Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

The place was very easy to find. The campus is 5 mins walk away which was very handy when we wanted to go into the city centre. The host was very responsive and really helpful to us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

great time at Charlotte’s place. very clean and very private. we felt extremely safe in this neighbourhood. close to at least 3 major metro stations (less than 10 min walk). very peaceful and quiet side of town with quick access to the hustle and bustle. would definitely do it again!

Just 2 words: Perfect home. Living room, bed room, kitchen, study / working room - every thing is just perfect. So many beautiful places to eat nearby. Every type of public transport available at walking distance. And the most important: The wonderful host - She ensured that we were taken care of well. She was very proactive in asking if we needed anything. Even though the listed check-in time was 6pm, she was extremely gracious in making our check-in possible by 12:30pm because we were scheduled to reach Paris in the morning hours. Extremely satisfied with everything.

I went to Paris with my boyfriend and his friend, and we would truly recommend José´s place! José was a really accommodating person! He came to the airbnb and gave us the keys and the instructions we needed. If there was any questions, he was alway available! This felt really safe! And we also felt so welcomed! The Airbnb was at a nice and quiet area! It was also easy to go to the town by train and buss just 2 minutes away! The apartment was also just like it was by the pictures! It was cleaned and tidy. José´s apartment is fore sure a place we will come back to! Thank you for letting us stay José!

A fantastic place full of amenities

Staying at Irina’s was great! I was late checking in and she was really kind about it. The apartment was a good size and comfortable to be in! It was also super close to metro line 1 which was really convenient, especially after a long day exploring. The only minor thing is the shower is super tiny and the hot water runs out quickly, so don’t do what I did and do all your dishes with the hot water then think you can have a hot shower! 😅 Other than that it was an amazing stay and I would recommend it.

Appartement petit mais confortable, bien aménagé et très bien équipé. Grande et agréable terrasse. Situé à 10min de la ligne de métro 13, très pratique pour visiter Paris. Bémol : chauffage insuffisant, surtout dans la salle de bains.

Super logement, propre agréable et spacieux. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix que je recommande. La communication avec Luca a été fluide ; le logement était impeccable.

One of the most remarkable houses we have stayed in - a real paradise on the outskirts of Paris. We were a family of 6 (3 young children and 3 adults) and had a lovely week at the house. Everything you need is on your doorstep and the house itself is perfect. The garden is a haven for children to run around and explore. We would come back in a heartbeat.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Carine et Alexis sont des hôtes charmants. Nous avons été accueillis avec des petites attentions qui font la différence : du café, des petits gâteaux, de quoi s'installer confortablement. Le logement, petit mais très fonctionnel et indépendant, permet d'être libre d'entrer et sortir à toute heure sans occasionner de gêne aux hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement pour des séjours dans la région parisienne, la gare, à proximité via la gare du Nord, permet une accès facile à Paris.

Tout était parfait depuis l’accueil jusqu’aux prestations, nous reviendrons !
