Charles is a great host! He provided very prompt and clear communication, was friendly, and gave us some good local recommendations. As a female traveler who often travels alone or with other females, I felt safe staying at Charles' place. The location is a short walk from a few bus stops, which we appreciated. We met some friendly neighbors while hanging out and taking walks. There is neighborhood/city/dog noise, just a heads up if you have a hard time sleeping you might want to have your sound machine / app handy. The location provided us with a good home base and it was far enough from the congestion of downtown NOLA while still being close enough to easily walk or take a bus to get around.

Great historic house in the heart of the French Quarter. Walking distance to Bourbon Street. Had a great time and hope to be back.

Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Every room had its own bathroom which is ideal when several couples are staying in one place. Alleshia provided a terrific list of local attractions and “handy hints” and the location was perfect - a short distance to all the action but also in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

We had an absolute blast staying at Kimberly’s place! Very convenient location relative to St. Charles Ave. and a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops! Her neighbor, Willie, was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome to the neighborhood. We’ll be back!!!

This is a perfect NOLA Garden District airbnb for families. We’ve stayed in a lot of shotgun-style homes, but this one was ideally laid out with the bedrooms upstairs and common spaces on the ground floor. The hosts conveniently provided a pack-n-play, high chair and baby gate (useful for very steep stairs). Everyone slept great and enjoyed the spacious home, back garden and front porch. And the space is impeccably designed, paying homage to the vibrancy and history of the Crescent City. We walked to many of the restaurants and shops on Magazine Street, and my husband and I enjoyed daily runs to and around Audobon Park. This will be our new go-to spot to stay in New Orleans.

This was the perfect place to stay at with my children for their first Nola trip. Close enough to the main part of city and close to the quarter but just enough out of town for it to be quiet. Loved having private parking Insaid the gate!! Made it so easy to let my kids play outside while we packed and unpacked car. Had a cute tree swing and toys inside for them to play with. This made our trip so much easier with children.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place. This was our first time to New Orleans and she provided great recommendations as well as a blog you can find even more restaurants, tours, and places to visit. For our family of four there was plenty of space, everything was clean and super accessible. Her neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. We felt very comfortable there.

Becky and Rich have a great place in the garden district. It's super cozy very private and super easy to find. We never had issues with ride-shares not finding the place and parking was easier than expected.

mannn i would book this place for 5 more nights if i could. genuinely the best place i have experienced on this site period. ESPECIALLY considering the price-point. MORE than worth it. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Stop searching and pick this place! Im probably in hotels or in an Airbnb 30 or so weeks out of the year and rarely am I as impressed and excited to return as I am for this NOLA gem. The energy is dynamic, great coffee and food options all within a block and you are surrounded by amazing jazz music for 14 hours a day. I could say more but the other reviews capture the essence of it to. Needless to say this is now my forever New Orleans stay.

I had a fantastic stay Jesse's place, Lopez island. 😎 I spent a week in the apartment for carnival through Fat Tuesday. The space is incredibly clean and organized, and the most important thing to me was a comfortable bed and hot, strong shower. I also love the neighborhood, and can get anywhere in the city from the apartment. Mardi Gras was a Blast and I would definitely return to this awesome space. Thanks Jesse. ☮️💜🎶

We stayed over a week in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. The home was perfect for the two of us and we walked to the parades and met with friends in Uptown. We found it very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It's a little off the main parade routes but not too far of a walk to Magazine. It's close to the Winn-Dixie, Wholefoods, restaurants, and bars. Tucks stages down the street and at the Winn-Dixie so it was a short walk to see the groups marching in the parade. If you don't mind the bus, there is a stop right in front that will take you down Magazine and onto Canal street and back. Very convenient!

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

We enjoyed our stay here when we were in town for a wedding! Excellent location right near magazine st and all the bars and restaurants it has to offer. Brian was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. Defintiely would recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay at Owen’s place in the Lower Garden District. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—such a perfect mix of historic charm and modern touches. It had a cozy, peaceful vibe with lovely greenery that made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was spotless, and the space was incredibly comfortable and welcoming—truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect, with so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it was the ideal base for exploring New Orleans. Owen was a great host, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Irelis & David were fantastic host, I will most definitely book again with them. They were very communicative, help with parking, provide amazing ideas for activities in the area, and overall very nice.

Maison Baronne met our needs perfectly. The unit not only is beautiful but is located in close proximity to FQ and to nearby restaurants. My wife was able to work one afternoon from the desk while my sons and I ate lunch and explored CBD. Would definitely rent it again. Also, Kelly and her team were very responsive with their communications.

We stayed here as a family spring break trip to NOLA. We wanted something close, but not too close to Bourbon Street as we had 2 senior citizens in our group who needed to avoid excessive walking. Unit is only 3 blocks from the south end of Borbon Street. The unit does not face Carondelet Street which is nice so you don't hear street noise. Unit is on 2nd floor and overlooks a quiet parking lot and the side street never seemed too noisy. Most of the bedrooms do not have a window which is slightly unusual however it kept out street noise and light, making it easier to sleep in. The one bedroom with a window is adjacent to an outdoor air conditioning unit which is a bit noisy however it does provide a consistent white noise drowning out street sounds. Brad is exceptionally responsive and great to commnunicate with. Kitchen is fairly well appointed. Bathrooms had nice linens and soap/shampoo. This unit has a very cool decor and vibe - we liked it. Highly recommend!

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

This place was great!! The location was perfect, as everything was walking distance! We did not have to get an Uber once, which was extremely nice! Travis was extremely responsive, and was flexible when it came to accommodating an early check in! The place was clean and had everything that was on the listing. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

Perfect location, just steps from Frenchman Street, walkable to French Quarter and pretty much everything else! Clean well appointed space, comfy beds, and a bonus second full bathroom. Secure, gated, well-lit entrance. Can't wait to stay here again on our next visit to NOLA!

The stay was great! This was our first time to NOLA and we were able to walk everywhere. It was very clean and spacious and the balcony was amazing for the early morning and late night! Great place!
