tony. He seems generally helpful and he clearly answered some questions I had before the booking.) We did not use a washing machine or kitchen. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay (our whole group was) and the cleaningness of the house as well as the air-condition and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

The landlord always replies to me patiently. The room was neat and clean and we all enjoyed our stay. There are many stores and McDonald's nearby, so it's convenient for you to go out for a night snack if you're hungry at night.

Overall a great stay, clean and well maintained. Loved that there was a water dispenser so we did not need to buy bottled water and there is shampoo and body wash provided as well as towels. Only thing to consider is that the couch isn’t very comfortable as there’s no backing but not really a deal breaker, might need to wait for the lift during peak hours as well. For the price definitely worth it, would recommend for traveling with friends! Shino was also responsive to our messages 😊

A really lovely apartment, well furnished and fully equipped, in a beautiful part of town, near shopping malls, excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and right by a bus stop for trips to the beaches at Tanjung Bungah and Batu Feringgi. A short walk to the Gurney Bay park. Excellent parking facilities. Two lovely double bedrooms, a single, and excellent showers/bathrooms.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, with every corner well-maintained and fresh. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location was also perfect—conveniently situated near town. It was easy to get around. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

The overall stay was comfortable and better than what we have expected. Communication is seamless. The host is very responsive in messages. I have some hiccuped during check in as the QR could not be displayed due to network issue, Kenny able to response quickly and resend it to me quickly. The space is very spacious for 3 adults. YouTube premium is available which is a plus point. If there is something to be improved that will be the mat at the front of both the washroom. It will be great if we can have cloth floor mat rather than the diatomite mat. About cleanliness, no issue with the bed nor washroom or I would said the whole unit. Other than that, I have no issue with it. Recommended for traveller that self drive. Zus coffee is just below the building and vending machine available which is rather convenient.

The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The amenities provided were beyond expectations – comfortable beds and great Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend Clean & Comfy Apt to anyone visiting Batu Ferringhi. Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

Everything semua okay, tilam banyak and selesa, cuma ada beberapa yang saya nak comment 1. Sound sistem karouke macam jump jump, kejap ada bunyi kejap tak ada bunyi. Bila nak tarik suara terus jump 2. Hairdryer dua2 rosak, satu hairdryer cuma ada sejuk saja tak ada yang panas, and lagi satu langsung tak boleh guna 3. Kalau boleh sediakan arah kiblat untuk muslim supaya dapat mudahkan diaorang nak solat, bayangkan yang check in orang tua, dia tak tahu pakai apps dekat google. Jadi saya sarankan buat tunjuk arah kiblat walaupun owner cina. Selain dari tu semua okay, biilik air bersih, cukup peralatan dapur, rumah bersih. Overall memang tiptop.

Our stay was fantastic, as the apartment has everything you need, plus a wonderful view and a pool for the kids. The host is extremely attentive and highly recommended. We'll be back and are already looking forward to it. Thank you for the wonderful stay and the friendly service.

My family and I were so happy and enjoy to stay here. Clean, spacious and confortable place to have holiday break. Only the water pressure at shower room can be improved. Water pressure too low. Otherwise, it is perfect..

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

We had a great stay, as a family with two kids. It is a very modern building with a lot of amenities. The apparent is located at the 26. Floor with a breathtaking view over George Town. In the first moment it was confusing to understand the entrance instructions, but it was easy at all to get inside by following these step by step. The apparent is equipped with everything you need, everything works well and is really modern. Thanks a lot for giving us such a great stay! We absolutely recommend this accommodation for your family trip to Penang!

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!
