Michaels place as described. Michael was awesome with help and communication. I had planned to work down there but parted ways with my job in Dec so I had to make other plans quickly. The security was great. I used the pool a lot for swimming laps. If you are a workout nut, like I am. there is a Barry's like fitness studio next door and I went to a good gym about 5 minutes away. Hollywood Palermo is a great location for food and walking. Other tips, use Western Union to wire yourself money. ATMs don't work and prices marked up 20% with credit card. Michael will give same advise. Use Uber and not taxis, the only two times where I got had. BA is beautiful and friendly. Definitely know some español or have Google translate on hand. Overall an amazing adventure. XO

our stay was great, the location is good, lots of shops and restaurants all over plus close to most places we wanted to visit like soccer stadiums. Paula was great and keep me in the loop with things about the apartment and always had my interest first.

I had another excellent stay at Silvina's place. She and her team are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment as well as the one next to it. It's a great location in Palermo Soho with everything you need to feel right at home.

The location of the apartment is perfect for easy walking through Palermo for shopping and restaurants. The EcoPark and Parque 3de Febrero are also easily walkable. Such a spectacular area! The apartment has everything you need for basic cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is the spa bath on the roof top!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment and host to one and all.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a long term stay. It has a great outdoor area, which we enjoyed very much. It's located on the border of Palermo and Villa Crespo, which is perfect! close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Very safe area. Marion and Daniel were truly wonderful hosts, very warm and considerate, checking in every now and then in case we needed anything. Marion also treated us with some brought homemade Christmas sweets, which was a very nice touch. We would definitely stay again when next time in Buenos Aires.

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

This place is a wonderful place, fully equipped with everything you need - but not stuffed and not too posh. It has some nice art pieces and selected individual, stylish objects. The deck/terrace is large and has a great parilla. We enjoyed staying here for several weeks and loved every-day. The place is quiet, sunny, and only the train, which passes from time to time makes you aware that you are living in a very urban area: Shops, bars and cafe are very close. Lovely spot!

A estadia foi perfeita! A casa é muito grande e aconchegante, tinha tudo que precisávamos. Colchões dos quartos confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas. A casa é bem arejada e limpa. Ficamos encantados com o pátio, muito lindo. Recomendo muito a casa da Roxana. Ótima para grandes grupos. A localização é boa, perto de uma avenida. Mercado, padaria, pizzaria… tudo próximo. O check in foi flexível com o Martin. Muito querido ele. Adoramos tudo!

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

An amazing stay! My accommodation exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I stayed for five weeks, and it truly felt like home. The location was perfect – close to both attractions and local restaurants. Daniela was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, providing me with great tips on things to do in the area. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

El departamento es super cómodo, pudimos hacer todo caminando. Tenes miles de opciones en la zona para comer, el mercado de pulgas, cafes, etc. Super recomendable! La zona es tranquila, pudimos estacionar el auto a la vuelta y manejarnos a pie todo el fin de semana.

We enjoyed our month-long stay. Agostina has been very responsive and helpful. This apartment is roomy for two, and the safe deposit box is a nice feature. The kitchen layout is functional, and the king bed is comfortable. As Agostina mentioned the apartment is in a bustling and active area, and we had multiple constructions going on nearby. Consequently the area is quite noisy and dusty. We used earplugs to sleep. Location wise, it's a block from bus lines, and within 10 min walk there are several nice steak, seafood, cafes, Japanese tasting menu, and breakfast restaurants, many green grocers, delis, kiosks, laundry, and couple of big grocery store, very convenient.

Excelente espacio para relajarse y muy accesible! Maria se comportó de 10 y muy atenta a si necesitábamos algo. El depto muy cómodo y arreglado. quizás faltarían más utensilios de cocina ya que nos gusta cocinar pero fuera de eso realmente todo impecable. Recomendadísimo!

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

We had such a great stay at Magali's place. We visited Buenos Aires with our 1.5yr old son for a friend's wedding and the place was very comfortable and spacious for us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal if you want to. We also appreciated the beautiful balcony and the good window coverings for a good sleep. The building is very secure and the security personnel is very friendly. We loved that there were two pools and a swingset for the little one. The kids' pool was also heated for the cooler days. One other thing that was amazing is that Magali helped us out with a babysitter for the wedding! We thought we'd ask her on the off chance she knew of anyone and she recommended to us a trusted family member who took excellent care of our son so we could enjoy the wedding completed carefree until the late hours. She also babysat for us another day so we could go out for dinner. Overall, Magali was very accommodating and quick to respond. Checking in and out was very easy.

Отличная квартира и расположение. Единственное на тот момент когда я арендую соседнее здание строится и начинается шум с 9 утра. Нужно это учитывать. Но квартира очень хорошая, хозяева супер отзывчивые и помогают решить все проблемы. Выезд в 12 часов. При заезде разрешили занести вещи. Это очень круто
