Gentilly, La Nouvelle-Orléans : locations de vacances avec piscine

We loved our stay! It’s about 10 minutes from the French Quarter. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle down there . Plus we had space for my family of four. We loved the backyard pool and hot tub, really an oasis back there . Brittney and her husband were super friendly! My son loved the neighborhood cat Tethers. He often sat on the porch with the cat! Would love to come back some day !

The pictures doesn't do this property any justice. It was much bigger in person. It was very clean and well equipped with the normal essentials. I also appreciated the coffee station as I am coffee lover and my morning cup on the rocking chair front porch was the best. The beds were so comfortable. the only issue we had was the water pressure not being strong in the 2 bathrooms upstairs. We also had an issue with heating up the spa but Jason and David were very responsive and the pool tech ended up coming by to fix the issue. once it was working, the spa was the highlight of our weekend after partying on Bourbon. Jason and David were awesome hosts, they checked in before during and after checkout to make sure we were good and provided any instructions we needed. The house was in a good location close to all the main attractions and we were able to walk to Ruby Slippers for brunch which is a must! overall, I loved this place and will always consider staying here every time we come to NO

We absolutely loved our stay here! I traveled with my 3 daughters aged 22, 19 & 12. As you can imagine, we can be hard to please but we all agreed that this house was PERFECT for us. The neighbors have chickens which we all enjoyed thoroughly while hanging on the front porch. The back patio is gorgeous & very private. We had great luck w/ the next door tenants who had kids for my youngest to swim with. Pool was warm & felt so good after a long day walking around! Beds were comfy! We all slept better than any of us have in a long time! We are fan sleepers but left our fans behind. A quick message to Aleks though on our way down & there were fans waiting on us when we arrived! We are planning to return when the beloved Nic Cage passes to pay our respects & will be booking here again!!!!

Walking distance to the French Quarter but just far enough away to have a peaceful sleep. The home was adorable and clean, spa was spacious and relaxing, and, hosts were responsive.

Very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. The place was clean and tidy. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage, but there was a pool a workout room and safe locked parking. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs walking distance and the by water is a great neighborhood away from the crowds on bourbon street. But if you like bourbon street it is there for you. We would certainly stay there again.

First, I should say that I concur with all of the previous positive reviews about Sara and Mark’s hospitality! This place is fabulously different from anywhere we’ve ever stayed! Historic home eclectically and beautifully decorated, filled with all of the things of a family and life well lived. The location across from City Park was wonderful and we went to the sculpture park, singing oak, Cafe DuMonde, putt putt and botanical gardens. Also, Mophos and Ralph’s restaurants were easy walk and very good. Close to trolley/bus line and we didn’t need a car. As an extra special surprise, Ella McCay movie was being filmed on our block during our stay and we were able to witness the process as well as glimpsing Jamie Lee Curtis. This was a trip our family will never forget!!

Great place!! I will book again. The rooms were wonderful and clean. Nice bedding, thick towels. The pool even in windy March was great. Walking distance to cafe du monde. A nice park down the street. Fully equipped kitchen

A fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. It was off the beaten path in a quaint neighborhood with a cute local bar on the corner called The Friendly Bar. I usually stay closer to the Quarter so this area was a new experience for me and it did not disappoint. I loved the place and it was wonderful sitting out in the backyard oasis in the morning with a cup of coffee to start the day. It’s close to the jazz clubs on Frenchman street but a bit of a hike to the heart of the quarter but we didn’t mind the walk. Beverly was extremely responsive in all of our communications from day 1. I would love to return and stay there for a couple weeks whenever I get the chance. The upstairs bedroom is somewhat awkward to get to up a spiral staircase. Pack a small, lightweight suitcase if you want it up in that room with you. The downstairs bedroom suite was huge and comfortable. The blackout drapes kept it so dark and cozy I got great sleep. The only downside was I couldn’t stay longer this trip.

This is an excellent property in a fantastic location! Shawn is a responsive and thoughtful host. The property is well appointed with all the necessary items a guest would need. It is walkable to all the great restaurants in the French Quarter , Warehouse District and CBD. We will be back!!

Very clean and spacious, within easy walking distance to the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the National WWII Museum. TVs in every room and 2.5 bathrooms were wonderful amenities.

We had such an easy and chill stay here! This neighborhood is peaceful, cute, and filled with food gems. The Airbnb was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, well-decorated, and cozy. We will definitely be coming back here for our next NOLA trip!

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The location was perfect, It was walking distance to a plaza with food and boutiques , which made it easy to explore the area. The space was clean, and cozy, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kevin was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had all the information I needed.

This little gem on Magazine Street was absolutely perfect! We love the neighborhood with its cute little shops, restaurants and unique bars. Our host, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. We come to New Orleans often as I used to live in the city for 10 years. I am so glad we booked Craig’s place and will continue staying here for our future trips

chose this unit due to proximity to the parade routes, Bourbon St, the river areas, and price. also, was not too noisy at night like many other units that had comments about excessive noise from trolleys, loud music, and traffic. this one was fairly quiet.

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

This Airbnb on Rampart Street was the perfect spot for our New Orleans adventure! The hot tub was amazing, and the outdoor space made for the best pictures—such a vibe. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, plus an outdoor bathroom on the enclosed porch, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beautiful kitchen appliances added a touch of nostalgia, especially the vintage-style fridge and stove, which reminded me of my great-grandparents' house. The location was unbeatable—just close enough to enjoy the energy but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. We came to The Big Easy to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and this home made it unforgettable. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and truly special stay in New Orleans! Would definitely book again! Tyler is the best of the best! Loretta’s and Ike’s for the win!

Kell’s house was perfect for our stay. It’s been tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home with all the charm of NOLA. My daughters loved the pool in the backyard. It’s a short walk to some of the neighborhood establishments and a short drive to all the happenings around the city - great location. Kell is a great host. He checked in often and was quick to respond when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying at the Orleans House.

Joshua and Tyler were fabulous hosts! They are so kind, responsive, and proactive with their communications. The house was spotless, well cared for, had great NOLA vibes, and the location was amazing (right by Frenchmen street bars/restaurants/incredible bakery) and walkable to the French quarter as well. The whole stay was perfect — I can’t think of one criticism. By far the best and easiest airbnb experience I have ever had! If you have a large group going to New Orleans do not hesitate to book here, I can’t say enough good things about the house or the hosts!

We had a magical week at this wonderful property! The space is beautiful and spacious and decorated with a personal touch that made us feel like we were staying with a cool friend. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated how many towels the hosts provided. The location was great and perfect for us visiting friends in the Bywater as well as exploring the quarter. We would definitely stay here again!
