I’m very happy with my stay! The beds were actually very comfortable! That’s sometimes hard to come by. Perfect place for my kids and I to stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for our two week visit to the wife's hometown. Everything was more than expected. The house felt very comfortable. Was especially pleased with the kitchen. Everything that we needed to cook our meals was provided pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. When we come back for another visit we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

Beatriz is a great host. Very communicative and helpful. Her home is super cute and comfy. Great location and easy to get to many things around Rochester. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent the holidays at Andrew’s warm and comfortable house, cooked great meals and spent time with family. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the kitchen was great for the group. We felt super comfy having our two year old bounce around solo, and he even got a visit from a bunch of deer in the huge backyard. We will definitely stay here again ASAP!

Place was very cozy and romantic for me and my fiance for our valentines day trip. I can't wait to book again.

Stayed here with 7 girlfriends and had plenty of room. House was beautiful and being on the lake was incredible! Hot tub was clean and large. Bob was very responsive and flexible with check in. All the girls saved the listing as we all loved it!

Jill was a wonderful host and has a great place to stay! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in town.

The place was perfect for what we needed. We loved that there was a fresh welcoming loaf of banana bread in the kitchen when we got there and the pack n play was already out with sheets for it for our little one. There seems to be a lot to do in the area and there was tons of info throughout the house on everything to do nearby. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great place to stay for a night or two. Suzanne's place was perfect for us. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit in Rochester. Her place was very clean and we felt comfortable. Loved the little coffee area! Private space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!

Jean's home has become my home away from home and I have spent many days and nights there during this past year. As I have been caring for my mom, Jean and Joe have been flexible and proactive. I am so grateful for this sunny, homey apartment and for the care I have been given.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! Jing was friendly and responded quickly to messages. The place was clean, comfortable, and the instructions to check in and out were clear. We felt like we got a great deal!

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I travel a lot for work and family leisure and prefer to stay at airbnbs where they are clean, comfortable, and the host pays attention to detail. This property knocked it out of the park!

Second time staying here, and it was just as good this time as the first. Very central location, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Check out the Eastman Museum right across the street. Excellent photography exhibits.
