Excelente alojamiento. Todo muy lindo. Es muy amplio y recomendable cuando viajan grupos de hasta 7 personas. Muy gentiles y amables.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Paula + Jeronimo we’re consummate hosts. Exceeded my expectations and ensured we had all the help we needed to feel comfortable and well accommodated. They were both so kind and checked in to make sure we were acclimating well to offer help and recommendations which was appreciated. The house itself is stunning - a wonderful place to stay in the vibrant area of Soho Palermo.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

Los anfitriones muy amables y predispuestos. Nos permitieron hacer el check in más temprano. Muy recomendable para grupos grandes y la ubicación inmejorable

Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La casa es muy linda y cómoda, está bien equipada y limpia. El jardín y la pileta también están en perfectas condiciones. Para quienes no nos gustan los terrenos “pelados”, este con sus árboles y su vegetación, es precioso. Matías, el anfitrión, siempre disponible y amable para responder y resolver. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Definitivamente muy recomendable!

a pesar que no nos tocó el mejor tiempo lo pasamos muy bien, disfrutamos de la casa que es preciosa, tiene muchos detalles especiales, y el último día la disfrutamos a full, Nicolas fue muy flexible con los horarios. el lugar tiene mu Ho verde y mucha tranquilidad. volvería con seguridad!

Bright clean modern apartment for a stay in Palermo, in a secure building with plenty of storage space. Nice area with great cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance and quick to get to buses and taxis. Instructions for check in etc were very clear, so had an easy stay :)

Tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de un fin de semana increíble en la casa de campo de Bernardo, celebrando mi casamiento con amigos y familia. Desde el primer momento, recibimos un trato excepcional por parte de Gabriela y Bernardo, quien se aseguró de que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. La comunicación con Bernardo fue impecable: siempre cálido, amable y encantador! La casa es realmente espectacular: espaciosa, bien equipada y decorada con mucho gusto. Se nota el amor y dedicación que han puesto en su construcción! Además, el entorno es hermoso y muy tranquilo, ideal para disfrutar de la vida de campo y desconectar de la rutina diaria. I stayed here with my partner the evening before a flight to EZE and had a very comfortable stay! Gerardo and Andrea are such kind hosts, extremely responsive as we were checking in, and even ordered pizza for us since we arrived at their place quite late. I accidentally left something at their place when I checked out but they were helpful in getting it back to me at the airport before my flight. Thank you so much!

Marcelo was an incredible host! He made everything so easy, especially with check-in. He was super flexible and proactive, which I really appreciated. On top of that, his recommendations were fantastic and added so much to the trip. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself was lovely. The balcony was a great spot to relax, and everything was spotless and well taken care of. You can tell Marcelo puts a lot of effort into it. And the location is the best in all of Palermo. Very central! I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excelente opción para alojarse en la zona, con excelente ubicación. Cercano a todos los puntos importantes del Microcentro y con comercios cercanos de todo tipo. El apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Tiene todo lo indispensable para cocinarse y para pasarla bien. Muy iluminado. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Recomiendo totalmente.

The property has everything you need and is super comfortable. It looks new and the decor is very nice. The best part of our stay was the responsiveness. Delfina was in touch with us soon after we made our reservation about our arrival time. Lucas checked us in and made sure our motorcycle was safely stored, which was above and beyond our expectations. They offer restaurant recommendations, too. Plus, the wi-fi was good. An excellent stay!
