Becky and Rich have a great place in the garden district. It's super cozy very private and super easy to find. We never had issues with ride-shares not finding the place and parking was easier than expected.

We came into NOLA for the Louisiana Derby and this location is fantastic. It is an older neighborhood but everything about it felt safe and it was very convenient to be able to walk to the track. Victoria did a great job making us feel welcome and available if we needed anything she was readily available.

Just as pictured. Clean! And a responsive host. Zero complaints. Would stay again .

The place was really clean. It was well laid out and was perfect for the two couples retreat. Only a couple of blocks walk to a trolley stop. Ryan was quick to respond and very helpful with area information. The neighborhood was very nice.

Great location - lots of restaurants a short walk away. Home was clean and well equipped. David checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Quiet even though right on Tchoup. Would 100% stay here again!

We loved getting out of the touristy area and enjoyed their quiet, peaceful home. It was very walkable to restaurants/ bars and public transportation. Particularly enjoyed their serene backyard. You can tell the hosts are passionate about being hosts so we felt very comfortable. We hope to come back!

Bianka is a great host! The apartment was as advertised and move in ready! A great spot and experience all the way around. Would highly recommend!

This place was wonderful. The rental was very clean and comfortable. The gated parking was great. It is a quick ride to lots of places in the city. It was also a short walk to a coffee shop. You can also walk a little longer to get to more things. Great Stay!

Stop searching and pick this place! Im probably in hotels or in an Airbnb 30 or so weeks out of the year and rarely am I as impressed and excited to return as I am for this NOLA gem. The energy is dynamic, great coffee and food options all within a block and you are surrounded by amazing jazz music for 14 hours a day. I could say more but the other reviews capture the essence of it to. Needless to say this is now my forever New Orleans stay.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s right in the middle of the best restaurants and coffee shops yet it’s incredibly quiet. We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here and walk to our favorite places right from casey’s home. It was also clean and very comfortable! Would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our hosts were extremely informative. As a native of Louisiana who has traveled to New Orleans numerous times, our hosts recommendations of unique local places was a fresh change! This Airbnb will be a repeat for us in the future. The travel tooth paste kit was a lovely touch as my husband did, in fact, forget his tooth brush! This Airbnb is a hidden gem.

Excellent location! Easily walkable to Marigny, the French Quarter and so much more. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We had a wonderful stay at Jeannette’s place on Esplanade Ave! The home was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm. Jeannette was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the French Quarter with plenty to see and do nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting New Orleans!

Jim is a wonderful host! His home is ideally located—close to all the popular spots, yet nestled in a peaceful, private community that feels like a retreat. We absolutely loved meeting Stella, Star, and Nelson—his sweet, well-trained dogs who made us feel right at home. He generously offered us early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The house itself was thoughtfully set up, with convenient touches like extension cords near the bed for easy phone charging. The backyard was a highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for enjoying a quiet, private meal outdoors. Jim was also quick to assist when the water dispenser needed a refill, and we really appreciated the warm conversation. The attention to detail truly stood out—from the clean, well-stocked bathroom and abundant fresh linens to the handy coffee machine. It all made for a relaxing and memorable stay!

A top quality AirBnB experience. Host: super friendly and responsive. Amy gave me personalized recommendations and was extremely accommodating of my check-in/out schedule. Space: full of thoughtful details like a binder full of local info and additional toiletries like sunscreen and dry shampoo. Very spacious, with places to put your stuff (I often find there's nowhere to put your clothes, luggage, etc.). We did not end up using the kitchen much but it looked especially well-appointed in terms of kitchenware. Location: an easy walk to the French Quarter, Frenchman St, and other areas of interest. Also on transit lines, or close enough to many other destinations for a cheap rideshare. There can be a bit of street noise, so light sleepers may prefer another location, but we did not have any issues.

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

The Bywater Oasis is a lovely, clean, secure reprieve from the bustling city. Everything we could need was included, and our hosts were always available to answer any questions. Thanks Rajeev and Kourtney for the wonderful stay!

Great location and home!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

Location was excellent and property was great - bedrooms are small but plenty of rooms and bathrooms!
